Do not and I mean DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Your money will literally be wasted. I ordered a dress called the shawdon dancer that was green. The dress came with snags all over it and black stains on the strap. I was going to wear this to my boyfriends gradation this weekend and now I can't even wear it due to the poor quality of the dress and the BLEACH STAINS ON THE STRAP. Who in there right mind packages something it obvious stains on the strap? Customer service has yet to respond to me and I'm sure they won't. I cannot believe how terrible my experience has been with them and I will never ever buy from them again and I will make sure that no one that I know buys from them. I cannot believe that there are companies out there that literally trick people into thinking they are buying something nice from their istagram and website photos and when you receive the item it is absolutely not even wearable. I will make sure that people know about this terrible company.
Ordered two dresses and three rompers from this site over the past year. Love love love the quality. Everything fits pretty well and it takes about a week or two to arrive if you live in the U.S. The customer service was pretty nice as they respond quick and were helpful when one of my rompers was too big. They are very helpful and the quality of the clothes are amazing, looks like they are pictured. Highly recommend. All my friends love this site!

I order sunglass, it take less than 2 week to received them in Canada, by DHL great service so far! The only think is the service fee of custom to expensif again!

Placed my first order 4/07/17 everything arrived on 4/12/17 by DHL. I ordered 5 dresses and one tank top. True to size I am between 4-6 US sized ordered 10/M AUS size. I'm 5" 1' Everything fit perfect. This site is so amazing. I was able to track the order the entire time. Have already placed a second order for 5 more dressed. Can't wait for them to arrive.

I am so disappointed! I spend $54 dollars on this cute playsuit romper I saw on their website. When I got it the tag said made in China considering the fact they are in Australia :/ The waist was soooo small and tight I could not zip up the zipper. The sleeves were made for a 3X persons arms and I got a size medium. Smh plus no refunds. They are a rip off!

Ive ordered 3 items in the past 2 to 3 years and have never had any up charges or problems with the items I have ordered (a romper, and two dresses). Ive had no problems with the sizes Ive ordered. A lot has to do with checking what size the model is wearing and her measurements and also if that size she is wearing is riding up her butt or not (common sense to size one up). Also the material was not cheap at all and all my items remain intact very nicely. Yes ordering takes awhile (about 2 weeks) if you are ordering out of the country. Customer service even replied within 48-72 hours about correct sizing they recommended for my measurements. I personally believe out of many other Australian based boutiques that this has been the most reliable for me especially when reading reviews for others. I live in the U.S. and havent seen any up charges so I dont know what the deal is with that. Keep in mind they are a growing boutique, which could explain relative new issues with the company.

If you live in Europe don't even bother - its a waste of money. Received a bill of £70 on delivery in order to receive my parcel. The website never mentioned any additional costs, so this came as a surprise and I wouldn't have ordered the clothes if I had known. So a £100 clothes shop ended up costing me £170...

Besides that fact that I waited five business days to never receive a response from their customer service... I've been trying to get clothes from them for the past MONTH. Finally I recieve an order, while putting on a $45 body suit the strap breaks off...
Another item I ordered from the this time last year (a $60 body suit) is still hanging in my closet with tags on it... should've learned my lesson. NEVER give them a dime. Horrible service and HORRIBLE products.

1. To begin with, 0 refunds so be careful cause I feel like they know how $#*! quality their clothes are that's why they offer NO refunds
2. Wrong measurements on their website.
3. Playsuit is oversized, had blue pen ink on its shoulder, and some brown stain on the rear area
A good business would have at LEAST paid for my return shipping considering the faults of this playsuit. Lol this place SUCKS. And oh the material is $#*!.

To begin, I ordered two items from Mura Boutique, a shirt and a dress. The shirt I received has frayed hems and is of poor quality. The dress I ordered did not arrive. I received an e-mail saying it was out of stock. Even though the item was out of stock I was still charged the full price of the item. How does that even make sense? They took their time answering my e-mail and I did not feel like priority to Mura Boutique. Overall, I will not be shopping here again and I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Mura Boutique.

I have followed Mura Boutique on Instagram for some time, and I finally decided to make an order (5 dresses). In one word the order is disappointing. The dresses come in gross plastic bags that appear to be the same packaging they arrived in AUS in from China. The fabric is like paper, thin and cheap feeling to touch. Even some of the colors appear different (this is not a monitor issue, because I have never felt this with another retailer).
I would have spent the money to ship these back and return them, but I am shopping outside of Australia so I had to pay $60 duty on my purchase. Also keep that in mind, they advertise free shipping but if you're an international shopper you will pay up the $#*! for their terrible products upon delivery.
I opened an account with this site just to write this review. Save your money! ASOS is much much better. Do not fall for Mura Boutique's cute instagram pictures. Its crappy low end China made clothing that they bought for $2/garment and when you get them in the mail you know it right away.

The clothing is ill fitting - I'm a size 10 in 90% of clothes ordered a maxi dress in a large for it to be over sized only to receive the item and it not fit? The dress was labeled a large and would have been lucky to fit a size 8. Not to mention the quality of the dress was appalling. $79 you expect a decent quality. Where this just looked like a rookie had chucked it through the sewin machine
Not to mention the "express shipping" that you pay for came and it wasn't express... it took 8 days to arrive and was posted as regular post.
Further more the staff are rude and do not want to hear about your complaint.

Despite the overall negative reviews, I still purchased my items, and I was pleasantly surprised. The shipping was free, my items arrived very fast, and my clothes were all of good quality. The only issue would be the duties that you have to pay at your door, which were quite high. But whenever I shop anywhere outside of Canada I end up paying a lot of duties, so this is a problem not unique to Mura boutique.
My clothes were also a little bigger than expected.

I have exchanged about 20 emails with Mura Boutique over the last few months and they still have not refunded me on shorts that I bought and were never sent because they were sold-out. First of all, the shorts should have never been sold to me if they were sold out! Second of all, I should have been refunded immediately.
There is terrible lack and continuity of customer service care.
I advise to stay away from purchasing from this company.
This company are scammers, the clothes I purchased looked nothing like the photos on the website. Looks cheap, like it came out of a Chinese factory. I wish I looked at the reviews before I purchased anything.

DONT EVEN BOTHER. Ordered to melbourne to my work because the nature of my job doesnt allow for shopping due to hours etc so i do online, loved the pictures online ordered, then few days later got an email that it had been delivered to my local post office... when am i supposed to pick this up why on earth not delivered to my work building open 24/7 - emailed the customer service, got an apology - i said well i am not goign to be able to pick it up, can i get a refund of the postage considering it wasnt posted:

I just want to share my recent experience ordering from Muraboutique. I live in Greece and I ordered a playsuit online through their website. The item was shipped right away with UPS courier. However, it turned out that I had to pay a customs fee which is double the price compared to this products real value! I just want to warn all of the potential customers in Europe out there - Be aware! Apart from $25 shipping cost, their site doesn't mention anything about possible customs fee/import charges but when they send the item by courier instead of protecting their customers interests, what they do is declare the real value of the item, thus causing real trouble to their customers overseas with the import charges. This is by far the worst experience I ever had ordering through the internet and I will NOT be buying from them again!
