I ordered the concealer back in December and still have not received my order. They sent me the primer and told me my order was delivered. I have contacted these people for a refund and they refuse to give my money back. Will never order anything again from these people.

I ordered two Ultrasonic Portable Air Humidifiers and after a month had to re-contact Modern Beyond. They blamed it on the post service and began the order again. When the products arrived neither of them worked as described and instead glowed multi-colors, a feature I did not purchase.
Now they have ignored multiple emails and attempts to receive a refund. Never again will I trust Modern Beyond.
This company is bogus! They took my money for an item I ordered back in December 2019, and here it is January 22,2020, and I still haven't received my item. They kept telling me my order is on it's way. Last time I checked the tracking number they provided, it stated it was sitting in New Hampshire, and I live in VT. It doesn't take 2 weeks to cross the border! When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding. Pay the extra money and go for a reputable company! They are a SCAM!

I ordered 2 led stickman costumes at the same time, they shipped at different times and didn't show up as advertised. It was a 3 ft light strip, nothing else. Can not use for a costume! No response after numerous emails. Sent the product back and nothing! Stay away from this company!

Bad quality, no refund and poor customer service. I bought an "ergonomic" pillow from Modern Beyond. The pillow was of very poor quality, a joke really. It was advertised with 14-day "try for free at home" guarantee. There was no address on the site for returns. I requested the return address from customer service but was told I only had 7 days to return it. I wrote to them that 7 day limit for return of inferior quality goods is illegal. According to Consumer Contracts Regulations, buyers have 14 days to cancel an online contract. They replied with the same email as before, word for word. I also left a negative review of the product on their site but it was never published. I saw may people complaining on Facebook afterwards, saying it's a scam. I was not able to get my money back. Do not recommend.
I ordered the Hydro Mousse liquid lawn green grass spray. I was tricked into buying more units than I really needed because of the discount offered. I thought they were single-use units so I ordered six of them. Turns out I only would have needed one because they are reusable. I figured I would take them up on their satisfaction guarantee and just return them all. Lisa Paige informed me that I was past the seven-day return, even though I contacted her 4 days after receiving the product. They do not stand behind their guarantee and Lisa Paige will ignore you.

I finally got my Hydro Jet Hose nozzle and it is pathetic. They claim the force of the water coming out of this thing can clean decks, fences and driveways with mold on them. BS. It's a glorified hose nozzle at best. The force doesn't even sting skin. What a ripoff. AND it took me over 3 weeks to receive it after I ordered it (it comes directly from China, which tells you something...). I highly recommend no-one buy ANYTHING from this lying, cheating, poor service company.
Product was defective. Upon complaining, agent seemed cooperative at first, followed by a series of "hoops" that they made me jump through. This company has absolutely no intention of honoring any guarantee. They are deceitful and downright poison. Do yourself a favor by NOT ordering from them. They deserve to be put out of business.

They advertised a liquid lawn product that included. 5 lb of the grass seeds. When the box arrived, it clearly said on the box that the seeds are included, but they were NOT. They told me that the do not provide seeds any longer and refused to refund my money. Btw, the spray bottle that was included in the package was broken. I simply threw away the whole thing.

The skin tag removal patches do not work. The product did not come with instructions. You may only return it within 7 days.
They have a good supply and choices of things and are very accommodating. I have enjoyed shopping their store and online too! Good quality merchandise and good prices = happy. Hair curler works as I expected and heats up quickly.
Stay away. Ordered grass product on 5/4 and 5 weeks later there is no tracking information showing up. Scam. The positive reviews are definitely the company writing them.
We ordered the hydro jet power washer 2 weeks ago and never received it. According to the order status on their web site, it has not even shipped yet. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times and they have not responded to a single one. They have no phone number listed anywhere to call them and they have blocked people from being able to post on their Facebook page. These people are THIEVES and SCAM artists! I am calling to report them to our bank and will also be reporting them to the Attorney General in our state. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They will only steal your money and you will not receive your order!
