Very Happy Customer

I've been buying clothes from Mura Boutique for a few years now and honestly I don't shop anywhere else! This is my go to online store. I love that delivery is always so quick and the communication with the Mura ladies is fantastic! I've purchased SO many outfits and majority of the clothes always fit so perfectly!

I have exchanged about 20 emails with Mura Boutique over the last few months and they still have not refunded me on shorts that I bought and were never sent because they were sold-out. First of all, the shorts should have never been sold to me if they were sold out! Second of all, I should have been refunded immediately.

There is terrible lack and continuity of customer service care.

I advise to stay away from purchasing from this company.

Waste of money
April 14, 2020

I have been buying off Mura for about 4-5 years now. In the beginning they had beautiful, good quality clothing but as the years have gone the material quality has gotten worse and worse. I have dresses that I've worn once and have fallen apart. This clothing site is not cheap and I have spent thousand on thousand, I highly recommend you don't!

LOVE

Ordered two dresses and three rompers from this site over the past year. Love love love the quality. Everything fits pretty well and it takes about a week or two to arrive if you live in the U.S. The customer service was pretty nice as they respond quick and were helpful when one of my rompers was too big. They are very helpful and the quality of the clothes are amazing, looks like they are pictured. Highly recommend. All my friends love this site!

GREAT EXPERIENCE
February 11, 2016

Ive never been more satisfied with an online purchase! I am from Pennsylvania so i expected the shipment would take about a month... TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK! I was super surprised so i am very happy with the great shipping. I was lucky enough to have everything fit well! I was not sure from looking at the sizes but took a guess and got lucky! I will be ordering from here again.

I FOUND this cute SET that I loved needed to have, this website looked legit. I went to sets and thought I was spending good money on a SET for 41$ I check their refund policy see it's in store credit only... and I was like that's okay it looks cute checked sizes and proceeded to check out. Then it adds on 15 for shipping they gave me a "code" that didn't work. I ended up paying 62.96. Fine I settled I was happy and excited. I open up my package it's not a set it's A TOP! I go back to their site their "sets" sell as only tops ON SOME ITEMS what a rip off and their pictures show both... the sizing shows both. Honestly I would have just been better off to have bought it off the sketchy website I saw for 20$. And I can't even refund. And if I do it's out of my pocket to ship SCREW YOU MURA. And your CRAP "boutique" quality

Recently bought from mura for the first month and it's because i'm a big regret of mine. The quality of the tops when they arrived were quite cheap and thin compared to the way they'd be advised, where they were marketed as high quality boho clothing. None of the fits are quite right either, they're not very flattering on my body type and appear rather uniform and out of proportion. After receiving my items the sizing was way off and most were way too large so i paid for return shipping just to have the return refused because i'd used a discount code. I have over $150 in cheap clothing that doesn't fit me and i had to spend an extra $17 on shipping as well as waiting around two months for the whole process to be over. Give this shop a miss there are plenty of better ones out there, Kookai is the same price and 1000x better customer service and quality

I bought 2 dresses from them, I had to send back 2 items because they were both faulty! 1 dress had a rip and the other one had loose stitching everywhere and poor quality. Customer service is horrible- no response and no sorry! Dont waste your money.
***ADDIT- despite the response below there was definitely no reply or apology email! I only received a returns label from AUS post, I even checked my spam. They offered to 'resend' the email but since there was none in the first place of course I haven't received this from them.

I just want to share my recent experience ordering from Muraboutique. I live in Greece and I ordered a playsuit online through their website. The item was shipped right away with UPS courier. However, it turned out that I had to pay a customs fee which is double the price compared to this products real value! I just want to warn all of the potential customers in Europe out there - Be aware! Apart from $25 shipping cost, their site doesn't mention anything about possible customs fee/import charges but when they send the item by courier instead of protecting their customers interests, what they do is declare the real value of the item, thus causing real trouble to their customers overseas with the import charges. This is by far the worst experience I ever had ordering through the internet and I will NOT be buying from them again!

Besides that fact that I waited five business days to never receive a response from their customer service... I've been trying to get clothes from them for the past MONTH. Finally I recieve an order, while putting on a $45 body suit the strap breaks off...
Another item I ordered from the this time last year (a $60 body suit) is still hanging in my closet with tags on it... should've learned my lesson. NEVER give them a dime. Horrible service and HORRIBLE products.

I've just received a delivery bill in order to receive my purchase which is higher than the purchase itself due to custom fees.
I don't think that it is a bad store I just think it's not advisable for European due to custom fees as I mentioned before.

I purchased a $100 dress but it did not arrive before going overseas. It was delivered to my partner while I was overseas.
When I come home and open the parcel, the dress has a stain on it. I return the dress and later told it exceeded the 30 day return and they will send it back to me. You can clearly tell I have not even tried the dress on and therefore the good was damaged by them. I will not buy from here again and would not recommend this retailer.

Overall Disappointing
January 5, 2017

To begin, I ordered two items from Mura Boutique, a shirt and a dress. The shirt I received has frayed hems and is of poor quality. The dress I ordered did not arrive. I received an e-mail saying it was out of stock. Even though the item was out of stock I was still charged the full price of the item. How does that even make sense? They took their time answering my e-mail and I did not feel like priority to Mura Boutique. Overall, I will not be shopping here again and I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Mura Boutique.

Faulty clothes

Order arrive skirt was faulty no more stock so got a credit, ordered new top, order was sent to the wrong house... waited 2 weeks to come the top was faulty... again no stock so i have nothing after weeks... got a refund, terrible!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This company are scammers, the clothes I purchased looked nothing like the photos on the website. Looks cheap, like it came out of a Chinese factory. I wish I looked at the reviews before I purchased anything.

I ordered a dress and top 1 week ago, and I got an email that your items are shipped! However, after 1 week I got another email that my items are out of stock. I checked the website and the items are still there for sale! I still haven't got my refund and they just sent me a gift card that I never want to use it!

After receiving a dress from Mura that I wasn't happy with, the return process was extremely easy and the customer service was very helpful. I received a gift card for the value of my purchase and the shipping, and when I used it to make my next order, everything was perfect! Everything was really nice quality and fit perfectly. Very happy!
