This is insane! I ordered 2 things off the website almost 2 months ago. I hadn't gotten any updates. I emailed them, and they gave me useless information. I told them I wanted a refund 3 times and they are copy and pasting the same email.
This company is a fraud. They take your money by deceiving about their products and do not respond to emails regarding returns. So I am stuck with an item that I don't have any use for. This is because there were no dimensions of the product and the video was false( borrowed from another company). They are deceiving costumers and not answering or responding to emails.

Ordered an Apple Car Play Phone Adapter on January 19th. Item allegedly shipped on January 20, this is the notice I received when I sent an email to them asking of the status:

Well not hearing anything or seeing any change in the status since February 10, I sent them another email, their reply, wait a couple of days for the shipper to update their information. After 10 days and it has not made it to USPS? The excuse, Covid-19... Stay away from this vendor.
I ordered a 20 x 80 in. Two way mirror film, after 4 weeks I sent a email asking where it was and Iwas told on its way was late because of covid, 2 weeks later I received the order and when I opened it it was 20 in wide but only 30 in long, They want a picture or video to show what the problem is (they need it because they dont know the difference between 30 and 80) then was told t unfortunately they donot return money have a nice day,
It's scam, I bought a dash cam from this site. The item which I recieved is totally different description, it's cheaply made feather light, No 4 k resolution, no rear recording and no 128 gb slot, the description of cam on Web site is totally different. They asked me pics of product when I asked to return it back and I did send the pics but never heard back from them, this Web site should be taken down, They are bunch of crooks conning people, wish I had read reviews before buying product from them.
Just look for their reviews online and you will find they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Everything they sell comes from Asia so if you do not mind waiting 1,2 months perhaps never you are probably going to be disappointed. They immediately send a tracking number to stall the fact you have to wait weeks for that product to arrive in the USA. Buy at your own risk.
I ordered a 100% wool anorak which is a garment for wearing outdoors in cold weather.
What I got was a cheap knockoff product from China. Their advertisement was on the Google website. I ordered the product and then waited 10 days without any shipping information sent to me. I sent them an email and low and behold they sent me a notice that the order was on its way but was still sitting in China.
I notified my credit card company that I wanted to file a dispute against Modern Beyond. My credit card company filed the dispute and removed the charge from my card.
I contacted Modern Beyond and told them I had filed a dispute. Their reply from a Sarah Williams said that she was sure I would be satisfied with my product when I received it as others who have bought products were greatly satisfied.
Finally the supposed 100% wool anorak arrived today, 1/23/21 and was a piece of crap. It was 20% cotton, 30% wool, and 50% of what they called chemically manufactured fabric. The advertised extra roomy fit, could accommodate layers of clothing underneath and that it came down below the hips for extra warmth came to about the waist and barely fit over a tshirt. The only thing that they got right was the color that I ordered.
This company was trying to charge $90 for a piece of crap that I can't ever wear and wouldn't keep a sheep warm with 30% wool.
This company and others like them need to be shut down and Google should be admonished for allowing these criminals to advertise and sell from their website.

Bought an Anorak, ordered a size 2XL but contacted them immediately too request a 3XL. They assured me that they were sending the 3XL but, of course I received the 2XL. Also, this is not an Anorak in the true sense of the word but a hooded sweatshirt. The pictures are not at all realistic. I wouldn't waste my money on this product.
Bought 2 portable humidifiers... Items came from China and were not as pictured... not even the same product design and the instructions were in Chinese and broken English... I would not recommend buying from them as the only thing to do to contact customer service is type in a text box form. No address, no phone number. Definitely sham company from China and I fell for it. Pictures are what was on the website and what I got.

***WARNING*** Do not do business with this company. I ordered foam toilet bowl cleaner and they sent me a toilet declogger. Customer service representative Julia Roberts didn't help at all, telling me I received the correct order,, despite me sending them a pic of the WRONG ORDER. It took a month to get the small security camera and then it would not go online at all. I wrote to them about the defective item and they wrote back that they required a picture and the original order. I gave them a picture showing it was offline and the requested original order. They never responded again, even when I sent repeated e-mails.
Item shipped was in crushed/damaged boxes and was not the same item I ordered that is pictured on their web site. It is a cheaper knock if version in an "As seen on TV" box. Garbage. Their return policy is that you pay for return shipping, and are charged a restocking fee, and have to initiate within 3 days (although at first they said must be initiated within 24 hours). What they are doing is fraud.
You might as well just order from eBay and take advantage of having eBay customer assistance. What you get from this site is overpriced crap, shipped direct from China. Expect weeks without hearing from them, despite the promise that they will let you know when it's shipped. If you do contact them, within a day or two they will respond with an email.

In short, after I purchased the Nano Magic Car Scratch Cloth, largely because of the "iron glad satisfaction guarantee," When it didn't work, I emailed for a refund and was asked to submit a photo. Three days later after not receiving a response, I emailed and inquired and was informed they received it and then was asked to submit a video. I did that as well but it bounced back because the file was too large. On notifying customer service, I was instructed to attach it to their email. I did that on October 31 but it also wouldn't go through. I informed them of this and asked for alternatives and never heard back. I emailed again on November 15 and got no response. Having no other options, I'm notifying the BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
