I received my package. There was nothing on the package to indicate "handle with care". The mail carrier stuffed the item in the mailbox so both hats are unwearable.
My grip socks arrived sooner than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. However I received an email saying that my package would be delivered to local distribution center and I'd have to pick it up there. This was annoying, since no mention of this was made at the time of purchase. Despite the email to the contrary, the package was delivered to my address as originally expected.
The grip socks themselves are slightly smaller than I'd hoped, but not too uncomfortable.
I purchased the cutest pair of Socofy pumps. I bought them to go with a retro style dress for a wedding. The shoes were gorgeous, exactly as pictured right down to colour and details, and VERY well made! First time I wore them, I wore them comfortably all day long without blisters or sore feet. One of the best pair of shoes I have ever owned! They are my favourite shoes and would definitely purchase this brand of shoes from Newchic again. Very pleased with this experience!

Sleeves describes as "three-quarter length" but came way beyond my fingertips. Will have to be altered before wearing.

Shoes were extremely poor quality - material not leather as described and had almost no tread making them unsafe.
Furthermore extremely narrow fit.
Trying to find a contact email to arrange a refund/return was incredibly frustrating as the site just kept looping back to the same message without providing any contact details.
Didn't receive my order yet and the driver called me from a different location and refused to deliver it

It's been two months and my item hasn't shipped and I haven't been able to get a refund. Site seems like a scam.
Ordered 2 pair of shoes size 8 received one pair size 8 other pair of shoe's size 10 but because they were marked size 8, I now have to pay for return postage. It means out of purchase for $115 I end up with no goods and $48. I believe that their Guarente and returns is a scam to make to make good money out of returns. Last purchase from China for me. I ordered my first printed short sleeve shirt from New Chic website. I ordered two shirts one as a gift for my partner in size medium. And the other for myself in size small. Although, the correct printed shirt was submitted, my shirt was sent in medium.
The items are not as seeing on the image took them over a month to arrive, the material and qualities are horrible. I think they made samples with regular materials to post on the site. And then use cheapest materials and stitch quality in the factory use for online sales. I thought I was wearing cheap poor-quality clothes make for barbie dolls lol. I am living at USA, it cost more to return shipping than what I purchased. So, I fix 1 to wear and trashed the other 4 I purchased. They are taking the advantages of high-cost shipping fees to return orders from overseas. I would give 0 star but have no choice but to give 1. I learned that never purchase anything that doesn't offer free shipping returns.
