The face masks and filters were received. The filters are just thin paper. I thought the filters were supposed to go between the layers on the masks but they are sewn together. I have yet to receive the arm shaper sleeves. The only response I get is that my order has been delivered. Disappointed in the quality and nonexistent customer service. I just sent an email requesting a refund on the arm shaper sleeves. We'll see how that goes.
Mask are terrible not as advertised, filters do not fit they hang out the top and they don't stay on. Do not waste your money. I wont even use them nor I wouldn't even give them away. Does not deserve any stars.

After several email exchanges with the postal service and not being happy. I once again sent an email to Modern Beyond, and never heard back from them. About 3 weeks ago I get an email that said my order had been shipped and would arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Lo and behold, 3 weeks after that I did finally receive my order. No apology or anything. Guess I should be happy I got them after almost 3 months of waiting for an order that was to arrive within 7 to 10 days. Still... I will never do business with this company again. Their customer service is terrible, let alone their ability to fulfill their promises.
Ordered N95 Masks several weeks ago. They said my order was being shipped. After two weeks of hearing that, I contacted the U.S. Postal Service. No package had been shipped, they did not even receive a package from them. I emailed customer support several times, to no avail. They have not responded. I have asked for my funds to be returned... 71.00 but feel I will never see that. If I do, I will update this review. This company is a scam artist and needs to be investigated, including those that created it. Pete K.
What a scam company this is. I bought and paid for N95 Respirator Masks and received nothing close to what was advertised. My next step is the Attorney General. Modern Beyond needs to learn a thing or two about honesty. I hope to hold them accountable. At least I know someday Someone will.
I ordered N95 face masks for coronavirus as suggested on their website. Delivery was fast. Plastic container each glove came in read two alarming things: "____ direct contact between eyes and nose will be will be detrimental to health." and "Wash poison once a day."
I inquired about both statements, specifically asking WAT POISON?
Response was,"We apologize for the wording on the packaging. We recommend wearing 48 hours and doing a light wash. Hope this helps!
I again asked for more specific answers: Here is next response: "yes the wording on the packaging is poor translation. There is no poison. And we recommend to do a light wash every 48 hours. "

They advertised the mask as an N95 Mask with a carbon filter. I received a cheap flimsy mask that has no filtering capabilities. It does not properly fit my face, without leaving large gaps. On the packaging it was sent in, it indicates it is a fashion dust mask (last photo).
Ordering was simple. I love that they have an array of products available online that are not available in stores, but at cheaper prices. I ordered several items. They were delivered quickly. Packaging was better than expected as the items I had ordered are quite large. The products were exactly as advertised and I love the service.

I ordered a pack of 5 masks and it was delivered in 4 days. I live in Pennsylvania where the local pharmacies were sold out of masks. Pleased with my purchase and was glad they are reusable as I can wash them without having to waste money on disposable masks.
I ordered face mask and it took a month to receive them, when I finally received the mask on the bag it stated not to put them on a certain way, because they had a powder in them that was poison and you should not get it in your nose or mouth. What good is a face mask like this? They were way overpriced to start out with, but I wanted them for my family and I so I bought them. This company is a rip off.

This website is essentially a drop ship service. I ordered an item that showed up 6 weeks later. Was shipped directly from China in the worse possible packaging. The item was thrown into a black plastic cover with no other protection or wrapping. Received the item damaged. Further worse. The item was of terrible quality. Stay away from this website.
During this incredibly trying time you can't let your guard down. I paid $47.45 for five washable & reusable face masks with an illustration showing three layers, Micro Filter, PM 2.5 Filter and a carbon filter. Copy paper is thicker than this mask. This company is a RIP OFF. This is a Modern Beyond Rip Off.

I ordered what their picture of high quality long-term (week) N95 masks and invoice reflected. What they sent me was super-cheap paper masks from South Korea. Most dishonest scam company I have ever experienced! Do NOT order anything from this scam company!
