I purchased my dress very last minute for a wedding. It come super quick, the fit was perfect and colouring also.
I had compliments all night about my dress and would highly recommend.
Next event I definitely would be shopping anywhere else now

I absolutely love this company. I have been shopping with Mura for 5 years now. I love all their clothing! I always get compliments from people whenever i wear any of their clothes. The fit is great on me, lots of stretch, lots of variety. I highly recommend! And shipping is fast too!

This site is a SCAM. Nothing 'boutique' about it. Poor quality, thin, loose threads and despite the description saying 'true to Australian standard size' the items are 2-3x smaller than MOST Australian sites. They have a no refund policy, and provide store credits, yet they do not stock any larger sizes, making it impossible to ever use the credit.

I have been purchasing from and wearing Mura for many years now. I absolutely love their clothes, the bright colours, the style and designs. The clothes are made with a great attention to detail and are of high quality. Contacting Mura is easy and responses are quick. I have received so many compliments on the clothes I wear. Definitely a beautiful shop to buy from and support, delivery is also very quick. I will definitely keep buying from them!

I meant to write this review last month when my issue actually happened but life happens. I wanted to write a review to thank Martha and the entire customer service team for going above and beyond to fix a small shipping issue. Not only did they rectify the situation but Martha emailed and even called me personally and fixed the situation so quickly and kindly. We had a small mix up and I was upset, but she couldn't have been sweeter or more efficient with solving the issue. Not only that but when my dress arrived it was stunning, fit perfectly (true to size), and was well made. I've purchased a few things from their company before but now I'm a lifetime customer. Came across Mura through socials and my concern was the shipping costs to the UK as £££. I went ahead and made an order despite this high cost and I was not disappointed. Shipping was quick, product was good and so was the quality! I will be ordering again! Thank you Mura Boutique xx

Marilyn Dress
My first purchase from Mura was the Marilyn dress in white! I absolutely loved it! Perfect fit and size. I loved it so much I bought the pink! The dress is well made and lined!

The fast shipping was also great! I would definitely recommend Mura to friends and family!

I've been buying off Mura for the last two years, they're an Australian brand so it's shipped here to Ireland. Shipping is ALWAYS super fast, within a few days and I find the quality of the clothes really great. I've worn Mura all through my travels around the world and I never fail to received compliments for their uniqueness and style. Sizing wise I'm a Uk 6/8 and I always go with the size 6 on Mura as I feel the sizing is slightly more generous, so it's helpful to go with the smaller size if you're between sizes :)

I have purchased quite a few tops and dresses from Mura since I came across them on Insta earlier this year. I love the variety and options - much nicer than clothes I come across in stores and not so many options as the larger sites like iconic (which make me feel a bit overwhelmed and not knowing where to start and end up being quite time consuming). Quick delivery and I've always received prompt and friendly assistance from customer service for any issues I've had with my orders. Charlotte was especially helpful with my last order. Highly recommend them :)

I've ordered from Mura 3-4 times and each time I've had a really great experience. I found them through Instagram so I'm always a little weary trying new places I haven't heard of before. I'm also from the United States so I have absolutely no idea what type of reputation Mura had in Australia or if it was legit at all. Out of all the random boutiques I've found and ordered from, Mura is my favorite. Everything I've gotten so far has fit perfectly, the material didn't see cheap. And the best part of it all is even though I'm half way around the world, my package always comes within a week. This probably sounds like they're paying me to say this, but they're not. I'm
Genuinely just that happy with them. (Although Mura if you are reading this and are feeling generous, feel free to send a gift card). I haven't had to return anything so I have no idea what their customer service/return process is like. But from the multiple times I've ordered, I've never been dissatisfied.

I have recently ordered an item from Mura. My item hasn't yet arrived (it's on its way) but I'm so impressed by the friendly and efficient messages I've received from Charlotte to update me at each step of the process. I've received prompt and helpful messages about how to obtain a discount with my first order, about when my item was dispatched, and what my tracking details are. This level of customer service makes a huge difference (and far exceeds the service that some other sellers provide). Thank you, Mura.

I have been buying my dresses from Mura for over a year; by far this is my favorite boutique to shop at hands down. The best shipping time, cost, fit, quality overall compared to the other boutiques in the area; and I order from them all so I would know :)

Despite the overall negative reviews, I still purchased my items, and I was pleasantly surprised. The shipping was free, my items arrived very fast, and my clothes were all of good quality. The only issue would be the duties that you have to pay at your door, which were quite high. But whenever I shop anywhere outside of Canada I end up paying a lot of duties, so this is a problem not unique to Mura boutique.
My clothes were also a little bigger than expected.

Mura has been my go-to brand for dresses for years. Everything is true to size and very well-made. Unbelievable that dresses this gorgeous are available to regular people

Ive ordered 3 items in the past 2 to 3 years and have never had any up charges or problems with the items I have ordered (a romper, and two dresses). Ive had no problems with the sizes Ive ordered. A lot has to do with checking what size the model is wearing and her measurements and also if that size she is wearing is riding up her butt or not (common sense to size one up). Also the material was not cheap at all and all my items remain intact very nicely. Yes ordering takes awhile (about 2 weeks) if you are ordering out of the country. Customer service even replied within 48-72 hours about correct sizing they recommended for my measurements. I personally believe out of many other Australian based boutiques that this has been the most reliable for me especially when reading reviews for others. I live in the U.S. and havent seen any up charges so I dont know what the deal is with that. Keep in mind they are a growing boutique, which could explain relative new issues with the company.
