On Friday, April 10th, I ordered 10 pieces of masks with respirators. On the site it said PM 2.5 grade which I learned by someone the next day after placing the order that they basically only block dust particles and won't be affective to block any virus which requires N95 grade. On the their site, they showed as though the mask could block the virus, so it's definitely misleading! The same day I placed the order, they sent an email that order had been confirmed. The day I learned that the masks wouldn't work effectively for me since I work in a health care system, I sent them a request to cancel the order. The following day, someone named Lucy Collins sent an response saying all sales finals even though they hadn't send them to me. They didn't respond to me after I asked them several times to cancel the order. Yesterday, they sent an email stating that packaged has been shipped. They gave me the tracking number. When I tracked it, it didn't say the number hasn't been recorded as shipped, but the label has been created and because of that I couldn't intercept the package. I immediately notified my credit card company about the the transaction and yesterday after finding out online on BBB and this site that this company is a fraud, I had to inform my credit card company again on a possible scamming company. They're going to investigate it and already adjusted my credit card balance. I notified the USPS and they told me once I receive the package, that I should not open the package, write "REFUSED" on the package and take it to the post office for them to send it back to the sender at no cost on me and the sender will have to pay for the cost! I just spoke with a secretary at the Attorney General in LA, CA and she gave me this number to call *******376 to report Modern Beyond that's located at 3501 Jack Northrop Ave STE Eb634, Hawthorne, CA *******-4433. People please report this company to Attorney General and voice your concern and hopefully this company will be shut down soon to prevent more victims!

I ordered N95 mask and got some bogus mask from Korea instead. TOTAL RIP OFF and it TOOK FOREVER. Scam
