I didn't realise how small the sizes would be. I usually order M in pants, but these were a little on the tight side, so next time I'll order large.
I was afraid to purchase shoes online, especially from overseas, in case the quality was poor or they didn't fit - the shoes that arrived are a really good fit and good quality. I would buy from newchic again.

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio a livello qualitativo
Took a long time to get the items. I don't live in Edmonton, a friend agreed to accept, missed the first delivery requested another one. Had to pay $5 for the second delivery which is fine except wanted the money send email. Got a message from Paypal that recipient wasn't accepting at that time. Courier company finally agreed to have my friend pay cash to couier driver. Could have picked up but pick up location is on the outskirts of the city. Really like the merchandize but need a different delivery system. Will not be ordering again.

J'ai commandé des chaussures et bottes. Nous n'avons pas la même forme des pieds. Les couleurs très criardes par rapport aux photos.

Me parece desproprocionado el costo del producto con el de envío. Esta frase, preimpresa, de alguna manera refleja mi opinión. Ofertaban un vestido, que quise obsequiarle a mi esposa, a u$s19,90 (ese día estaba con descuento, ya que normalmente aparecía entre u$s30/35. Me facturaron el envió u$s36 (casi el doble del valor de la prenda). Al recibirla verificamos que la calidad de la tela no era la esperable, en realidad era mucho más gruesa que el de la temporada de uso de la prenda. Obviamente no creo que vuelva a comprarles algo, y por supuesto recomendaré a mis amigos que tampoco lo hagan. Quick delivery time and the site explained the sizes well. I wasn't expecting it to be a thinner material hoodie but I still love the design.
I have had to cancel subsequent orders due to the high cost of shipping which doubles up on the price of the product.
The items are light weight and do not warrant such high costs. For this reason I now cannot continue to buy items from NewChic although I would like to. Please consult with NewChic for a cheaper cost of shipping their products.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration.
