I saw a cute shirt advertised on Instagram and I bought it from this company which also goes by Ecrafta'. 3 months later I received a mesh garment (not a shirt) with a really bad iron on emblem of what the printed shirt was supposed to look like. This is a Chinese scam where people steal artists designs and very poorly photoshop them on to 10 cent mesh shirts'. Avoid at all costs. SCAM

I've made 3 large orders with this website. The clothes are inexpensive and trendy, similar to Forever 21. I have been semi happy with the items for the prices. They also do size lines in tall/petite/ maternity. If you're looking for fun vacation clothes or festival clothes, this is my new favourite, but its a shot in the dark if you get something cute or incredibly $#*!ty. Their site is a weird one where everything is always 40-50% off, so never buy things in a rare time this sale isn't happening. Also bonus points for this store because their customer service actually replies to you and they were helpful. I'm a 4/6 and I find their size a tiny bit small, so I order size 6 and it's great.

I ordered a rolling pin that lites patterns on dough. These are trebdyvright now and I've seen lots of postings about them. What I got in the mail is a terrible knock off- a thin rolling pin with a crappy attempt at the design just drawn on. Clearly this is a scam account selling fake products. The pictures are stolen and you will not get what you were shown.

Hi Lindsay,

An email follow up and full refund has already been sent to you. Unfortunately it looks as though you have not waited for a response from the customer service team.
Again, we at Cool Calm Culture are deeply sorry for this issue. I can assure you we are not a scam and do our best to provide the best service possible.

Cool Calm Culture have had internal troubles from one of our suppliers of the "Christmas Rolling Pins" and some of our customers have been receiving defective/false orders. This to say the least is extremely unfortunate for all involved.

Any customers who are receiving false/defective orders of the 'Christmas Rolling Pins' will be fully refunded when they provide images of their order.
These images will be used in our case against the supplier.

Sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

If there is anything more we can help you or any other customer with from Cool Calm Culture please do not hesitate to contact us at: support@coolcalmculture.com
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

We wish you the best and will continue to keep our customers in the forefront of our services.

I ordered a bikini and noticed my credit card was double charged by Beach Bunny. I wrote an email to the email provided on their website and I messaged the company through Facebook. 4 days went by with zero reply to the email or the messages. I didn't need the issue to be solved right away, but I expect a company to reply saying they will look into the issue.
After 4 days I called the customer phone line and explained that I was double charged and that nobody had bothered to get back to me in any way. The woman in the phone had the attitude of a bad teenager, saying things like "well I didn't get an email? Oh it's not my job to answer that. It's not my job to answer Facebook inquiries." There was not any apologizing or anything, just defiant replies about what's not her job. This is deplorable customer service. She seemed bothered by my call.
There are enough swimsuits out there to avoid supporting companies like this one.

Ladies, Please read this review and know that I am only writing it to save you grief because I don't want a terrible company to take your money.

I do A LOT of online shopping from various websites. I have had my fair share of wins and losses, and I realize in general this is just a part of the online shopping thing. This being said, my recent order from Zaful.com is my WORST ORDER EVER in the history of my online shopping.

I ordered 9 bikinis. I knew all 9 wouldn't be successful, but as a realistic online shopper I figured 4 or maybe 5 / 9 would fit and be successful. I am a size small usually, but in bikinis I go for the safe purchase and buy medium (which is also what their size guide encouraged me to buy). I am 5'6, B cup, 130 lbs with a muscular and tight body. Only 1/9 bikinis fit me! None of them have adjustable straps, not even one. The straps are all laughably short, so they are so painful on the shoulders and the back of the bikinis creep so high because of how short they are. Ive never seen bikinis be sooo poorly sized before. Im telling you as I opened the package they were LAUGHABLY BAD. Hear me say it again. They were laughable. Do not buy any laughable bikinis for yourself.
And. Maybe the worst part about this purchase is what happened after. I went on to Instagram to comment on pictures of their bikinis. I left one comment and went to another picture to leave another comment, and I was unable to comment because the company blocked me on Instagram! This is unheard of. So. Anyone who says anything negative about the company gets blocked, meaning only any hopeful or positive comments are on there. I used to be a customer service and social media manager for an online company, and even deleting negative comments was considered to be an absolute 'no'. Any comments on social media that were made towards the company were left and politely addressed. Consider if you want to shop from a company that BLOCKS ITS CUSTOMERS after purchasing. Thats REALLY BAD!

If you are looking to buy inexpensive bikinis from China, I recommend trying 'Cupshe'. I bought two bikinis from this company and I found the quality and sizing quite good considering the low low prices.
Remember- I'm writing this to help you from what I had to experience. Please stay away from Zaful.

I have ordered from asos.com roughly 20 times. Generally I am happy with the products. One time they sent me an expensive dress without the belt and then their customer service was willing to do absolutely nothing about it (and I had to wear it to a wedding, so no time to send back) - but besides that I generally recommend this store. The lower priced items will be lower end. Thats to be expected. If you are looking for something very specific, for example 'pink wool coat', there is no better place to look than asos.com

I order a lot of designer bikinis. Moana captivated me with their instagram account, but when I received my order I wasn't impressed. I ordered a size M (which they advised me to order) and the bottoms look like they would better suit an 8-10 year old little girl. It wasn't the fit of the swimsuit that was a surprise (coverage etc) but the actual size itself. The bikini is really just okay..

  • Mura Boutique

1/4/17

I have followed Mura Boutique on Instagram for some time, and I finally decided to make an order (5 dresses). In one word the order is disappointing. The dresses come in gross plastic bags that appear to be the same packaging they arrived in AUS in from China. The fabric is like paper, thin and cheap feeling to touch. Even some of the colors appear different (this is not a monitor issue, because I have never felt this with another retailer).
I would have spent the money to ship these back and return them, but I am shopping outside of Australia so I had to pay $60 duty on my purchase. Also keep that in mind, they advertise free shipping but if you're an international shopper you will pay up the $#*! for their terrible products upon delivery.
I opened an account with this site just to write this review. Save your money! ASOS is much much better. Do not fall for Mura Boutique's cute instagram pictures. Its crappy low end China made clothing that they bought for $2/garment and when you get them in the mail you know it right away.
