The latest is that it was shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Of course they never got ti to the USPS to track so I'm still waiting. They have no phone number to call so you can't get anything resolved. They are the worst dam company I have ever dealt with. I ordered N95 coronavirus face masks, with respirator (2 for $40) and was shipped (from Korea!) 2 regular face masks (the kind you buy at the drugstore for about $2 each). When I submitted a return claim to the company, they wanted to charge me again to buy the product I originally ordered, and said I would have to pay the postage to return flimsy cotton masks TO KOREA, even though the error was entirely theirs.
I ordered the N95 mask on 2/12/2020 and received in about a week. Customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns with the shipping speed. Tracking number is through USPS but it is delayed on the page. Good service and I'm satisfied with the mask I received.
Absolutely terrible. Ordered a triple jet torch and got a single jet torch. It won't even light the flame it only does sparks. It also took a month and a half to arrive. Hope no one buys from them ever again.

There is no way to cancel the order anywhere on their website. There is no customer service phone number available. I emailed their customer service to cancel my order of the N95 Face Masks on Feb 17th. They answered 7 hours later that the order had been shipped. The shipping information was not available until Feb 20th and it shows the order was shipped on the 20th. So they have been lying all the time and they simply just don't want to give the money back. I highly suspect that the products they are selling are garbage as well because they don't have any business ethics and the way they do business is not legitimate. Avoid this website all the way you can!
I bought several N95 face masks and received totally different ones as you can see in the pics. I received the white face masks, on the bag you can see that it was made in China when on their website it states "Not made or shipped from China".
I just received (3) N95 Face Mask Respirator. The quality is not worth for more than $33 per one as what they advertised on line. I bought some $3/each from another website. The quality is exactly the same.

I wish I could give a ZERO star for this. I ordered mask from them and the picture they showed on the web site was different from what I got, including the shape and color. They also inflated a $1.5 mask to $15 which is TEN times.
