I have patiently waited for my refund from this company that has escalated to my credit card that I used to purchase the items that I returned. Their policy is 14 business days well we are going into 15 days this was due to holiday returns etc...If I could give 0 stars I would there should not be a 14 delay from receiving my money! I do not recommend this business

Please do yourself the favor and not even bother ordering anything from this company. Not only was the dress I ordered trash, to get a refund takes over two months and I am still yet to receive it. Please just avoid them. Whatever it is you want to buy, other designers with better quality and customer service are selling it I promise. Who is the CEO of this company? YOUR WORKERS ARE DOING A HORRIBLE JOB!

I ordered two dresses from Naked Wardrobe. Like many of their other reviews they run so super small. I decided to send them back for a refund which I still have not received even after being promised from there so call "customer service" that since I provided my tracking number that I sent the items back and it proves they received them that it would expedite the return process and I will get my return. They promise 7-14 days without holidays, weekends and nights. Which it has now been over 14 days not counting holidays, weekends, and nights and I still have not received my return. I will never buy from this business again. I actually can't believe they are still in business with all of their negative reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Naked Wardrobe is great... until you need to return their clothes! First of all, they will force you to pay for return shipping. Secondly, when you finally return the clothes, you'll hear nothing but radio silence from them. In my case, I returned a pair of pants that didn't fit well. I KNOW for a fact it made it to their address because I have the tracking number, and it indicated a successful delivery. Despite numerous emails, they did not reply to my concerns regarding a refund. I had to report them to several regulatory bodies and escalate the issue with PayPal! Again... good... until you have to return the clothes. And unfortunately, you're bound to come across an issue in which you'll have no choice but to return due to fit issues.

So I placed my order on 12/8/23 in hopes that I will get it by at least Wednesday which is tomorrow and it's still saying processing when the money has been out of my account since the day that I've made the damn order and my birthday is literally four days away so unless they do overnight shipping by tomorrow, I'm not going to get my package in time for me to even take a flight to Miami which means I'm just not even gonna go cause I'm not gonna have nothing to wear and I'm not gonna be able to celebrate it no matter where I'm at because I have nothing to wear!

Long sleeve Bodysuits, the only reason why I shopped here, love how it's fitted to the body but the material extremely cheap. Material it's always cheap with everything they make atleast what I've ordered, once you wash it this is how it looks, ( the photo I attached) I ordered pants for $100 something and material cheap and they sent it dirty to me and didn't accept a return for it, a short sleeve bodysuit I ordered came ripped by the shoulders ( I did get a refund for that one)

They charge you to ship back your returns and then they never refund you for your purchases… they also ignore your emails and you can not get through on the phone. I have never ever had a problem like this with a company before to return some thing.

I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THEM EVERY AGAIN! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO ITEMS AND THEY PROCEEDED THE WRONG COLOR FROM WHAT I SELECTED. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE SITE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REORDER BUT THE NUMBER IS NO HELP, ALL IT DOES IS TELL YOU TO EMAIL THEM FOR ALL YOUR ISSUES! SO I HAD TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE CORRECT COLOR AND I GUESS RETURN THE COLOR I DIDN'T WANT FROM THE PREVIOUS ORDER! BEFORE PLACING THE SECOND ORDER I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO TRY AND CANCEL, THIS WAS LAST WEEK THURSDAY (7/27/23) STILL NO RESPONSE! AGAIN ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AND STILL NO TRACKING INFO! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON THE SITE THAT CANT HELP ANYONE WITH ANYTHING! WITCH IS RIDICULOUS! I WISH I DID BETTER RESEARCH BECAUSE IF I KNEW THAT I 100 PERCENT WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY EVEN HAVE A NUMBER ON THE SITE, I GUESS TO SWINDLE PEOPLE! BUT THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO SEND A EMAIL TO TRACK MY PACKAGE IS THE WEIRDEST/ STUPIDEST THING IVE SEEN THUS FAR! THE WHOLE WEBSITE WILL HAV YOU RUNNING GOING IN CIRCLES TO STILL COME UP WITH NO ANSWERS AND NO HELP AT ALL!

I'm guessing this company is an absolute scam. I ordered a vinyl swimsuit and it still has yet to ship. I've emailed them several times and have received no responses. I doubt I'll ever see my money back or the suit. When you try to comment on their social media, they delete your comments immediately.

Buyer beware before you buy from nakedwardrobe website. It has been almost a month since they has received my returned. I sent many emails and up to date I have not received my refund. I was told via email that I will be refunded next few days and still no refund.

Ordered a dress from naked. Took 22 days to ship to Canada. Was way to big on me, I returned it and never got my money back. Didn't hear back from anyone. I paid 115$ for the dress. The tags were still on it. Do not buy from them.

I bought the clothes thinking they'd smooth out the bulges that I have here and there. That was the intention. The reality was that both shirts I ordered (Just Zip It Top and BAE-SIC DRAPE TOP) looked TERRIBLE on me. They were too short and the drape top just looked stupid. The $72 pants were fine (BAE-SIC BOO LEGGINGS in grey and black), but they were NOT high quality. They felt like any leggings that you could buy at a cheaper price. I have some higher end leggings and Naked Wardrobe's are NOT it. Plus, they didn't do what I wanted them to with the body shaping aspect.

I contacted customer service and they give me this information "As stated on our website as well as your order invoice, we kindly ask that all returns are sent back without makeup, self tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stains. Items returned with stains and/or FINAL SALE items will be rejected by our Returns Department. Items that are FINAL SALE are: Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Shoes, Intimates, & all Items purchased on sale or with a promo code. There will be a $25 USD return shipping fee for any rejected items that need to be shipped back to you." No mention that my items did not qualify for a return.

So I send my stuff back. $15 to ship it back, but that's the risk I took. Not worried about it. Totally fine. A few days later I get an email that the items are being RETURNED to me! I email them immediately and tell them to stop the shipment. THEN They tell me that because I used a COUPON CODE, the items are final sale! WHAT? Customer service never stated that when I emailed them about the return. You have to go to their FAQ to find this information and it's half way down the page! So now, I'm out $215 for the order PLUS the $15 I paid to ship it to them PLUS the $25 fee to send it back to me. $255 gone because I wanted to give Naked Wardrobe a try.

I'm absolutely FURIOUS! Besides the horrible policy, customer service could have easily checked my order and saw that I used a coupon code and told me THEN that I couldn't return the items. Now I'm out an extra $40 for clothes that I DON'T WANT. Absolutely awful. 0/10 do not recommend.

I have so many issues with Naked Wardrobe. So many! Customer service is trash. They don't respond to inquiries and they steal your money. My first purchase of Naked Wardrobe was from Nordstrom. The quality is the clothing is amazing! However, Nordstrom does not have as many options as the actual Naked Wardrobe company. I ordered from the original company twice; and twice I had to send an inquiry about being charged and not receiving products and/or about them sending the wrong item. No one has responded to me and it has been a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE MONEY STEALERS!

I would give zero stars if I could. I recently placed an order that costed me $80 plus shipping. For some reason I haven't received a confirmation of the order in my email. I go check my bank account and my credit card has been charged TWICE. I immediately go to my account and see that there's no placed orders under my name. I try calling their phone number and OF COURSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND KEEP GIVING YOU OPTIONS TO REACH OUT TO THEM VIA EMAIL. After I sent an email explaining and sending proof of the charge on my bank account, I receive NO ANSWER. Obviously I didn't even have an order number cause I never had a confirmation email. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $12 dollars for standard shipping which is ABSURD. After several times I tried contacting them they blocked my phone number and now I'm not even able to call and do not know what to do. They charged me $80 for a simple black dress and $12 in shipping and I got NOTHING, NO HELP.
This website is definitely overrated and their quality is below average.
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT. I will definitely file a dispute with my bank.

I'm a real customer first and foremost lol, I've been shopping with naked for 5 years I love them I Love the material it lasts forever and if I ever have a problem which I hardly have they fixed it never gave me a problem I'm a repeat customer.

I love the design of the items. Overall I spent over 600 dollars with them. To my shock the tops I bought started to get bumpy after 2 wears which only got worse and worse. I've now had to throw them away. Never again!

This company is a complete scam.
Firstly, they advertise discount codes yet do not allow you to apply any in your cart.
Second, their sizes are completely off. I tried to return the clothing and they refused, I sent the package back and even paid $40 for insured tracking and they took my money and no longer reply to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I've ordered from this crooked company several times, however they have showed their true colors. I placed an order December 19, I ordered a small and received a medium. I have contacted this company over two weeks to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive a response. I tried to reach the company to find out how to send the item back without me paying for shipment. Due to me paying a ridiculous price for shipping to receive the item. I am going to go to the better business bureau. This is highway robbery. Why do I have to pay for something that is useless. I can't fit a medium

They always give these fake promo codes, and when you get to the website there is no way to enter the promo code. I email their customer service to ask them about the promo code, but they don't respond. There is new site that sells amazing bodysuits, just like them. I'll just continue to buy from them because they are more cheaper and the prices are better.
