Is Nastydress stealing credit card information once its entered for payment? I attempted to purchase $200.00 worth of merchandise only for an "error" to occur each time i tried to submit my payment... meaning the payment wouldnt go through. ( i entered the correct information numerous times and yes i have effecient funds to back it up so i know thats not the problem)... it was then saying to try another credit card. (Sketch right there). Im glad i didnt do that.

I think they just saw a fairly large cash purchase with no intentions of delivering that many items so will either pocket my money that "wasnt submitted" or will take my credit card information. If thats the case then them asking for another credit card would make sense so they can take that one too. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen on a fairly large price order? For me i paid with my Paypal so i didn't give them my bank details. But i think they are thieves because ordered my dress on the 04/02/16 and still hasn't received it yet. Not even a message
To say if it been shipped or not.

My advice - just don't order from them. Do your research. I didn't and I wish that I had because it would've saved me ALOT of headache!
No telling what they did or what intentions they had with your credit card info.
I ordered a few things and eventually DID get my money back after a lot of hassle. I haven't seen any unusual credit card transactions on my card since.

Didn't have that happen, but don't do business with this CHINA poor customer service company. The items are poorly made, really small inconsistent sizes, and IF you need to return something YOU PAY... only the CRAP companies do that. I fileda credit card dispute to get my $back since the item they shipped was supposed to be a 2XLbut had the arms of a size 4! Their claim is they ONLY refund IF found defective, they demanded pictures but how could I do that when I couldn't get the damn thing on? IF EVERYONE having a dispute would just file a PAYMENT DISPUTE with the payment vendor - credit card or pay pal etc. sooner or later they will not be allowed to USE those services! ALSO I've complained to Facebook about irresponsible, scam companies having pages on the site FILLED to the brim with complaints and why they continue toallow advertising UGH

Sorry your having problems. I used Paypal to pay for my order and in the process of filing a dispute and claim in order to get my money back. When dealing with any site based in China I will only use the site if they accept Paypal so that I have an added level of protection. Had I read the reviews of this site prior to placing an order I would have never placed an order with them to begin with. They went as far as to email me claiming my items were available but are unable to ship them because I had an open dispute with Paypal. If you do use Paypal NEVER close a dispute once you open one because if you do, you will lose your ability to get your money back.

I didn't experience any fraudulent activity aside from the wrong amount being charged, it wasn't a substantial amount. Please be careful and know that they do not have an actual customer service center or department with a number to contact, everything must be submitted by ticket and is typically responded to within a couple of days though it often appears scripted. Good luck!

If your on this site and have seen the numerous complaints and issues with the the company and you still order from them, I don't know what to tell you. Not being a jerk but I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB. I hope they shut them down once and for all.

My husband thinks that they are identity thieves. They sent my a message asking me to send a money order from Washington mutal and pictures of my driver's license, excetra. Why would they ask for a money order after I paid them via debt card. I did get an email from them saying they'd refund my money fast but haven't seen it yet. My step mom is an attorney so I have no problem taking legal action and posting on every single site I see them advertise warning people to stay away if I don't have my money back in 5 more business days
