I ordered shoes on January 3, & my credit card was processed immediately. That shouldve been my 1st tip off that this company has questionable operating ethics. Weeks later, I get an email from NewChic, stating that the shoes were on back order. If I wanted to cancel the order, there was a link, in the email, to access my account. They also stated that I had only 24 hrs to cancel my order. Surprise! The link would not open, so by default, I agreed to wait for my shoes. No shoes, & no update from NewChic. I lost $70 on this one, & that pisses me off! So... Let the buyer beware!

I placed an order on Jan 18th 2018, and purchased expedited shipping (5-8 days) aprox $20. Upon completion of the order, I was notified that there was no stock (not mentioned on the item page) and that they expect new stock on Feb 5th 2018. On Feb 7th they emailed me saying that the restocking will be delayed until March 6th. I got in touch with them to ask for my expedited shipping fee returned, and after a lengthy wait of a qew of 16 people I was told that if I wanted my fee redeemed my item would take over a month to deliver. Two months waiting for an item, plus the "fast shipping"... $20 down the drain... Scammers. No help at all. No customer care. Buyer BEWARE...

Easy to order onsite, shipment from the country of origin to main destination country very good, but postal delivery service in my regional area was very slow.
I ordered a stylish insulation water bottle. There are several colours to choose, one of them was indicated that it could be dispatched the next day, so i decided to choose this one. The result turned out fine. My order was dispatched the next day and the shipping process went smooth as well, easy to track the parcel and the tracking info was also accurate. However, choosing the product that was ready to be dispatched the next day could give you an unwanted quality of product as it could be that someone as a former order returned it and got stored in the warehouse. I noticed that my product has some scratch. Fortunately, the whole bottle in general works fine and nothing is broken. The quality of the product is decent. I dont think we should highly expect the best quality from products found on this website, but i think Newchic itself has an acceptable working/handling performance.
After reading all the terrible reviews I am afraid to order anything. I wanted to get some vintage dresses and would like to know if anyone has tried them out? They look so pretty in the pictures, but it does not say what they are made from. Cotton? Silk? Linnen? Etc.

Insisted I show measurement proof of wrong size when shoe tag was wrong size than ordered. Ordered a US size 10 = to EU 44. Shoe tag showed US 9 / EU 44 AND shoe was too small.

Purchased 3 pair of shoes. One sort of fits, two are too small. Return policy is shipping both ways to China. Ordered my regular size, their sizes were in a different format- they chose the sizes that supposedly correlate. Now am stuck paying shipping to and from China, which was a long wait- and almost equals the cost of the shoes. These will either be passed to a friend or Goodwill, still in their new packaging. Very disappointing.

I ordered a wallet 4 weeks ago and it has not arrived. According to the tracking website, it has departed China shortly after they received the order. This is not acceptable and this company should not be able to do business in Canada under these conditions. This is ridiculous. I wanted to cancel my order but you can't if it has shipped. I purchased a pair of cute boots as a gift for my disabled sister in January that still haven't arrived. She asks every day if they've arrived. I wish I hadn't shown her the picture. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company. DO NOT waste your time, money, energy, or stress by purchasing ANYTHING from this site. I bought dog boots and it said the shipping would take 10-20 days. After 20 days I started wondering where tf my package was, staying patient for a couple more days before I started to investigate. After a couple more days of contacting various post offices in my area I found out that the package was shipped but they left half of my address off the box so it made it to my city but was stuck in some facility. Before I had a chance to figure out which one the P. O. had to send it back because it'd been there for so long. Now I'm waiting on a refund but contacting the company is a nightmare. I'm fully expecting to never receive my money back. I wish I could give 0 stars. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
