Naked Wardrobe

Love the style of their stuff and I have ordered a lot of their stuff. It is all cute but overall low quality. Everything pills even if you hand wash and watch how you wear the clothing. It is cheap fabric. Also, bodysuits stretch to the point that for example, the straps of one no long stays on your shoulders b/c the overall bodysuit is so overly stretched.

You are paying inflated prices for the fashion/style that is it - other than that there is nothing spectacular about this brand. Nothing lasts and I have experienced it myself.

I'm a real customer first and foremost lol, I've been shopping with naked for 5 years I love them I Love the material it lasts forever and if I ever have a problem which I hardly have they fixed it never gave me a problem I'm a repeat customer.

I ordered a bodysuit that I had seen Khloe Kardashian wearing. The size was accurate to what the website suggested and it fit/looked great! Unfortunately after the first time of wearing the bodysuit the material started to majorly pill. (Pilling occurs when groups of fibers break, tangle, and mat together, making the texture of the fabric rough.) Anyways after wasting $40 on this product I was only able to get 2 uses out of it. I dont think I would shop on that site again unless it was something spectacular.

When I found Naked Wardrobe, I thought I was in heaven. All their clothes looked amazing online. I ordered a matching set outfit but when I finally got it I was highly disappointed. The quality was very poor and thin, and seemed it would fit someone 5'2,90 lbs. I am a little over average height, 5'8, and am about 125 lbs... I ordered a size small (as I do everywhere else), I usually do not have a problem with outfits or dresses fitting me. However, the top would ride up, the sleeves were too short, and the skirt was too short. Then I read other reviews and wish I would have read them before ordering... I probably will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered a pair of spandex that were priced quite high. I had to pay for shipping as well. The reviews that I read were all positive which is why I ended up buying them. When I received them I was very disappointed to find that they were the total opposite of what I had bought. When I submitted my review on the shorts, I was given the message that my review has been accepted for moderation which means that they do not post the honest reviews. I feel very ripped off as I will have to pay for a return label as well. Be careful and do your research when buying from them since they do not post any of the honest reviews users submit.

I have so many issues with Naked Wardrobe. So many! Customer service is trash. They don't respond to inquiries and they steal your money. My first purchase of Naked Wardrobe was from Nordstrom. The quality is the clothing is amazing! However, Nordstrom does not have as many options as the actual Naked Wardrobe company. I ordered from the original company twice; and twice I had to send an inquiry about being charged and not receiving products and/or about them sending the wrong item. No one has responded to me and it has been a month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE MONEY STEALERS!

I enjoy online shopping... may be a little to much. I could not express more on how dissatisfied I am with the clothes I ordered from Naked Wardrobe. I ordered a jumpsuit and a body suit. The jumpsuit looked nothing like the photo and the material was so cheap and thin and shows every crevice of your body. The body suit sizing is way off and I even ordered a larger size to accommodate my thicker frame. I am also from Canada and they are saying they do not do international refunds, so basically I am stuck with 2 items I paid over 100 dollars for that i will NEVER wear. I would also like to mention their customer service is a joke and basically have a robot responding to your emails. For your own sanity do not order from this company!

I have ordered from them a couple of times, until recently that I made an order and this time they posted on the site to please disregard any delays on shipping because of COVID. Which is fine as I have ordered from other stores and the same thing happen. So two weeks pass by I had no tracking number so I messaged customer service and later received an email with a tracking number. Fine, another week goes by there is no movement with my order so I figure something is wrong I send them another message they don't answer fine again so I wait another week so now we are going into a month and no movement from the tracking number. So I start messaging them constantly until finally got an answer saying that they apologize they noticed the no movement and think my shipment got lost in transit. So my question is, if I never would have messaged them I would have never known what happened with my shipment or money. Thanks but no thanks last time I'll order from this site again.

I placed my order for a black "get snatched" bodysuit size XS according to their sizing chart should have fit my chest. For reference I am 5'2" and weigh 101 lbs. This size XS bodysuit is so small in the chest it shows my nipples. Their website sizing guide is wrong, I have ordered size XS from many other companies without this issue.
I paid my own money to have this item returned and they shipped it back saying they don't accept returns for bodysuits. What kind of unprofessional company doesn't accept returns for bodysuits? Put a hygienic sticker on the panty area if you're that concerned about it. Do not order from this trash company, I won't. And I will be leaving a comment on any YouTuber's channel that recommends their company. Trust me sis!

I ordered from NakedWardrobe twice and each time my order was cancelled and refunded. The first time they cancelled my order, they claimed it was because my shipping address was different from my billing address.

The second time they cancelled my order, no explanation was given even though I used a credit card with the same billing and shipping addresses! This is completely unprofessional, unjust, and wrong. I have since given up on ever ordering from them again.
