Do not and I mean DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Your money will literally be wasted. I ordered a dress called the shawdon dancer that was green. The dress came with snags all over it and black stains on the strap. I was going to wear this to my boyfriends gradation this weekend and now I can't even wear it due to the poor quality of the dress and the BLEACH STAINS ON THE STRAP. Who in there right mind packages something it obvious stains on the strap? Customer service has yet to respond to me and I'm sure they won't. I cannot believe how terrible my experience has been with them and I will never ever buy from them again and I will make sure that no one that I know buys from them. I cannot believe that there are companies out there that literally trick people into thinking they are buying something nice from their istagram and website photos and when you receive the item it is absolutely not even wearable. I will make sure that people know about this terrible company.
DONT EVEN BOTHER. Ordered to melbourne to my work because the nature of my job doesnt allow for shopping due to hours etc so i do online, loved the pictures online ordered, then few days later got an email that it had been delivered to my local post office... when am i supposed to pick this up why on earth not delivered to my work building open 24/7 - emailed the customer service, got an apology - i said well i am not goign to be able to pick it up, can i get a refund of the postage considering it wasnt posted:

Do not purchase clothes from this store! They literally fall apart straight away and the management staff are very rude and unhelpful.

I was hesitant to order from Mura because of all of the 1 star reviews I saw. However, I ordered anyway cause I saw one of my favorite youtubers (Jess Conte <3) wearing a jumpsuit from Mura, and I couldn't be happier with Mura! Millie from Mura wrote me an email apologizing for one of the items being out of stock (originally I thought she meant everything I ordered was out of stock) but she offered a refund (due to come in a few days) or web credit. I live in Singapore so I was expecting my order next week but it came in just 2 days! I think judging from previous reviews they definitely improved their customer service & I definitely recommend ordering from them (their clothes are just sooooo cute). And no this isn't sponsored or anything
Also, I think they get their clothes from different suppliers because all the labels are from different places (like Shareen Collections & Luvalot) so maybe they changed where they got their clothes from with all the terrible quality reviews.
One thing I have an issue about though is that they need to fix their website because I ordered a top when they didn't have that size. And their clothes tend to go out of stock pretty quickly. So be cautious when ordering popular items!
Overall, super happy with my purchase & will definitely buy from them again! Also shoutout to Millie for her great customer service xx
