I ordered face mask, and they were too far from what I ordered. I emailed three times, but never response.
After a couple of complaints to Modern Beyond, and posting my complaints here and other consumer complaint sites, I finally received a refund from Modern Beyond. Even though I received the refund, I would still advise people to avoid dealing with this company. I believe they use deceptive advertising because they did not deliver what they advertised.
I ordered N95 face mask for $34.49 plus shipping. After I ordered I received a confirmation email which stated that the item was coming from Korea. It arrived in a couple of weeks. The mask I received is not at all what is pictured on the ad from which I ordered! I paid $40 total for this flimsy little thing which looks to be not much better than a standard medical mask. No vent, no charcoal!
I have written two complaints on their website, and no response. I want my money back!

I ordered some N95 masks which were advertised as being in stock and made in the US. More than a month went by and I didn't receive them. I tried to contact them several times. Be ware of a company with no address or phone number. I sent 2-3 emails. Several weeks later they sent a message that the order was on the way and then that it was delivered. It came directly from Korea and it wasn't what I ordered nor was it as pictured on their web page. The picture and promises are no longer on their site. Very dishonest. Beware.
Bought 2 weak paper masks of $66.0 and it was not what I ordered at all... asked for return but no reply.

Strangest online purchase ever. Never got any response to multiple emails, just a refund notice and confirmation through PayPal. No explanation or anything, but it was the full amount. It was weird. I'd rather have the masks I ordered, but at least I got my money.
They never sent my mask, did NOT respond to over half dozen emails. All was said was that the tracking was delivered by we never got it either at our doorstep or in our box or at the post office. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND IT COST ME 40 and NO Product! Is this not a criminal act?

Order was switched. The N95 masks I ordered were pictured on the site and exactly what I wanted. 3 WEEKS later I get these thin cotton masks, from South Korea! I went on their website and the ones I ordered were now 3 times the price I originally paid. They were price gouging and intentionally sent me crap!
Modern Beyond unilaterally cancelled my order for an item that they are still selling on their website. The item is now selling for more than twice what I paid, and I sure they cancelled my order because they can now gouge consumers for even more money for the same product. Horrible customer service. Reporting to BBB.

We ordered two of the black N95 masks featured on their website. Weeks after they were supposed to be delivered we received two white filters, no masks. The U.S. government should shut down this website. As you can see from reading their reviews, our experience is the norm, not the exception. Wish we had done that before ordering.

Ordered the corona Virus masks. It took 3 weeks and they were cheap paper masks and very expensive. As stated they were suppose to be from the USA and arrived from Korea! I don't want to even use them! Save your money.

These guys are really cashing in on the crisis. I ordered 4 masks at $15/each. They are cheap paper masks with an n95 filter. I don't think they would normally cost more than $1 each. Buyer beware!
Fast service, got what I ordered. Service was very good. If looking for something right go here to get them. Very good on pricing. Just wish they would have sent a business card with order so I could have it on file to share with family or friends or even old companies I worked for before retiring.
