They will find any reason to not back there warranty. What a waste of money, not only is there furniture disposable but u can't have it replaced when it breaks and u paid 200 for a warranty... rip off. I will never recommend Bobs. Ill tell everyone to never shop there.

I will never recommend or buy from you again and will be sure to spread the news of the horrible experience. You lie, cheat and have lost my business and anyone I know for life. I would not even take a million dollars from you on a contract. Because you unworthy and feels criminal.
Bobs discount furniture is the worst company to deal with out of any company ever! The furniture is horrible, there delivery people don't speak any English, and there account managers have awful attitudes.
But here's the thing, none of this matters to them because once you sign for your purchase and walk out the door, they can care less about you and your issues with your purchase. I was told by an acct manager " You signed for it, its in your home, it's yours, there is nothing we can do for you. " So this is how you treat your customers, wow!
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that supervisors don't take calls, and if they did I would be told the same thing by them.

The 2 recliners broken before 1 year of use. One the second one opened a claim back in April and here where are in August and still waiting for them to come and take care of my claim even though I bought a extended warranty. Shame on them
I guess I didn't learn my lesson the 1st time I bought furnitures at Bob's when they refused to do anything about the broken frame of the love seat I bought less than six. The same thing happened again this year 2019. My sectional frames are all broken, nails sticking out of the fabrics in less than a year. Again they said they won't be able to do anything about it. Now I'm stuck with over a thousand dollars worth of damaged items.

My sales representative at the Columbia Md store was JScott. Mr. Scott is not only professional in speech and attire but very knowledgeable in all Bob's has to offer. I was pleased with my purchase and his soft opening when approached. I do not like to be charged at when entering the store. He was informative and gave me the room I needed to finalize my decision. Thank you for your help and being such gentleman. You will see me again!
Ordered furniture in August. It was supposed to be delivered in December. I had it scheduled and took a half day off of work and the furniture never came in the delivery window time. When I called to find out what is going on, I was told that it wouldn't come today and I would have to reschedule. No apologies, just very rude. Should be working with computers NOT people.
Purchased a TV stand in 2019! One of the draws broke. They said they would send me a new drawer, it got lost in shipment. Sending me another shipment ended up being wrong draw. Third time waited 2 yrs for a new drawer they all to tell me nonlonger manufacturer that piece anymore. They give me a credit. Purchased some new items for them to call me next day stating they want my TV stand back oh hell no. Never purchasing from them again.
The crew delivering was fine. The dining room table with 4 chairs and a bench? Horrible. The warehouse forgot to send the bench, and then wanted me to take another day off work to get the delivery they screwed up. So i finally after a week and a half got answers and will be picking it up at a store in 4 days. However I have to pay 4.62 in fees? I even paid almost $200 to goof proof the delivery yet they goofed it anyways. Their mistake but i have had to do all the work to rectify? Loved Bobs but will not recommend or use again. Goof proof fees, pick up fees and i have to spend my time and more money to fix. Nope not again
Went to Bobs sat in a very comfy recliner the canyon recliner however when it was delivered that's when the issue started. It's cover is made from micro fiber so it has a very strong off gassing smell. It's horrible for 3 days we put a high speed fan directly on the chair opened the windows in the room where the chair was it made no difference. The smell permeates 3 rooms of our home. Bobs told us not coved but the smell should go away in a few days which means they know about the smell and still sell the chairs!
The worst trying to get thru to anyone there and you go in circles. Promised me furniture on a certain date and said it can be done in two months. Two months later they are pushing it back another month asked for some compensation and told me u could get 1/2 the delivery charge taken off. Unaccsptable. You can keep your furniture. I will go elsewhere

I bought a recliner couch and within 24 hours after delivery the recliner broke in mid recline and a piece fell off and rolled on my floor. I called customer service and they brought a technician out to fix it. He said I would have to call customer service again for them order the part and then get the part mailed to my house. Call customer service again to get a technician out to fix it. Really WAY too much! I called to see if I could get a refund or at least an exchange they denied both. Customer service agent was heartless and unwilling to help. They JUST Want YOUR Money not a repeat customer.
I rarely write reviews, but I just had to. To begin with, they got our order wrong and sent us the wrong furniture 3 times! It took a long time to retrieve all our mattresses since they had to correct our order again and again.
I ordered a Bob O'Pedic mattress a little more than 7 months ago and I haven't gotten any good sleep with it. I even tried buying a Temper Pedic topper, but the mattress itself makes my boyfriend and I sink in the middle. I've tossed and turned throughout the nights. Please save your money and don't even think about buying from this store.
We were in desperate need of a new mattress our sales associate was Michael Blander he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable we bought the black signature series and love it. I highly recommend especially Michael he was amazing
Wow bought our new dining room table.and removed the extension only to see that that the rest of the table is stuck and does not close. Not good! Assembly was sloppy and unprofessional. First and last time. Ugh...
I needed to add more cushion to my swivel chair and when I disassembled I realized I was sitting on Amazon cardboard boxes which were hidden underneath the fabric. I took pictures and showed all my neighbors who were in the market for new furniture after finally overcoming the financial crisis of hurricane Irene

An honest review is this company has zero quality control and they promise you they will return your product but they will not. They will come out to service the product after refusing to return it as promised, and simply look at the furniture and tell you its a non issue.
This is the absolute worst furniture company i have ever dealt with.
I purchased a new mattress from Bob's and paid the delivery fee. The bed was absolutely TERRIBLE! I had to live with it for 30 days before I could return the bed. They told me I could return the mattress for a new one but would have to pay a delivery fee again. I asked why since they are already coming to take the crappy one away and they said that's policy. I will buy my mattress from another place since they offer free delivery and their prices are comparable to Bob's and end up being cheaper when you don't pay for delivery
Purchased Colby Sleeper Sofa and love seat a little over a year ago. Worst decision ever. Cushions on the sleeper sofa are misshapen and both the sofa and love seat are pilling. Poor quality. If you do decided to go ahead and purchase from Bob's do not spend the extra money on Goof Proof protection. Nothing I've called about is covered. Complete waste of money!
Answer: Bob's doesn't care... Bob Kaufman probably cared way back in the 70s and 80s, but this new ownership is all about lulling you in with a moderate pricing model and then sticking it to you after they have your money. There is no way any of those shysters are looking at (or care about) these reviews... let alone respond and actually hold themselves accountable. We are all disposable customers in Bob's World. The sales staff takes a lot of the heat I'm sure, but their assistance is to simply tell you to call Customer Care, which is an absolute joke of a service and clearly where they are saving the money... Michael Skirvin the CEO is a jerk and a poor man's 2-bit used car salesman.

Answer: We purchased a couch from Bobs 1/19/20, the couch had issues from the start but with the pandemic we did not feel comfortable having technicians n the house. Every call to their help center requires 1 hour and a half on hold. They have been here twice 8/11, the problem persists, 9/24 the problem persists and the technician said it should be replaced but I spoke with a supervisor Marybeth D and they refuse. I even purchased the GOOF Proof that is a Joke. STAY AWAY horrible quality and the service is worse... after they have your money
