I accidentally hit this link when I typed "swa reservation help" as it was the first link to show up AND looked like SWA when purchasing tickets. As I had already looked for flights, I had knew the price of the tickets I wanted. When the representative told me a different price, I told him I wanted the "want to get away tickets" at a much lower price. He told me that
Those were no longer available; I then asked if I was speaking to Southwest Airlines and he said "yes - absolutely, you are paying for the tickets only". Well, i had a complicated request, so I went thru the process, it was an emergency trip which I indicated to him. He went on to say that I needed to look at the reservation to make sure it was correct before proceeding and in the email there was a question asking to confirm the price of the ticket. I did so and after all was said and done, the representative
told me there would be two charges on my account - I figured i was purchasing two one-way tickets and one round-trip ticket... and that is why. Well, NO I had one charge for $610.00 for my flight search and then a separate charge for the amount I had originally expected. The thing is, I asked several times why the tickets were no longer available and he explained that "sometimes OUR website is slow to update" A glitch etc. and that as my flight was in two days I was at risk of not getting the tickets ETC. When I saw the $610.00 charge (as soon as i received the e-mail) i called my credit card company - they investigated but were unable to help as I had responded to that email asking if my reservation was correct. At any rate, the person I spoke with misrepresented himself and his so-called company SEVERAL times and I was unable to cancel my $ 610.00 overpayment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, LIARS, FRAUD, AND WORDS I CANNOT TYPE BC I AM A DECENT PERSON.

You will not receive your tickets! The airline will not be able to help you! Customer service will NOT Call you!

Changed my return flight after booking to a date three days later. Refusing to issue refund. I had to rebook on another airline directly.

Sure book online--find a great air fare... oh yah takes 48 hours to issue a ticket, then don't answer their phone to correct the ticket. Had to book directly with the Airline. Now out $320 ie the cost of the new ticket because In their words" You didn't make the changes with us"... if you do not answer your phone how can one? Was told that I would have to wait 7-10 days to get refund. Now told basically sucks to be you. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you use them... make dam sure that you're 100% sure before paying.

Now for update:
In speaking with a "supervisor" now being told that "yes, I will get my refund but it will take two cycles of my Visa card to show up. Was told that they have to wait for a code to refund from West Jet then refund. Most finical transactions only take 5-7 days to complete... so what I'm being told is crap... DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS.

Newer Update: as of Today 20/06/2016

These RIPOFF ARTISTS have still not refunded my money. DO NOT USE THEM! They are not in the business of providing plan tickets ----they are in the business to rip the little guy off!

Made flight reservations, they took my money and never sent me a ticket or a refund. This is a scam site.
