We bought grass growing items for our backyard. They didn't do what was described. We contacted they company and never heard back. Apparently Better Business Bureau is investigating because of so many complaints.

This is a scam business

I ordered a wireless charger August 13th 2020, it is September 30th, I still have not received my item. Along the way I've received the same exact response to my query on where my package is, and they respond it must have been lost in the mail we're sending a new one free of charge, if the original one comes you can keep it free of charge. When I ask for a refund finally after getting the same exact responses, I stopped hearing from them. Stay away from this company! They lie, they deceive, and you end up looking like a fool expecting a package to come to your residence. I am going to get in contact with the attorney general, and the Federal Trade Commission. I've already reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible

I ordered a bra from them and when it came, late, it was terrible and did not fit. I immediately asked to return it and they told me I had to send a picture of it? I did this and have not heard from them again. I have called my credit card company and have stopped payment. Absolutely the worse company ever.

Buyer beware.

Never recieved my purchase.
Then I get the run around. They say it's in route or been delivered. The purchase went through pay pal. There was no problem with the information being clear on where to send.
Very unprofessional.

Bait and switch

I ordered "biodegradable seed rolls" but got folded felt-like material that is useless and contains NO SEEDS! There were no instructions or product identification in the package, which should have been a red flag.
I actually put it in and NOTHING!
The Modern Beyond website had excellent reviews and looked legitimate. However, I became suspicious and checked the QR code and ended up at this review site that has the opposite reviews from those on their website. SCAM!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I will contact my credit company and report fraud. Y'all should do the same immediately!

The worst ever!

Do not order from this company. Their products are crap and their customer service sucks. I ordered a grill cleaner that arrived broken. I had to send dozens of emails before they finally agreed to give me my money back. Then I had to pay to ship It back. When they finally issued me a credit they shorted it. Long story short I paid $20 for nothing. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEN!

Scam

Order never acknowledged but credit card was charged. No telephone contact provided. No product shipped. Total scam. Supplier uses httpswww.qual nj for one product and httpswww.thin ca for a second product. Beware.

False pictures

I ordered 2 rolls of seeded grass mats. What I received was 2 folded pieces of green material with no seed and the picture showed a roll and how you just unroll it on your lawn. It came in an envelope. I sent them pictures and how I was disappointed in their misleading advertisement. I replied back twice and they will not answer me. Stay away from this company. What appeared to be a good product turned into useless material.

Don't be in a hurry

Ordered reading glasses which took exactly one month to receive. Glasses are nice but did not include the case which clearly was to be sent with the order. Poor communication. Delayed delivery. Incomplete order. Three strikes.

On 7/10 I bought from them a Super boost wi-fi, when they send me the order number they explained that they were getting the order ready to be shipped, and when shipped will receive an e- mail.
On August 2 (3 weeks later) I received the e-mail and August 10th I received the package.
Again, be advised that they take a lot of time to start processing the order.

Scammers

Ordered the hydro jet power washer because it has great reviews. Ordered late April didn't receive until Mid July. When I finally received my package it was a knockoff of the the product (water jet), which have horrible reviews. I went through the dispute on PayPal and they responded promptly but now I‘ve paid to have the product shipped back and dropped the dispute through PayPal I no longer get a response from them. I've paid for the product and paid to ship it back to them and can't get a response for my refund. They responded to my email will the tracking information and told me once the get their product I would be refunded. Well I'm still waiting!

I purchased two items same day, same transaction. The first item arrived 5-6 weeks later, the box was damaged along with the item. I followed their instructions perfectly, I sent pictures and a video per their request within the 24 hour period. I paid the postal fees and returned the damaged item, per their request. I specifically requested a refund and canceled the second item. They refused to refund me, would not cancel the second item and could not provide any shipping information. They sent me another damaged item. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and their poorly made products.

Steam Grill Brush

I wish they had negative stars to review them. What a scam this company is. I ordered 2 steam grill brushes for Father's Day gifts. One came a month after Father's Day, damaged. After arguing with them, they refunded $2.55. What an embarrassment. Just got the second one yesterday and it looks like an elephant walked on the box. No instructions in either box. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I bought a grill daddy. The box came crushed. Missing part so unusable. Leaks water. Emailed modern beyond immediately. They were supposed to reply 24 to 48 hours. Took them 18 days. They claimed that they could do nothing since i did not reply for more than 24 hours. I did reply within 24 hours so they not only have an absurd deadline but they lied! Don't ever buy anything from them!

SCAM site!

Ordered the window shades for car in April and have yet to receive the product. I have emailed several times with no response. I have sent another email tonight in regards to this order and wanting a full refund. I am hoping to get a response!
