Super disappointed *******@nakedwardrobe. I ordered the barely there jumpsuit in size medium and bathing suit also size medium. The bathing suit I had not problem but the barely there jumpsuit was a joke. It literally looked like it would fit my 7 year old daughter. Not that my daughter would wear it but just to give you an idea how long and how it fit. I emailed them and sent the President *******@nakedwardrobe a DM and never heard anything. Finally I went to return the item through FedEx and I received my refund only to find out they refunded me the price of the bathing suit which was less and not the barely there jumpsuit. What a joke of a company you are and at this point I'm thinking it was done on purpose. Never again will I ever shop from you guys, buyers beware sizing is NOT TRUE TO SIZE and all the hassle I had to go though, never again!
I never really complain and this is the first review I have ever written which should pretty much let you know how bad an experience this was. I ordered one of their luscious maxi's for a wedding I was attending I made sure I ordered it with ample time to ensure that the dress would come at a reasonable time before the wedding to make sure it fit right. As the weeks passed I still had not received my dress and the tracker was not updating to let me know where my package was. I had to email them twice before they got back to me explaining that because I'm in Canada and not the US it's not their responsibility, which is ridiculous. They then proceeded to tell me that international orders can take anywhere up to 25 business days apparantly it says that on their website. I checked their FAQ section it says nothing of the sort. I still have yet to receive my product or any info of it's whereabouts. With any other website I order from I can track the package everywhere until it arrives or I can contact customer service and they will let me know. This company has refused to do that and won't even try they said it was on me. This company has shown terrible business. They do not care for the consumer or their products. Save yourself the trouble and headaches and order from a different company.
So like many others i found Naked Wardrobe on IG they are hard to resist because the promote sales daily and the kardashians wear their items which i hate to say heavily influenced my desire to try this brand. Not to mention they are one of the first IG stores i followed that had their own unique style which i personally appreciate which is simple but "elegant" and sexy. However having purchased serval items from them i have a major issue with the fabric and the sizing. The crop oh so tight set i bought 3 a S a M and a L. The Med fit like an XS, the S fit like a Med, and the L fit well [ i am petite but very curvy in the hips and butt]. The fabric doesn't stretch very well in the small sizes but was very stretchy in the L. Then i bought a tank capri set in a large thinking this will fit perfect well the tank was a very weird cut for my body and the capri was too big and the fabric was very different and just not suitable to wear it just doesn't lay well on the body it's not ideal for a tight fitting legging and tank set. I just find myself upset at the money i spent to have so many issues with sizing like you literally will have no idea what size you actually wear unless your am xs with no curves to speak of... i also find the pricing too high for the quality of the fabrics.
Naked wardrobe got me $#*!ed up. Their customer service is a damn computer. Processing supposedly takes 2-3 days but it took them 2-3 seconds to take my money out of my damn account. $#*! naked wardrobe
6 days ago I decided to give Naked Wardrobe a try and today I received my order. Not bad in terms of the delivery time. My 2 stars because 1 dress did fit but the quality of the material was poor.
Given my fear of rayon I bought 2 identical dresses which were composed of: 48% Polyester, 48% Rayon, 4% Spandex. Most of the dresses I liked on the website had higher rates of rayon. These were a Small in white and Medium in grey so that I could figure out my size (the size that would not fit I would gift as I've read below horrible customer service reviews so I wasn't trying to go up that alley).
First off, I am a very uncommon size (bust 32, waist 24.5, hip 35.25, second hip 39.75). Both dresses actually fit me due to their elasticity (e.g. The butt area didn't look super stretched). BUT the white one was extremely see-through (how come the bra line or nipples do not show on the model!?! At least F21 or Tobi gives you a hint of see-through in their photos). Misleading. If you try to wear a white underwear and bra the contrast is just too much. I may only be able to use this as a pool party dress - if anything. The grey one actually fit me yet the fabric gave me a horrible itch on my arms and back. I feel like I'm wearing wood chips, which is exactly what rylon is (note: not all clothing containing rylon irritates me).
I should have known better... this is the price we pay for fast fashion but I was hoping that Naked Wardrobe would hear its customers out and fix the issue of poor fabric. I said spend your money elsewhere because although the grey one was verrrry flattering... you won't have a problem with the fabric (even if it is fast fashion) at other online stores where they are happy to receive your returns/exchanges. Even if you don't care about using a dress 1-2 times before it shrinks... you can at least donate it vs throwing it away as I will most likely do with this white dress.
Hint: Order anything but white. The gray hid the see-through quality really well.
Main negatives:
- Don't expect to stay warm with this thin material
- Fabric may cause minor irritation
- Per my order email, a $25 fee will be charged for any order that is returned back to you if they find "makeup, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair or any other stain"
I enjoy online shopping... may be a little to much. I could not express more on how dissatisfied I am with the clothes I ordered from Naked Wardrobe. I ordered a jumpsuit and a body suit. The jumpsuit looked nothing like the photo and the material was so cheap and thin and shows every crevice of your body. The body suit sizing is way off and I even ordered a larger size to accommodate my thicker frame. I am also from Canada and they are saying they do not do international refunds, so basically I am stuck with 2 items I paid over 100 dollars for that i will NEVER wear. I would also like to mention their customer service is a joke and basically have a robot responding to your emails. For your own sanity do not order from this company!
This has got to be the worst online clothing site possible. Their clothes LITERALLY are different than the pictures. I have been ordering from this website over and over again hoping they would get it right only because the clothes are so cheap and look adorable on the models. I am the same size as the models and the clothes come either 4 inches shorter to the point where the dresses are crop tops and the lining and stitching on the seams are coming out. They do not care about customer service whatsoever and will not try to work with you at all. DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM HERE. The only reason they're sitll around is by giving celebrities free clothes and somehow getting them to wear it. You will be so disappointed with the things you buy from here.
Okay, I don't post negative reviews often, but today I have just had it with terrible customer service from these online websites. You think ordering online is going to be easier because you won't have to deal with all the nuisances of going to a physical store; you point, click and you're done. But ordering online from these horribly run online-only stores is even more frustrating! This Friday will be my first time in California, so this past Friday I decided that I needed a new outfit for the festive occasion. Well, anyone who knows me knows that one new outfit quickly turned into several new outfits; I was on an ordering rampage. I got to the end and was so excited about my new purchases that I didn't think about the fact that I was not ordering from the ever so trusty Amazon.com with the magical service of Prime shipping, but a normal site with regular shipping. Immediately after I placed my order I realized that I probably should have sent my package to the hotel in California. I figured this would be the most logical fix because their warehouse, which is only open Monday through Friday, is in California. So, I call to speak to customer service and the voice recording prompted me to send an email and someone would reply sometime in a 48 hour window, Monday through Friday. I send the email, or two, and wait patiently all weekend to hear back. When they finally respond, mid-day, they responded to me using the wrong name and use a copied and pasted generic answer from their FAQ page. Like really, I waited all weekend for THAT? I obviously replied back frantically hoping that they would respond before my package was processed for shipping. I even took extreme measures by leaving comments on Facebook and Instagram asking for a representative to reach out to me or if there was any way to speak to someone in person and make this minor change to my order. Their response, you ask? They deleted the picture that I commented on! But get this, not only did they delete that picture, they added a new one! This is where I lost it. So like any women would, I threw up a passive aggressive comment that went a little something like this: So, you can delete my post, your picture and add a new picture, but I can't get a decent response from customer service? Then another lady chimes in and says the same and threatens to report them to BBB. I agreed and guess what their response was; go on, just guess... okay fine, I'll tell you! They BLOCKED me!
Moral of the story, Naked Wardrobe clothing company is the least professional online business I have come across. Today they will be reported to the BBB by two paying customers that only wanted to speak to someone regarding their order. Your loss Naked Wardrobe, your loss.
When I found Naked Wardrobe, I thought I was in heaven. All their clothes looked amazing online. I ordered a matching set outfit but when I finally got it I was highly disappointed. The quality was very poor and thin, and seemed it would fit someone 5'2,90 lbs. I am a little over average height, 5'8, and am about 125 lbs... I ordered a size small (as I do everywhere else), I usually do not have a problem with outfits or dresses fitting me. However, the top would ride up, the sleeves were too short, and the skirt was too short. Then I read other reviews and wish I would have read them before ordering... I probably will not be ordering from here again.
I too found Naked Wardrobe on Instagram. The clothing looked amazing online and there was a discount code that day (which I know realize happens about 80% of the week) I ordered two dresses. A slit dress and scoop bottom dress, both horrible. The scoop bottom is as sheer as pantyhose and it would have been fine if the underneath lining didn't stop just above your butt crack... so its see through from your crack down. The slit dress is so thin and not body hugging, one wrong step and your vagine will come out... it is not the same length as the what the model is wearing. If you look up the hashtag "NakedWardrobe" you will see all the photos of these poor quality dresses which are MUCH shorter than they appear online.
I placed an order with multiple items but everything did not fit so I sent 2 items back and I only received a refund for 1 item when clearly I sent back 2 items and of course customer service is not available... Never will order again!
I ordered a bodysuit that I had seen Khloe Kardashian wearing. The size was accurate to what the website suggested and it fit/looked great! Unfortunately after the first time of wearing the bodysuit the material started to majorly pill. (Pilling occurs when groups of fibers break, tangle, and mat together, making the texture of the fabric rough.) Anyways after wasting $40 on this product I was only able to get 2 uses out of it. I dont think I would shop on that site again unless it was something spectacular.
I found NakedWardrobe on Instagram & quickly fell in love with the simple, but sexy designs.
My boyfriend was taking me out for a nice bday dinner while we were on vaca, so I thought "hell, just get something sexy" and boy- did I ever!
I would say that I am a size small on top, but medium bottom- a true "pear". I decided I should go with a size small, because the garment was backless and I didn't want a loose top.
I work in fashion, so, after placing my order I spoke to the fabrics dept to check if the Viscose/Spandex material would stretch into a see-through material- the assured me that it would.
I contacted NakedWardrobe right away- since my product didn't process or ship to see if I could get a medium.
I received an email back saying "they can not change an order that had been processed"
Wait what? But it wasn't processed! Was my thought.
I wrote back and told them that, and my response from them- was an email saying my order had been processed with that information (no shipping info just yet)
I then wrote back and said - it just processed, I told you before it had and seeing that my garment didn't ship & they had mediums in stock- could they not just send a medium? Please?
Their response- was my tracking information
My dress than sat for about a week before updating and actually shipping
And b/c it was a sale item, I can't return it - so thanks naked wardrobe for my sausage casing-
The dress came as pictured & just as I thought, too small and sheer to actually wear in public... guess that is where they derived their catchy name!
Naked Wardrobe is for real. Shop bodysuits, tops, dusters, dresses & swim!
