I orderd my stuff got half of it... still didnt recieve the rest gotnhold of two chineses girls sooo rude from the customer service team. Didnt want the clothes very werid! So went through paypal they said i have to send the parcel back to them which cost me more then wot i brought so went throu barclays bank and the ombusman 3 mnths later got my money bk wasnt stopping till ingot it all back... The seller wanted to give me only $15 bull crap i refused so i took it futher. Thats the way to go to get ur money back!

I have called their customer service line and always get a recording. Never have talked to anyone. Good Luck getting through. I had to file a paypal claim and get my money back. Never again!

Forget it! You're lucky you got anything at all! If they don't fit, give them to a friend. I ordered 4 tops from them in April. They were shipped in two different packages. One I got in about a month, the second I never got. They are shipped from China or Japan. They made me wait two months before they would even try to help me. When the two months was up they told me that they would resend the items I didn't receive if I wanted to pay them half of the cost of the missing items or that they would refund me half! I told them I would dispute the changes on my credit card! They then decided that it would be in their best interest to refund the whole cost of the missing items. The two tops I did receive were way too small! I guess a large is pretty much a small in China. Very cheap quality too but you get what you pay for.

No don't do it. They don't even know what's shipped n I'm still waiting on my order from Dec 2014 always same answer been shipped but trackn nmbr not exsit. I have 6 of them now with different track nmbrs for my order of 4 things. So imagine how much correspondence I had to do and continue to do. Just last night tried to log in but that didn't happen seems I don't exsist. Maybe it was my password

It will cost you a FORTUNE to send back. Contact PayPal (although they stink at helping get refunded I'm sorry to say) OR however you paid... chalk this up to a bad decision without googling this company and seeing reviews before buying, I wish I had done that. You might as well try to sell your items on poshmark, Mercari or ebay.

You can't. It's a 7 days return since you've got your parcel just for some of the products. Also the parcel has to rich the destination, back to theme within those 7 days.
