Placed an order, received a confirmation e-mail right away. When my order shipped, I received another notice. Since my product was being shipped to Australia, it took a little longer as expected. It arrived in good condition. No problems whatsoever.

I ordered two masks which came packaged well and I like them. However one was the wrong item. The company immediately replied to me about the issue and sent me a replacement. They were extremely accommodating!

I had ordered these masks online from Yahoo and was pleasantly surprised it arrived because other masks I looked up online were backordered for awhile. Good communication with customer service and providing updates on my tracking numebr.

I bought the N95 face masks and received cheap little, cotton masks. I was told to return to masks to Seoul, South Korea, at my expense. The masks were advertised as coming from the USA. The company has already been compensated. Deceptive advertising... and scam artists.

You find everything you need at great prices and fast delivery. They customers service has always been fast, efficient and super polite. And I do purchase a lot with them and have needed help with stuff. Any issue is always resolved quick and easy

I bought the N95 face masks and received these flimsy cheap little masks that probably cost. 50 cents. I have requested a refund. Let's see how that goes! Stay away!

Good product! Excellent company to deal with! Problems I had ordering were soon sorted and the outcome was so fare, beyond expectations! It's always good to know the company you're dealing with online is reputable! Well done to you!

I ordered N95 coronavirus face masks, with respirator (2 for $40) and was shipped (from Korea!) 2 regular face masks (the kind you buy at the drugstore for about $2 each). When I submitted a return claim to the company, they wanted to charge me again to buy the product I originally ordered, and said I would have to pay the postage to return flimsy cotton masks TO KOREA, even though the error was entirely theirs.

I ordered the N95 mask on 2/12/2020 and received in about a week. Customer service was prompt in addressing my concerns with the shipping speed. Tracking number is through USPS but it is delayed on the page. Good service and I'm satisfied with the mask I received.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a triple jet torch and got a single jet torch. It won't even light the flame it only does sparks. It also took a month and a half to arrive. Hope no one buys from them ever again.

This company is a big scam they gave me a USPS tracking number that I had the post office check out and they said that the package was never sent. I have tried to contact them and never get a response. Don't order anything from this company. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a BIGGG ZERO.

I ordered a N95 face mask and got a POS. I'll update my post if they correct their bait and switch, by refund and apology.

I bought several N95 face masks and received totally different ones as you can see in the pics. I received the white face masks, on the bag you can see that it was made in China when on their website it states "Not made or shipped from China".

I just received (3) N95 Face Mask Respirator. The quality is not worth for more than $33 per one as what they advertised on line. I bought some $3/each from another website. The quality is exactly the same.
Don't believe the advertisement!

Will not give me my money back. Return policy does not match with what they say. Do not purchase from this website

I wish I could give a ZERO star for this. I ordered mask from them and the picture they showed on the web site was different from what I got, including the shape and color. They also inflated a $1.5 mask to $15 which is TEN times.
