I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THEM EVERY AGAIN! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR TWO ITEMS AND THEY PROCEEDED THE WRONG COLOR FROM WHAT I SELECTED. I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE SITE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REORDER BUT THE NUMBER IS NO HELP, ALL IT DOES IS TELL YOU TO EMAIL THEM FOR ALL YOUR ISSUES! SO I HAD TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER FOR THE CORRECT COLOR AND I GUESS RETURN THE COLOR I DIDN'T WANT FROM THE PREVIOUS ORDER! BEFORE PLACING THE SECOND ORDER I EMAILED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO TRY AND CANCEL, THIS WAS LAST WEEK THURSDAY (7/27/23) STILL NO RESPONSE! AGAIN ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AND STILL NO TRACKING INFO! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON THE SITE THAT CANT HELP ANYONE WITH ANYTHING! WITCH IS RIDICULOUS! I WISH I DID BETTER RESEARCH BECAUSE IF I KNEW THAT I 100 PERCENT WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY EVEN HAVE A NUMBER ON THE SITE, I GUESS TO SWINDLE PEOPLE! BUT THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO SEND A EMAIL TO TRACK MY PACKAGE IS THE WEIRDEST/ STUPIDEST THING IVE SEEN THUS FAR! NOT SENDING A FOLLOW UP EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING INFO SHOWS HOW LAZY THEY ARE AND HOW LITTLE THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THATS EVEN MORE DISGUSTING! IF YOU GO TO THE WEBSITE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE THE ONLY INFO YOU GET IS WHERE YOU SHIPPED IT TO! THE WHOLE WEBSITE WILL HAV YOU RUNNING GOING IN CIRCLES TO STILL COME UP WITH NO ANSWERS AND NO HELP AT ALL!
