Service was great but the neck brace that I ordered was too small for my neck.
It takes long time. The adress where I supposed to collect the product the phone was disconnected and I didn't succeed to achieve them. They didn't call me to inform me if the product arrives.
Ordered this bag for a Christmas present, said usually sent out between 3-5 days. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered in time for Christmas. But saying that my daughter was thrilled with it, she actually thought I'd sent a photo of her cat to be printed onto the bag, I hadn't. So all in all the perfect present

Seems fine so far but I haven't yet received the goods.
I ordered the 40cm round yellow cushions. A bit disappointed. The fabric is a little coarse, could be better quality. Cushions only 37cm diameter. Not as soft as I was hoping. A bit lumpy to sit on. But the colour looks very nice on our kitchen chairs.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
