I ordered 3 t-shirt, just 2 arrived.
That not correct. Really disappointed
ORdered 2 caps with cats embroided and the are really good and good quality.
The size it doesn't fit me too well but it is unique size.
It took nearly 2 months to arrive.
The bra cups don't cover me so when I wear it, I have 4 boobs. I cannot use this item and have wasted my money.

I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of pants on 01.10, unfortunately they were not in stock and I did not receive the immediate information that these, or as I found out later, one of the products is not in stock, and To be honest, I don't understand why the products that are not in stock at the moment appear on the website, anyway, let's say, as it was my first order, I didn't know that before ordering you have to verify that the product is in stock, which I think absurd, and as a first buyer the situation is very confusing, let's get over it anyway, and so, a month had to pass after which Sami split the order and deliver it in separate deliveries, as a delivery term of 15-20 days and as a rule after placing the order for 48 hours to be delivered, the one I already have 9 days and it shows me that it is in process, for the second order, having weekly discussions and promising that the stocks will be fulfilled in the following days and so on another 3 weeks have passed ini, after which I already lost my patience and asked for it to be changed, and I still have 2 more weeks in which still nothing happens.
When asked what the solution to this problem will be, the offer is a 20% discount on the next purchase, which will certainly not be available again.
The idea of ordering can be clothes for a specific event or for some wardrobe changes, maybe due to the outside season, but when you receive a simple order of a shirt and some pants, in periods of approximately 3 months, you certainly don't want to do it again shopping.
So as not to tell the client that it is a short story, my account, attached is the number of the entire order.
P.S. Besides all this, I hope that the quality is appropriate for the price, because if not, I will be even more upset.

Still haven't gotten anything I ordered. The proclaimed 10-20 working days are long over. I would strongly advise against ordering from this site. Seems like a scam to me.
I'm putting on the blame on me for not confirming but I have never had to measure my body to make sure it aligned with the sizes of a particular website and I ordered 6 shirts and none of them fit. I'm not going to waste my time returning anything, just know to never buy here again.
... you need to be aware that sizes are a little smaller than North American sizes. Otherwise the products are as described and shown, and delivery delays are reasonable considering the distance. I recommend!
I made an order, the site indicated that items were available. I made payment and it's been over 2 months still no order confirmation. Every correspondence says items are coming, however still nothing.
Very poor customer service as it takes days for a response only to be fobbed off and told to wait.

Sending the packages takes a very long time. First in two packs, then in 3 packs. Only received 1 package. The other two are waiting.
All things considered, not bad for the price, but certainly not something that will last. The material feels very cheap and the delivery was a long wait. That aside, the shirts are still fun in their designs/patterns and I do like them for the most part, but you get what you pay for.
Never go to buy any NewChic no more. Shoe look very cheap.
