Not sure on my product I haven't gotten it yet I can't wait to get it I hope it comes before Christmas
I ordered these 2 weeks prior to Thanksgiving, planning on using them for centerpieces, and when they did not arrive on time, I contacted Customer Service, who responded promptly that they had shipped but shipping time is 3 weeks. Their ad failed to mention that. In this day of prompt delivery, it should have been made clear.
My parcel took a while to arrive but I'm really happy with the lights I purchased. They look great in the garden - get many comments!

Fabulous better than description in book. Have used it 3 times since it arrived on Friday Nov. 29,2019. Ease in filling with chopped fruit and also adding ice. Very pleased. Will be ordering one for wife and kids.
I had minor damage with my light - I asked for a replace part - and they replaced the whole item immediately! Very impressed!
I purchased two sets of the side window shades, these arrived promptly and well packaged but, unfortunately, they are too small for my car windows.
Hopefully I can return them for a refund.
They don't listen. I did not receive my purchase. They shipped UPS but I didn't get it. Now they want a letter saying it was delivered so they can resend the product. That makes no sense. BBB here I come. $120 wasted. Do not order from this company!

3 years ago, I bought solar-powered LED fairy lights for my tree in front of my house. It brings me joy to see them shining and blinking when I come back home. I also love watching my tree when I am sitting in my bed. A few months ago I decided to order a solar-powered multi-color LED crystal ball. LOVE IT! I would have liked to buy 3 or 4 more, but couldn't. When I got enough money last month, I ordered 3 more. Unfortunately they were not working as much as the first one I bought. One was working well, the 2nd one so so and the 3rd one not working. I could not understand as we had consecutive days of sunshine (we broke an old record with 13 days of sunshine!). Another thing I noticed is that after a couple of weeks the 3 of them started to work fine, but they only work 90 minutes a day (from around 5 pm to 6:30 pm). I contacted the company and they really understood my situation. Not only their service has always been efficient and fast, they offered me to send me 3 new ones! Once I am in a better financial position, I won't hesitate to order more products from this company!
My husband noticed them right away! He really likes them, and I think they look very nice-even when they are not lit up!
My only issue is that the battery packs are a bit cumbersome and have to be turned on and off on each separate battery case, so if you have 3 branch sets in one base you are picking all branches up to turn on six battery packs, dropping them back inside the vase and doing that again for turning off. It's unfortunate there's not a single remote that could be set to turn all lights on and off -would eliminate the hassle of finding each battery pack(some battery operated candle sets have remotes to facilitate turning many candles on and off at the same time).
You show them hanging up outside and on the box that says do not let cord get wet. How do you put them outside not let the cord get wet? Also they're supposed to change colors but they are only white. It would be nice if they had directions.

Snow flake lights are just great can't wait until. Xmas the next deal shop is great easy to deal with and the price's are unbelievable, and some time's but on good special deals
After waiting for so long I was very disappointed with the garden lights. I put in the sun but IT DOES NOT WORK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I feel like I have been ripped off. The order was not cheap so I will definitely not be buying anything else.

I bough these for my husband, This is a Christmas present so I am pretty sure he will love them walking the dog, No more looking for a flashlight or batteries.
We live in the country and its soooo dark at night. We have ordered about 7 or 8 times from Nextdeal/Shop and have been extremely satisfied with each and every item.
