Ive ordered 3 items in the past 2 to 3 years and have never had any up charges or problems with the items I have ordered (a romper, and two dresses). Ive had no problems with the sizes Ive ordered. A lot has to do with checking what size the model is wearing and her measurements and also if that size she is wearing is riding up her butt or not (common sense to size one up). Also the material was not cheap at all and all my items remain intact very nicely. Yes ordering takes awhile (about 2 weeks) if you are ordering out of the country. Customer service even replied within 48-72 hours about correct sizing they recommended for my measurements. I personally believe out of many other Australian based boutiques that this has been the most reliable for me especially when reading reviews for others. I live in the U.S. and havent seen any up charges so I dont know what the deal is with that. Keep in mind they are a growing boutique, which could explain relative new issues with the company.

Mura has done an amazing job at getting their products out in a timely manner. I have received all of my clothing in great condition and have been impressed with the quality of each piece. I highly recommend shopping with Mura for unique pieces!

I LOVE IT!

Before I ordered it I was a little bit scared because of the reviews and all... But I wanted so bad the dress and I had a great discount so I decided to try it! I live in Canada so the shipping was like 15$ plus I had customs fees (VERY EXPENSIVE, like be prepared to pay). But afterall the clothes are really good quality and it fits great!

Decieving!

Ordered a play suit from mura boutique and when it came to the door my mother had to pay 28 for tax? After I paid $25 dollars for delivery! Fair enough if I was told about this but I was never warned! So angry I will never order from here again!

I'm from Italy, i ordered a dress on sale, to be honest it looks like the picture, fits well but the material is very cheap and you can see through. The biggest surprise was the customs fee, in my case the fee was more expensive than the dress. I'm very disappointed. I only give 2 stars for the shipping ( very fast)

BEWARE: If you ever want to work for this company, they are terrible people who use their staff for their ideas then dump them when they find something better. Working behind the scenes you can see how bad management is and they treat everyone like slaves. I wouldn't buy from here unless you're after cheap chinese clothing at an inflated price!

I love shopping off this site. I have never experienced customer service as incredible as theirs. They are very honest about providing store credit and not refunds, which is more than fine. I ordered a skirt, in Brisbane, at 1pm on Wednesday. It arrived by midday on Thursday. It didn't quite suit my body shape, so I returned it on Friday morning on Couriers Please courier company. The store credit was provided to me by Friday lunchtime. Talk about Incredible service. They are prompt at returning emails and will do everything within their terms to assist you. I would highly recommend shopping with this fantastic team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Shout to Jaime for being so wonderful throughout this experience.

AVOID at all costs

1. To begin with, 0 refunds so be careful cause I feel like they know how $#*! quality their clothes are that's why they offer NO refunds

2. Wrong measurements on their website.

3. Playsuit is oversized, had blue pen ink on its shoulder, and some brown stain on the rear area

A good business would have at LEAST paid for my return shipping considering the faults of this playsuit. Lol this place SUCKS. And oh the material is $#*!.

Mura Boutique must be writing their own positive reviews, because the quality is so bad, their clothes are unwearable. I did take a look at the reviews before I bought, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since their clothing looks amazing online. It is clear that their pictures are overly edited, as the clothing does not look as advertised, and the quality is so embarrassingly cheap. I didn't look carefully at the return policy, now I will be issued a store credit - why on earth would I want another item of similar terrible quality? I actually feel deceived that they tried to pass this off as wearable and took my hard-earned money from me.

Honestly, don't do it. The internet is filled with amazing clothing stores that you can buy from, save your money and search else-where.

Terrible customer service
September 17, 2017

Ordered three dresses, 1 was faulty - the zip was broken, 1 has a brown stain on it like it had been ran over with a car, and the third didn't even arrive! Although was told all three were sent. Took two weeks to receive a refund for the missing dress and several phone calls and emails to get my money back for the faulty items.

Terrible service!

I ordered some staff and after my order they said they r out of stock, then why the hell dont they inform us trough the damn site? Plus extra taxes to receive the parcel? I didnt have that $#*! and now ask for my refund. Well guess what? No words from them yet..

WASTE OF MONEY

If you live in Europe don't even bother - its a waste of money. Received a bill of £70 on delivery in order to receive my parcel. The website never mentioned any additional costs, so this came as a surprise and I wouldn't have ordered the clothes if I had known. So a £100 clothes shop ended up costing me £170...

First of all, I have learned my lesson to never shop online after my horrible experience with Mura. I do shop online very often so it's not expected to get this experience. I ordered my first order with decent, casual looking clothes and when I received the package, I was shocked to find that the quality was awful, the sizes are overly wrong, and the way they looked online is very different than in person. I contacted them and they gave me store credit that I can shop with again from them only. I ordered an outfit which was a skirt and a shirt. Let's start out by saying that the shirt was cut off so technically a bra or a swimsuit like. The skirt is very see through. These qualities aren't mentioned in the description. For such prices, we expect to get decent quality and the clothes that are displayed online, not the complete opposite. This is my second bad experience and I definitely don't recommend it for anyone!
