After using the sizing chart and ordering two bras, they arrived after a few weeks and didn't fit. I emailed the company and "Jenny Wise" responded that they don't offer returns or exchanges due to Covid-19. Her email doesn't accept replies. The virus is a ridiculous excuse as it doesn't live on surfaces very long. Very disappointed in this company! Be forewarned that all purchases are final and they won't help you if you don't like it!
Horrible shipping times. Electronics came from China with over a month to wait; no updates and the tracker was not accurate. Service was lacking; communication was poor and noncommittal stating the product would "be there in the next few days." When is did not arrive on time and I asked about a refund they want to charge a re-stock fee? Garbage...
So I unknowing ordered a high speed hose thru these guys. When i say unknowingly I had ordered some face mask back in March of 2020 paid $150 for 5 masks that arrived 6 weeks later and stunk like they had been in a barn for 2 months. 9 weeks after ordering this high speed hose still haven't got it Obvious to me now Modern Beyond are sales rep/middle men/women who mark up s@*t from China and have no control over the process Collect their commission and be done. Not as described. Dollar store quality. Requested a video and photo to get return instructions- which were partial and deduct 15% restocking fee. I doubt I'd ever receive ac refund. The shoes are such poor quality i wouldn't even GIVE them away. Trash. $35 wasted. Do not buy from this horrible store.
I ordered a telescope-cell phone camera. The ads specified it was 10-3000 power. They sent me one marked as. 8-40 power. It came with no instructions. I sent them an email and I was refered to a link that was no help. They took their time in responding. I contacted them about returning the item and was told that it was too late to do that. If they would have answered my email in a timely manner or sent me the item I ordered it wouldn't have been too late. They wouldn't give me a phone number to call, an address for returning the item or return instructions. I am repotting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and persueing trying to cancel the credit card transaction as fraudulent and misleading. Jim O'D
1st they sent me info tracking -no such site. 2nd they gave different dates. I ordered the correct size and their site states order true size. They sent me a size 9 or 10. You didn't need to try them on because they were that much to big. I have a copy of my order that states a size 71/2. They try to say I ordered wrong size. This company deceives customers in the pictures of items for sale. I ordered an egret dancing garden bird shown in pictures from the website of Florida Dancing Birds that were used by Modern Beyond to represent their dancing bird. No size was given by Modern Beyond but was on the other site. The bird came after a lengthy time only to be so small (10" tall) that it could best be used in a fairy garden. The ones pictured were (24" tall) making this a use of a false picture of the item being sold. After many emails I was told to send a picture of the item to explain my complaint. The at my expense return it and a 15% restocking fee would be taken from my payment before credit back. This is a terrible way to do business. I would not recommend this company at all. No receipt included with my order.
Here is the information I sent to them, and I received and email which said I would get a full refund, but they have not sent me via email a return package label. I called my credit card company and filled a dispute. They sent two pair of shoes in a garbage bag just like another person posted here. Stay away from this company. I will thinking about calling my attorney who assisted on a Consumer Fraud case in 2019-2020 as this affects others consumers too. He will like the fact they are based in CA I know that.

The items which were sent to me were way over the time marketed advertised time limit. I tired from waiting over 3 weeks into four, as you had my money, and I reached out to inquire as I wanted to cancel this order; for a refunded, instead you sent one of the four items and another week one more item stating that was the last of the order. You had not sent the two pairs of shoes for over $70, and now I spending a lot of time searching. I again just had realized your company is not reputable, and so it was shown when you sent the two pairs of shoes in a garbage bag. I was shocked, but for me to have to pay for the return and then a restocking charge you don't let you customer's know this until later; as what we view is ‘Customer Satisfaction is important.' The shoes where unprotected and if you are put this cost of damage on a customer for partial payment this needs to be told to the FTC, and the credit companies you use.
No one expects for this to be sent this late. I will be posting your return policies to many social sites if this is not rectified, and you stand by what you say here. I am very angry that I did not get helped in the emails, so you do not care at all.
I sent an email and then your representative would not respond when I disputed the 15% restocking, then you just said go by your terms of return without exception with the way the items were delivered. I cannot believe what I got from this company. I order what looked like super nice sandals, but when I received the package I knew it was going to be shocking. It was wrapped in black plastic, no box! The sandals were horrid! Nothing like the photo used on their website. Glue was visible, staple marks, and the "orthopedic" sandal was hard and had no flex! I was horrified! I put them on and couldn't walk because the show was so stiff! I asked for full refund but was refused. Management decided that the show was not defective therefore I was charged a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay $5 for shipping. It is obviously false advertising and unfortunately people are getting scammed. I do not recommend making purchases from this company. Horrible defective product! I bought an item (body shaper) from this company. It was extremely small. I emailed them asking for an exchange. They emailed me back telling me I had to provide pictures of the item being too small. I refused, as this would be inappropriate. I could not put the item on, it was so small. The company again refused exchange or refund. I filed a dispute with paypal. As I write it has been six weeks since I placed an order for a small item and I still have not received it. It took two weeks to get it on a flight to the USA. Covid or not, this is unreasonable for shipment and delivery.
Normally, I wouldn't buy my things in an online store but, this is my 2nd time buying items from Modernbeyond.com and I would like to say that when I buy things I usually pass the free shipping mark by a little. In the future, I would buy more items because of the discounts and how good the quality of the items are.

She immediately knew the issue and resolved it. I was also able to get feedback regarding merchandise for a future purchase I may make.
