Pity about the quality of the visor. Holding clip shattered during first use. Efficient communication and refund

I thought I would get this sooner than I did. After I contacted you all about not receiving it yet, then I got a response. I felt like my order had been forgotten until I reached out. Makes me wonder if I would have ever gotten it if I hadn't!

The order arrived. Not quickly but within a reasonable amount of time. I am not confident that these are safe to have installed. These have to have wiring installed inside the walls. I don't know if the several hundred dollars for an electrician is going to be justified. Then I don't see a UL approval so I am not confident on the safety.

I ordered 1 right, and also 1 left handed. Received 2 for same hand, I emailed and sent picture, they quickly responded and sent me the other glove. I was pleased with the company, but not as satisfied with the light itself. It does not light up as well as the demonstration shows. But I did appreciate their quick response and correction in itself, even if product wasn't as good as I expected. Thank you.

These lights are incredible. Got me through the power outage and when power is available my garden looks amazing

I have to turn the light house upside down to start the light rotating it then works normally. If I don't do that it won't rotate

Lovely to watch it change colour. Must be near direct sunlight to charge well. Start button needs to be shown on diagram.
