The service quality of myflightsearch is top level even in such difficult times. Someone always answers the call and gets the job done.

I requested Jenna for a window seat while booking my flight back home to wellington. Thats exactly what I got. Thank You Jenna.
I think the fares at myflightsearch are available at a discount to almost all other websites. This is a really good travel operator.
The customer care agent Stephanie was helpful in every possible way. She understood my issues and did everything she could at the earliest.
DO NOT USE SCAM WILL TAKE UR MONEY ND U WONT GET UR TICKETS! RIPP-OFFS! BIG TIME SCAMS! I REPEAT DO NOT USE! THEY TAKE UR MONEY OUT OF UR ACCOUNT ND HOLD IT THEN WHEN U CALL TO FIND OUT WHY U HAVENT RECIVED UR E-TICKETS THEY GIVE U A BULLCRAP STORY THAT UR FLIGHT HAD BEEN CANCLED THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU FOR THE SAME FLIGHT U JUST PAID FOR! They constantly hang up on you when you question them because their story doesn't sound right. All they do is lie to you. They never have a manager or a supervisor they are using the pandemic as an excuse for flights being CANCLED! Omg this company needs to be stopped! Shut them down! They are ripping ppl off! DO NOT TRUST. ITS NOT RIGHT! VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I REPEAT! FRAUDULENT! THE ONLY REASON THEY GET 1 STAR IS CUZ I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO SUBMIT THUS REVIEW!
Jenna went out of her way to help me out with my bookings. I made a few of them last night for my relatives. Thank you so much!
I wanted to book an international flight ONLY if I would be able to upgrade to business class with American Express miles. He told me that the fare for 2 tickets was $3,434 and that there were no upgradable seats at the moment but I would have to book the seats now. I asked if he would hold the reservation for 24 hours. He said that I would have to purchase the tickets and they were cancelable within 24 hours. He sent me an e-mail for me to sign off on the purchase. I called back and told him that no where on the email did it read that it was cancelable within 24 hours. He told me that it was an industry practice to cancel if the customer wanted to within 24 hours. I declined and did not authorize the purchase. The next day I received an email from him. It read "AS PER OUR CONVERSATION, WE HAVE CANCELLED YOUR BOOKING NUMBER ********. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TICKET BOOK BY YOU WAS NON-REFUNDABLE, HENCE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE CANCELLATION. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ON TOLL FREE NUMBER *******419 FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE." Needless to say I have notified Amex and have been monitoring my Amex card.
TYPED IN JET BLUE AND THEIR NUMBER POPPED UP SO OF COURSE I ENQUIRED IF I WAS TALKING TO JET BLUE AND WAS TOLD YES, THEY'RE THE CONSOLIDATORS WHO BOOK JET BLUE VACATION PACKAGES. I WAS NAIVE TO BUY THAT STUPIDITY. ANYWAY, BECAUSE THE GENTLEMAN WAS SO VERY NICE AND PATIENT I WENT ALONG AND BOOKED THE PACKAGE WITH HIM. SO MANY THINGS WERE PROMISED TO ME, THE BEST SEAT WITH ALL THREE FAMILY MEMBERS SITTING IN MORE LEG ROOM SECTION ON OUTBOUND AND RETURN FLIGHTS. WHEN THE ITINERARY WAS EMAILED TO ME NEXT DAY, NOTHING OF THE SORT. WE WERE IN THE BACK OF THE PLANE ON BOTH FLIGHTS. I NOTICED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM EXPEDIA ON MY EMAIL AFTER BOOKING WAS COMPLETE SO I ASKED THE GENTS IF HE WAS EXPEDIA OR WORKED FOR THEM AT WHICH HE REPLIED "NO, I DO NOT WORK FOR EXPEDIA. I GOT SUSPICIOUS AND CALLED THEM TO CANCEL FLIGHT. THEY SAID THEY CANT DO IT, THE ORIGINAL GENTLEMAN HAS TO DO IT. HE'D CALL ME BACK BUT HE NEVER DID. EVENTUALLY, HE CALLED AFTER I CALLED AGAIN TO INSIST I WANTED OUT. HE TRIED TO CONVINCE WHY HE CANNOT DO IT. WORST OF ALL THERE WERE SO MANY CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM PLACES I HAD NO CONTACT WITH! THEY'RE REALLY A SCAM. LEARNED MY LESSON WELL!
I purchased my round trip ticket to Hawaii on March 26th 2020 and when I received my credit card statement on April 14th, it shows I was billed twice. I tried calling the company 3 times on the 15th and on the 3rd call I finally got someone and they said to send an email to their *******@myflightsearch.com to request a refund/credit back to my account and will be done quickly, but as of today, no credit or refund. Then I tried calling again, on April 16th three times and waited about 1 hour each time and would get disconnected. I started getting suspicious, so I checked online about the legitimacy of the company. It turned out that there's a lot of customers getting the same treatment as myself. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I called my credit card company today to investigate, so I can get my money back! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FBI AND SHUT DOWN! LETS FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM ASAP!
Very friendly and cooperative staff of myflightsearch. I really like the way of coustumer service. Keep it up!
Just like others before me, I was scammed by this company impersonating United Airlines. It happened while I was standing in a security line at Newark International Airport. I knew I wasn't going to make my flight which was currently boarding and I scrambled to find out my options by googling United Airlines customer support. Instead of reaching the real United Airlines, I reached these bastards. I realized they were not the real United Airlines when a ticketing agent said the new ticket wasn't booked correctly and I shouldn't have been charged anything. After discovering who these bastards are from my credit card statement, I called them back demanding a refund. They said it would come within 5 business days. It never came. I opened a dispute case with my credit card company and also a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada. They processed my refund only after being contacted by the BBB of Southern Nevada. I didn't stop there because they continue scamming people to this day. I recently opened a case with the FTC as well. I have one last trick up my sleeve that will perhaps stop them for good. Stay tuned...
I wrote a review on 8/22/17 and complimented Sasha, whom I thought I was speaking to a Southwest agent... Very deceptive, was able to cancel transaction! NEVER AGAIN!
We had an excellent experience with the booking. Shine helped me book a fright to fifly with others that had there tickets. Will use again.
They have a very fine collection of hotels. Jenifer helped me book a nice hotel near the Miami Beach just a week before my travel.
The online travel agent was offering a price to fly from Fort Lauderdale to Fresno for about $140 less than any of the other airlines. That should have been my first warning and I should have stopped and checked online reviews. Many people have had worse issues than we did.
Throughout the transaction I was prompted numerous times about my willingness to leave from a different city or arrive in a different city, or depart on a different day or arrive on a different day. Each time I declined the offers because they did not suit our travel plans. For example, arriving at Los Angeles or San Francisco would have required a much lengthier drive from the airport to our destination.
By the time our transaction was completed, they had our 10-day vacation starting one day late and Lasting for only a week. We would have completely missed out on Yosemite. When I contacted the customer service number, I discovered that it was outsourced--probably to India. While that in and of itself was not an issue the issue was that the gentleman could do nothing to help me other than say that I should have addressed it sooner and the agreement calls for arbitration. Since the plans were for our wedding and the UNREAD reviews indicated that we might do worse by $#*!ering around with them, we decided to buy the tickets directly from the airline. By the end of the phone call, I was in tears. The airline will not refund the money because it's outside the 24-hour window; however, we have a year in which to use it toward other tickets for a fee of $ 200. If it looks too good to be true it probably isn't. Check reviews before doing business with anyone online especially.
Emily suggested a nice hotel near Union Square in San Francisco. The room was super clean and the staff was very amiable.
Answer: No, this is not a legitimate site. They are scammers. Do not book with these people!
Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
