I recently purchased some items from Nastydress.com and didn't follow my own advice and am being defrauded.
1. Always look at the reviews of the company online. Read the bad reviews as the positive reviews are poorly paid employees of 3rd world countries who are hired to post fake reviews and profiles. READ THE BAD REVIEWS FROM INDEPENDENT WEBSITES BEFORE YOU BUY.
2. Beware products that are manufactured in China. After 3 horrendous experiences, Ive learned about not only products manufactured in China, but the companies who sell the products from there as well. Extremely poor quality, and what you receive never looks like the pictures they advertise, and impossible to return.
Post a negative reviews on website independent of the companies web site.
3. Save all communications with these companies, and their claims of; Refunds, shipping times and estimations, and tracking numbers and product ID numbers.
4. And most important;
5. Contact the Federal Trade Administration with all applicable information. The FTA will not handle complaints of an individual nature. Multiple complaints to them will prompt them to investigate the company's profiles and actions. When they determine a companies actions to be deceptive and fraudulent, They not only will be shut down, but will face Federal criminal actions, Including prison, fines, and compensation to victims.
6. A class action suit is Harder to persue because contacting everyone involved is a daunting and time consuming experience. Don't worry about Hiring an attorney for the Class Action Suit. The attorneys will be lining up to take the case. Very difficult to do because everyone involved has to be willing to take action.
I have ordered from this company twice. The first time the order took longer than expected so the next order I decided to pay the extra fee for Expedited Delivery. Well that didn't go very well. It is taking even longer to get my order than it did for the last order! As a matter of fact according to the order status they are still trying to "process" it! It has been over a week and it hasn't even left the building yet! Will I get my money back for the express shipping that I am obviously NOT getting at this point? What a horrible way to run a business. Conveniently they no longer have a working phone number. After seeing all these reviews, I guess I know why. I don't think I will be wasting my time with ordering from these people again.
Update November 13th 2015- I am still waiting for my "Expedited Order" (eye roll!) I finally got a reply back for my ticket saying that my order went out on November 9th. BUT... When I check the order status on my account it says that the order "Processed for shipping" on the 12th. Supposedly it was sent "Expedited" but the ticket reply says it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days... Are You Kidding Me? All I can say is Never Again! I can't believe I gave this company the benefit of a doubt and ordered from them twice! I tried to justify that it took longer because I didn't pay for expedited, but, this time I paid and it's taking even longer than last time! You want an order number? Sure, Why Not? J**************. Where is it? Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. The last orders size was more for a ten year old... To spare myself the anguish of fighting over money back or exchanges... I ended up selling it myself. THIS time I measured myself and if these things don't fit... Facebook will be lit up with posts about what a scam this company is. Just saying.

Placed an order with this company back in early December, they supposedly have an online chat that is never open they don't have a phone number they always tell you to put a ticket in and send you some stupid $#*! response that makes no sense and answers no questions they don't give you a tracking number, I have put in several tickets to get a tracking number and have not been given one I am having my bank reverse the charges this company sucks and I will never order from them again 1 star is giving them way too much of a rating/ so it's been about a week or longer since I first wrote this update, very disappointed even more in this company now, thank you site jabber for posting my review for everybody to see, the company did see it, and posted an apologetic reply, which was all Garbage, they responded to me by email saying they were going to give me an immediate refund all I had to do was click on the link they provided, which I was not able to click on, I tried putting it in manually, it still did not work I was also told In and Email that I could go to my account in the same information and Link would be provided for me there, also a lie, this company is based on pure BS, they do not provide any tracking information, they do not give you No reliable or satisfactory information when they contact you back, it's constantly put in a ticket and we will get back to you, and their response when they get back to you is always the same thing, be patient it's on its way, and that is it, I have not received my product, along with a lot of other people that haven't received theirs, they don't even try to rectify the problem, they just keep creating more of an issue for themselves, this business is better off closed then open

I ordered a dress Jan 13 I have yet to receive it or get in touch with anybody.
I ordered 7 items and they arrived some weeks later. I could have put up with the slow delivery if the clothing was worth it but the clothing was poorly sized, poorly made and the fabric used is shiny nylon material rather than the t-shirt material demonstrated on their website. When you try to leave reviews on their website they go into an admin area so no-one else can see them if they are 1 star. Frankly if I could have left zero stars I would have. They claim their items are in a sale and should be many times higher - even mark their claimed original selling price on the website. I believe this may be at best misleading and at worst fraud, as the items they sent me are like you would find on a £1 rail at the market, and could NEVER be sold in good faith for the original prices they claim they are selling at. In short, I wish I had seen the honest reviews of this company before wasting time and money ordering. I opened a dispute with Paypal on 4th Feb and yet Nastydress have completely ignored me and refused to respond to the dispute through paypal. Yet I note on this site they are indeed working as they have responded to reviews further down so any claim of it being the Chinese New Year or whatever else excuse they intend using will be just another fob off. As for the 5 star reviews, they were either left by people the size of borrowers, or they are connected to the company, as the poor size, poor fit and poor quality is beyond refute!

In response to their reply below where they refer me to their terms and conditions - DO NOT BE FOBBED OFF - their terms and conditions are irrelevant - and do not supersede UK consumer law. Paypal and my credit card has offered a full refund. DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING EITHER IF ITEMS ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED OR FAULTY, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO UNDER DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS. BE WARNED THEY WILL TRY TO CLAIM YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN.
ALSO IN RESPONSE TO THEIR CLAIM THAT THEY WILL OFFER ME COMPENSATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED - THEY OFFERED ME A $17 REFUND ONLY - AND I GET TO KEEP THEIR TAT. UM NO THANKS - I COULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS RUBBISH AWAY WITH A STRAIGHT FACE. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY - STOP TRYING TO FOB ME OFF.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this company. I will start with the good.
I want to first state that giving the pricing of the items on this website, I started out with very low expectations for the quality. You can't expect to get designer quality items for dirt cheap, it isn't realistic.
Order #2
I placed an order for a pair of shoes and some slave bracelets. These items were all in stock and arrive much quicker than I expected coming from China. ( I am in the US)
The slave bracelets were about what I expected for the price I paid, you look and them and figured that they cost about the 2-5 dollars paid for each item. Again I didn't expect hand crafted $60 bracelet quality so I was happy I got exactly what I thought I was getting. They are fragile and will break easily, it is to be expected. So far order #1 had lived up to my expectations. Next item was a pair of "leather" shoes. Cream colored with lace running up the front, cost around $30. I usually expect a couple of thing when only paying $30 for a pair of shoes, the back of my heel will be rubbed raw by the end of the night unless I wear a band-aid, and the area just above my toes might well start bleeding if I am on my feet all night, both these thing due to the rough stitching usually present in shoes this cheap.
When I opened these shoes they looked better than expected just be visual inspection. I was blown away to see replacement high heel pads in the box... I know I have trashed quite a few pair of heels because of that piece coming off, it usually isn't worth it to hunt down a replacement. When I slipped the shoes on I was almost giddy at how comfortable they were, I could tell right off the bat that I would not have the raw heel and top of toe issue. I took them off and saw that extra felt lining had been sewn on the inside of the shoe to protect my feet. I was amazed to see this, and to know that my "cheap they look cute but I'm going to pay for wearing them" shoes were going to be comfortable. Also the lace that runs up the top of the shoe was not the rough cheap "dollar store" quality lace, but rather very nice seeming quality. Order number 2 was a success

Order number 2 is where the mixed feeling come in, I placed this order first and was kind of upset when order number 2 shipped out before it did. I contact customer service and got a response within 24hours that one of the items in this order was back ordered until around Dec 8th, A bummer but I understand about back ordered. Still it would have been nice to receive a notice after placing my order that the item was back ordered. I would have then ordered that item itself so it didn't hold up my other items.
All in all I had a positive experience with this company, the one thing they need to work on is communication on if items are in stock or back ordered
