Most people that order from this site never get their merchandise. I had to fight with them to get my money back. It's a scam!

I ordered my dress on August 6th, still not here, they told me that I have to give them more money to reship it. No way. Just don't buy from these companies in the future, they have multiple accounts on FB, and they are linked together. Basically -if it sounds too good to be true -probably is. Go and buy stuff that you can physically touch! I've learned my lesson!

I was told the actual company is in asia or somewhere in the far east i still haven't received my things either and got a false tracking # they can email you but you can't them just seems as if our hands are tied

You can only reach them through the website from the "Live Chat" option; however, no one is EVER available for a live chat. The site will allow you to inquire about your order there after you sign in.

Good luck with getting your merchandise and/or with getting your money refunded. I ordered merchandise on 8/11 that supposedly shipped out around 8/17; I am yet to receive it! I've inquired numerous times for a refund & they keep telling me "wait until...". Each time the date comes & I don't receive the merchandise, I contact them & they change the expected-arrival to an even later date.

Other items I've received from this company have been of poor workmanship and about 2-to-3 sizes smaller than US sizes--with the exception of one top. With other shirts, I ordered a 2X (would need an XL in the US); the 2X will only fit someone who is a US size 6.

I ordered a swimsuit in March and it said it shipped but I never got it. After waiting 2 months, I had to file a claim and did get my money back. Never again! I'll go with a reputable company from now on.

I ordered back in August of 2015 just got it Oct 2015 and i was so upset and disappointed, what you see isn't at all what you get. Now i know why the prices are so low.

I had to submit a ticket on the web site, 3 times, and still got no clear answer when it was shipped. They just kept delaying an saying its your fault for not paying shipping, tracking, insurance. Best of luck. If you don't see start blowing up there web site.

It took awhile to process and ship my order and even then I had problems tracking it. I contacted customer service on their website with my order number. They tracked the package for me and sent the information back to me. I received my items the following day.

My stuff never arrived but I did eventually get a refund. You need to message them and explain they are contravening the distance selling act in the UK. This states they have 30 days to get the goods to you or you are entitled to a refund. This company are ripping people off by either not shipping the goods or sending sub standard products.

Took me two months, and it was partial shipment. The quality is very bad. I will never by from them again. They have numerous sites, they just change their name. All the same bad quality, horrendous shipping and just plain, bad company.

I emailed customer services and they told me to wait til the 19th nov and contact them again if it still hasn't arrived?! Don't understand why it takes so long? I too ordered on 18th sept, so you could be in for a wait!

Sorry to hear this people but I never had issues with them. I keep talking with them, emailing them an asking questions on the site. I have no idea why it seems like everyone else having issues

It takes several weeks sometimes. You can contact them on the website and have them track it. I've read lots of complaints, but I've ordered several items several times and always got what I paid for. It does take forever, though. Hope this helps.
