Good website, quick and easy to order and received very quickly, would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered surgical masks. They sent me an email saying I had cancelled the order. I never did so nor had any communication with them besides the attempted purchase. Would not order from them.

Very impressed with the great product I received. I ordered a large quantity of N95 masks and was shocked how quickly the entire process took. I had the package on my doorstep within a week and just in time for my travels.

This company is a scam. They sell items that they don't even have in an inventory. They take your money and ship nothing.

I have ordered three coronavirus face masks with filters but what I got were just three KF94 face masks which're much cheaper. They eventually gave me a 50% refund and said that they were not able to send me the ones I have ordered because their inventory was backordered. But their website shows that they are now offering a special discount for buying three coronavirus face masks. What a coincidence!

Everyone I dealt with at Modern Beyond was very helpful, answering my questions, and providing outstanding service from ordering thru quick delivery of items at a very reasonable price. It looks and operates as if I had bought it new at twice the cost at other stores.

They had exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price and the customer service was FANTASTIC! They sent an email and called to let me know when my order had shipped and let me know that a signature would be required upon delivery so that I could anticipate being home.

I ordered two N95 face masks at a ridiculous price. It took almost three weeks to get them and when they came they were not N95 masks. I contaced Modern Beyond but no response. The ONLY reason I didn't give the one star is when I contacted them about the status of my delivery they did respond.

Paid about $50 for three N95 face masks. All arrived in a small envelope. Inferior quality. Return address is South Korea - which would be fine but the merchandise is poor quality and nothing like the pix/description on line.

I ordered the N95 mask and received an inferior kf94 masks which can be purchased on line for $8-9. I paid over $60 for two of the N95 masks and when questioned they offered a 50% refund which is totally insufficient. In essence they fraudulently sent me inferior masks hoping I would accept and when caught they dropped the price 50% which still gave them a 100% markup from the inferior masks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered NF95 face mask at the price of HK$115.10days later I received one NF94 mask instead. $115 for 1 NF94 mask?

My purchase with Modern Beyond was a high quality product at a very good price, delivered in good time. I ordered face masks and some kitchen products. I would purchase from them again.

The masks are advertised as black masks with valves. They are overpriced, cotton masks with a minimal barrier. Absolutely not worth the price. You also are not able to return them in 7 days to South Korea. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to the hospital for masks.

Received items quickly and shipping communications were good. Quality of items were good. Had problem with 1 item and notified customer service. Within 2 hours the problem was resolved and I received a credit on my account! I will definitely continue buying from them.
