Arrived earlier than scheduled. Love the product and was as pictured-BUT one of the casings for the batteries was broken.
We have been shopping from them multiple times because it's very easy and we always get good deal. We feel they looked after us well when we had a problem with the item that we received. We are happy to recommend them.

The twinkle light branches are a beautiful addition to any decor. I'm very fond of what the Next Deal Shop has to offer.
I had to buy extra to put with it. Finding a face was a pain... the batteries have to fit through the hole and you mess up your arrangement every time you take everything out to shut battery off.
Love the multi color light string. The remote is so convenient and the choice of beautiful, true to color lights are fantastic! Trying to think where I could put more around our house. My photo is my dining room table but doesn't do justice to the gorgeous color.
I just ordered two lights as a gift and one of the boxes was broken open. I am sure if it does not work it will be replaced. Ordered two lights with one control and they sent me a whole new light, I only expected the control
I ordered three of the same product and I liked that all three came in the same pkg, delivered at the same time.
It took a little longer than I expected. But I received my order unlike others I've ordered from.
The lights are great like to order 2 more. They are in back yard in the lemon and orange trees love to look out.

Forced to send video of lights "not working" - this is extreme stupidity and should be eliminated.
When I tell a vendor a product does NOT work that is sufficient when the product is returned.
NOT FOR THIS OUTFIT.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are having problem with your product, however our customer service is doing their best to support you.
Normally when there is a warranty situation, a customer would return the product to the store or manufacturer for warranty service (at their own expense).
This process usually takes a few weeks on average before any repairs are made or replacements are issued.
We on the other hand, offer a different service option, that avoids long waiting times and could avoid the need for returning anything to us.
We hope you understand our point of view and are willing to work with us to resolve your case.

I was so impressed with these lights that I reordered them! Even running on battery, they light for a long extended time. I am so pleased and happy with them that I will have them all year round! You will be thrilled by them!

I found the parcel tracking very average, items arrivered in aprox 10 days yet right up to delivery still showing as overseas, items arrivered undamaged and working so I guess ok
I have gotten a few strings of lights from them. You get a lot on a string for a fair price. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
