I had an incredible experience ordering through this website, I'd recommend others to buy from here and I'll be buying again in the future.
FIRST, I checked website info to ensure I'm NOT ordering from CHINA. I do not help keep CHIINA in business in any way. Website says UK or London, so ok, I wear a women's 12 but ordered an XXL shirt based on size chart & then some. I received a corset front shirt with a ribbon hanging in it, so I was to lace it myself lol, and could not even get it on because my normal size arms will not fit into the sleeves. I also had my daughter a size 4-6 try it and she couldn't get it on either. As was NOT expected, it shipped from CHINA (SCAM ALERT) and took almost 30 days which surpasses their 30 day "warranty." They only offer returns IF YOU SHIP, and only offer exchange, so that alone should be evidence that they are FULLY aware of the quality issues and do NOT take responsibility for them. If everyone having problems would file credit card and/or Paypal disputes those payment methods would probably eventually cut them off entirely. I'll certainly do my part by reposting this EVERYwhere I can find.

First of all, why do I have to even give them one star? This is the worst company to deal with ever! I ordered a jacket January 27,2016 as a Valentine's Day gift (order #J**************). I paid extra for quick shipping. The jacket never arrived, so I contacted them and this was their reply, "We are sorry to inform you the shipping time just starts from the day we send your order out, it does not include the processing time." They also told me that they were off for a long period of time due to their Chinese New Year... really? Over a week later I wrote to them again and they blamed the supplier. When I ordered the item it should have said "Out of stock" if they didn't have the item. A few days later they gave me a return of my money as a credit for their site. I saw the jacket available again, so I reordered with my credit. I accidentally ordered two. I tried to change it to one, but the site wouldn't allow this and it showed as partial payment. I didn't want two jackets and I sure as hell was not going to give them another dime! This order number is, J*******932. I'm writing these order numbers, because in every response where they act like they want to help they ask for it. I tried going on their live chat for customer service, but it always says come back at normal business hours. I've tried all hours, but they are never there. I think one person is running this business out of their garage and orders from companies one item at a time. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE,! You will never see your money again! I've learned my lesson! My next step is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

My order took a month to arrive after choosing 7-10 day shipping, and I only received 2 of the 3 items I purchased. Both items are EXTREMELY poorly made, I mean bad. I bought 2 nighties and and a pair of lounge pants, the pants have a hole in them and look like they are made from bathing suit material, and the one nightie I received is probably made from panty hose. Its straps are literally made from ribbon that you would use for wrapping presents. They also look VERY different then the pictures online. Never using this company again. It's laughable how horrible these products were lol

After filing a ticket complaint on the website and asking for a refund of the item I never received, they refuse to help me because it "already shipped" (almost a month ago) and they won't reply to my email about wanting a refund. I ordered all of my items on October 20th, the money was taken out of my account immediately, but some of my items weren't even placed on order until a week later!
Needless to say this company is a SCAM and they do not care about customers whatsoever.
To the "Customer Service Rep" from the company who responded to this complaint, why even respond to my complaint, or any others for that matter if you won't help? Lying to try and make a company sound legitimate is pretty low...
