I ordered masks which we desperately need for hvac employees based on availability willing to pay more for US availability. They advertise that product is in stock and give a receive date that passes then they tell you it will be 12 more days, behemoth that passes they say another 10 days and still have yet to receive product... they are not housing product as claimed nor will you receive your product as promised. They are shipping manufacturer direct from China, sooo if you can wait months to receive a product you might as well save the money and buy from the Chinese manufacturer directly... I tried for a refund through PayPal but they are useless also they just want you to wait however long to either receive the product or be scammed out of your money... horrible business, dishonest, stay away, you can't do worse.

In February, before we knew how bad this would get, I ordered five N95 masks and five N95 respirators for a total of $142.00. I wish I would have read reviews first, but a friend is the one who sent me the link and I assumed she had vetted the company because her info is usually reliable. Anyway, I received ONLY 5 masks and they were not N-95 masks, but N-94 masks. AND- there were NO respirators. I had paid through Paypal and they said to contact the seller, which I did. I let them know the order was incomplete ( no respirators) and incorrect ( the wrong compliance rating on the mask). They NEVER responded. So, I had to escalate the dispute to a claim through Paypal and they were of no assistance what so ever. They just simply showed tracking from the company that a package was delivered- without any acknowledgement of incorrect or incomplete shipment. The tracking number for both the respirators and the masks was the same- so they should have been in the same package. This company is scamming people and price-gouging.

This company is trash. The management is trash. The merchandise is trash. DO NOT order from this trash. I
Guarantee you won't get what you order and a refund is out of the question The merchandise comes from Korea, complete with Korean instructions. This trash should be closed. I wish I could find them and deal with them the way I would like to. Not a threat, just a wish. Their ad say s they are located in Pa. That's probably a lie too. I'm gonna post a review every day. Maybe if enough people read them they will stop ordering from this trash.

I ordered 5 N95 masks that took weeks to get, which i understand bc of Coronavirus but they all finally came but cost me 13 a mask and none had a respirator in them! Dont sell if you cant deliver merchandise ordered. I ordered these bc my husband has heart disease and they took advantage of me. I will report this company to everyone i possibly can and tell our local news stations along with BBB. Only gets one star bc i had to give something to these scum bags!

I was recently dumb enough to purchase Modern Beyond's (Face Mask With N95 Filter × 3) from an internet advertisement on Facebook...

The ad showed durable masks with air filter installed, I paid $45 and received 3 extremely cheap spandex masks with no filter, They're made in china and shipped from Korea... You should avoid this scammer site, I can tell you I recieved 3 extremely small, oddly smelling, nearly homemade spandex masks that wouldn't sell for more than 5 cents a piece in America... No exaggeration, They are total garbage.

Save yourself the aggravation as well as your hard earned cash and skip this ridiculous company and their awful dime store products that they are 100% scamming and overcharging Americans.

Made an order of masks in Feb. And they provided a tracking number. I waited and tracked shipment for almost three weeks, then it showed delivered by USPS. The address to where it was delivered wasn't mine. As a matter of fact, it was in a different state! After many requests, I finally got a response of only the USPS tracking slip. So I contacted USPS and after a few days, they confirmed that it was delivered to another address, not my own. After many, one a day, emails, there hasn't been any response. I will be contacting the BBB. Please learn this lesson, check reviews before buying from unfamiliar sites.

I ordered 5 N95 masks. I received 5 paper masks that were completely inferior and not what I ordered. I have since read reviews online that this company has substituted paper masks for N95 masks before. I wanted a full refund because theses cheap paper masks are nothing like what I ordered and are not suitable for the purpose of avoiding virus transmission.
They also said on their webpage (no longer up) that the masks were manufactured in Australia and this was clearly a lie too.
