What idiots, I was going to Europe and ordered masks way ahead of the big issues, and they just email me, "Sorry order cancelled at your request" Nope I didn't cancel it, they probably could sell the masks for more money... Don't use them...

I ordered a resin to fix an IPad screen. The order was never shipped and the tracking number disappeared based on a supposed "technical error." They also have failed and refused to respond to my emails requesting information or a refund after taking my money. Buyers beware! Highly suspect company IMO

This company does not carry any inventory - everything is drop shipped from China. If you are lucky enough to get the product you ordered it will take more than a month - many never get the item and they do not refund. STAY AWAY - RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
Bought a product on 04/27. Order confirmed and Modern Beyond charged my credit card. No product was sent. I emailed several times with no response. I then went through the website on 06/05 asking for a full refund and received a response right away on 06/06. The CSR stated that they resent my product and would take 3 to 4 days. Still nothing has been received. Still trying to get a full refund. Do not buy from this website!
I purchased four of these mask. The first time I put one on it tore. I have written two e-mails to Modern Beyond to ask for a replacement of this mask. I have sent a picture of it where it was tore. To date I have yet to receive a message from them. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I felt that I was entitled to a replacement mask or a message from them on how to return the one that was broken for a replacement one.
Deceptive description of items. I purchased masks which were described as N95 masks manufactured in the USA. Delivery was delayed. When they arrived, I was surprised to see they were mailed from Korea. There was no printed material or documentation included.

I ordered a month ago for 2 jet water items. Theres NO customer service number, and when I put in my order number it says they cannot find it. But my CC will file a complaint on my behalf. I should have listened to the reviews. How can a company keep selling when they are not trustworthy. PLEASE STAY AWAY! I shouldn't even give them 1 star rating.

I ordered a back brace from modern beyond they stop giving me tracking info An i ask for refund an still havent got any thing 3 months later i would not reckmend buying nothing from this place they just take your money an run
Do not purchase anything from this site! They misrepresent items and, if you do receive your order, it will not be the product advertised on the site. I ordered two items advertised as black N95 masks with a filter valve. Although they were clearly price gouging due to the Covid-19 situation, they were one of the few sellers that (allegedly) still had masks available. Although there was no indication of this anywhere on the site, my order was shipped from overseas. After 3 weeks, the package arrived, but the masks I received were not at all what was shown on the site. I received two completely different, inferior white paper masks that were not worth even close to what I had paid. Modern Beyond completely ignored repeated attempts to contact them about the purchase. I had to file a dispute with PayPal, which, months later, I am still trying to get resolved. After being instructed by PayPal to return the misrepresented item to receive a refund, the package ended up being returned to me because Modern Beyond deliberately gave PayPal an expired/invalid return address! I even later saw that the "black, filter N95 masks were not only still being advertised on the site, but the price had dropped to $1.99/ea. This is about what the actual masks were worth, but when I bought (and paid) for the masks they had been marked up 2000% (not kidding) from this price. Beware of this merchant!
I placed an order on 4/27/2020. It is now 5/14/2020 and I still have not received the merchandise. I attempted to contact the Modern Beyond on their site twice and received no response. Attempted to track my merchandise through their website "tracker" and it is showing my order number does not exist.

I placed a purchase back in late April. I did not receive my order and their response was it was shipped. They sent me all the tracking information that did nothing for me. The bottom line is I did not get what I ordered and they are doing nothing about it. So I say DO NOT order anything from this place because they do not stand behind their shippers.

Placed order on 4-18, now 5-9 still nothing, customer service is non existent, no phone number to call, just the same email item is in Tx. For the last 18 days. DO NOT order from them.
Do not order from this company, I ordered an item April 17 still not here. I have written the company and still no response. Unfortunately, I can't give ZERO stars because I don't think they exist just hustle to take people's money.
