If you are thinking about the air pillow, just don't. It is filled with a different material than stated, in fact it is probably just cheap poly stuffing. The zip off cover is a very cheap polyester fabric with strings coming out all over. I would not be writing this except they are taking advantage of the fact that so many people have sleep issues. Also you could not possibly get good sleep laying your head on cheap polyester. Also, by the time you receive it they will say your 7 days to return are up. Scam!

This business is based out of China. Which is normally fine if they ship the product and speak English. As soon as I tried to cancel the product show shipped. I get to every 3 to 4 business days it'll be here.

I have loaded some screenshots of the actual email correspondence. The last email said that it was at my local post office and should be here within 3-4 business days. Anyone ever wait 4 business days from your local post office to you? I don't care if your in Chicago it doesn't take 4 business days.

Scam. Ordered an ergonomical pillow. Supposes to be supportive and plush. It is limp and covered in cheap material. Contacted them after 5 days (7 day limit for refunds) they responded 2 days later saying I had to send a video of "defect". I wrote back saying it wasn't as described and quoted their "full refund if not 100% satisfied" policy. They wrote back next day saying I had exceeded the 7 day limit and they couldn't refund. Scam.

I ordered several items from this company, I received my order a month later with half of the items missing. I contacted costumer service about the missing items immediately. They replied with this: -"Upon checking your order status, Package has been delivered to... Double check your mailbox. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package"- I thought it was a joke. At this point, I am assuming that I am going to lose my money. Before placing an order from this company, be aware that the items seem to come from China, it takes about a month to arrive. I could not find a phone number in their website (in case you have any problem with the order) I assume that any communication with them is made by email. From my experience, I would think that they don't have a clue what costumers in the US are receiving and I definitively won't buy anything from them again.

I ordered the hydro jet pressure washer and the product worked as described. I received the order on Nov 24 and received about a week later. Customer support was responsive when I emailed about a particular item.

It has been almost a month since I ordered the power jet washer. They gave me a shipping date and then announced that it had been delivered. We never received it and now they told me that it was all a mistake and they would be sending me a new delivery date/shipping date soon... well, that was 4 days ago and I have not heard from them. I think this is a scam. Facebook promotes this jet sprayer. I have asked for a full refund and to cancel the order (if there actually was one!) or I will contact authorities about this scam. Buyer BEWARE!

This pressure washer is being heavily advertised on Facebook. I bought it at Ollie's for $7.99. It works fine for light cleaning outside, like to blow off leaves from your front porch or wash the car or rinse dirt off your house's siding. It is NOT the same as a regular power washer and the video this company uses to show how powerful it is, is a fake.

They must have it attached to the hose of a regular pressure washer because it CANNOT completely clean dirt of decks and fences. I know. I tried.

If you want a LITTLE extra water pressure from your hose to do light outside cleaning, this will work well, but buy it at Ollie's for $7.99, not the $24.99 they're charging. If you want to pressure wash your house, deck, fences, etc. buy a real pressure washer.
