As I write this I'm on the phone again with Minted. My order was messed up by them and while the CS rep said she would expedite the order there were 3 items missing when they arrived. Their website is great looking but not too functional. The reps are very nice but have little authority to do anything. I've been trying to get my wedding invitations out for more than 3 weeks and I initially ordered them in March.having paid over $1000 for them. I'm so frustrated and disgusted with this company. DON"T USE THEM - WASTE OF TIME>.
OK, so I'm less upset at minted.com because they fixed my order by sending me a close back-up holiday card for a full refund, and shipped it overnight. My holiday cards were still 3 weeks later than I would normally send them out, but the quality wasn't bad. I would have given them a much higher rating if they fulfilled my order 3 weeks earlier or reached out to me earlier when I kept calling them for 3 weeks. It was unnecessary added stress during the holidays. I'm not sure I will use them again because of the slow response time and the bad experience I had but I acknowledge their intention to do the right thing to keep their customers.
My meal cards came looking just fine. However, (me or minted, not sure) had my(the brides) Maiden name on my meal card instead of my new married name. I tried to just reorder One meal placement card with my correct name on it and it was next to impossible. I tried to find an appropriate address to email about my situation on the site and ended up mostly navigating around the site through a bunch of pre-answered questions that had nothing to do with my task at hand. Called minted. I could hardly understand the operators accent which led me to correctly assume how difficult this would be. She put me through long bouts of hold time and essentially nothing was accomplished except for a lot of time wasted. Seriously frustrating. Contact the BBB
I just spent 3 days working on a design for a holiday card. Every page said express shipping was available. Well, turns out not for this design even though it said on every page it was. So now I have no cards and need to start from scratch. My order was almost $400 so one would think they would have a better system.
Looks like this updated review may have replaced my previous review. In any event. After complaint to West Elm and Minted, West Elm Rep stated a replacement framed print would be sent to me. He stated he would send documentation to the Artist to be careful not to damage the print or frame during construction of the print. Well, I received the replacement. I was assured the print etc. would be shipped free of damage this time. Again, received replacement with damage to the frame due to poorly constructed framing! See last 5 photos.
I can't even put into words the nightmare experience I have had this past week with Minted. I spent an entire week of back and forth with customer service trying to get my wedding invitations to look right. The amount of errors was mind blowing. I think customer service is outsourced outside of the US and there is a MAJOR communication issue. Today I randomly got an email that my entire order was cancelled. I don't even know what to do at this point because I put in so much time and effort. I'm extremely upset. I was ready to spend the almost $1000 that it cost to get invitations from them but they just couldn't get them right no matter what I did. I'm a lawyer and I'm actually considering whether I have a consumer protection claim against them. Steer clear of this nightmare company!
I placed my order on 12/11/21with a rush delivery. My order status has been, "We're producing your order" since 12/11/21. I am so glad unhappy with this company. I called customer service and they said they have unforeseen labor unavailability. I will never order cards from this company again. They should of hired more employees for the holiday.
Minted, your customer service and company as a whole should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. I ordered Save the Dates, they were delivered totally wrong (including the printed envelopes), and have spent 3 days and COUNTLESS HOURS on hold with your useless customer service department. I will be writing a horrible review on every review website I can find in an effort to make sure you don't treat any other bride's (or anyone else in general) the way you have treated me. Absolutely horrible. Will be disputing with my credit card company first thing tomorrow.
I ordered my 2019 holiday cards from Minted in mid-December. They arrived on Saturday, 12/21/19, but were stolen off of my porch before I could retrieve them.
I contacted Minted customer service on Monday, 12/23. I let them know what happened and asked if there was any way I could get more cards (I was willing to pay for another order if I had to, and had also filed a police report for the package theft). I got emails from not one, but two customer service reps., apologizing for something that wasn't even their fault.
They re-printed my cards on Monday, got them in the mail on Tuesday, and when FedEx delivered them on Wednesday the FedEx guy waited at the door for me to answer and retrieve my package. They did not charge me for the new order, and my cards/pre-addressed envelopes were exactly as I had ordered them.
I cannot say enough great things about the company or their customer service. I feel like they went above and beyond, for something that wasn't their fault at all.
This was my first time ordering from Minted, the quality of your card stock was very nice, however I am very disappointed about the quality of the printed photos, they are very dark and very blurry. While creating my card this was not the case. Why would the color change drastically like this? I also had a shadow box made for my daughter and now the card inside looks terrible. What can you do about this?
NOTHING was done, not a replacement, not even a response to my email.
Unfortunately I was in a pinch for time for the party and needed to send out the invites. Had I not been in a pinch I would have returned EVERYTHING.
Again, this is very disappointing for a happy exciting moment in our lives to share and celebrate with family and friends.
Ordered Christmas baby announcement. At no point during the process did Minted even mention delays. Only after I paid $130, did I receive an email saying that it would be delayed. I tried emailing them- no response, I am on hold now, and it seems like they are not even staffed. Bottom line, no one send Christmas cards AFTER Christmas, and now we might not even be able to use them!
Wanted to re-order 25 additional wedding invites and RSVPs
Primary order did not allow for re-ordering design and design not saved in system despite saving several times during initial ordering.
Very poor customer service stating had to re-design to re-order additional invites. Time consuming initial order and re-ordering
Paid high cost for expedited service and received 2 weeks late.
Avoid this site especially since there are so many other on-line services to order from
I saw the heart shaped collage pic and thought what an awesome idea this will be to combine our split household and add all of our family in one big heart. I ordered the 44x44 and it just arrived.
It looks cheap! I paid close to 500.00 hoping it would look professionally done.

If you actually want to receive anything I highly recommend you use any other invitations site, card site, shopping site, art site. Anything but minted.
I ordered Christmas cards from Minted in mid-November to be able to get them out early with our changed address. I did not request a proof. I requested and paid for expedited service. Over two weeks have gone by. I have not received an email from them. I logged in to my account and it was asking that I approve the proof which was not requested. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for 1 1/2 hours before I gave up. I then tried the chat service which was uselessl. I am now holding again and also attempting to speak with their live chat person. Compared to the other companies who do this same service, Minted stinks! Stay away!
I ordered my wedding invitations from minted. I went with the All-in-one design thinking it would be a nice simple design. When I received them, I was very happy with them, they were very pretty and just what I expected. I followed the directions exactly as they instructed to assemble them with 3 clear stickers after folding them. Once they went through the mail, everyone that received them said they were opened, the perforation was torn for the RSVP and some were missing the inside card that was placed inside with important information for my wedding. These have a major design flaw since they do not hold up in the mail process. I was beyond disappointed! This was the first impression of my wedding and they were a disaster and looked horrible by the time my guests received them.
I ordered my holiday cards before Thanksgiving and paid extra to have them by 12/2. At the earliest they are staying I'll have them by 12/11 now! They basically lost and messed up my order and all the customer service reps I talked to before today (12/5) didn't escalate my issue or do anything!
Ordered invitation and envelopes 5 weeks ago, arrived with incorrect envelope. Requested resolution and corrections arrived 2 weeks later. Ordered placecards for the event to match last week and paid express shipping. Arrived today and they are someone elses placecards. Mistakes happen- but Terrible customer service is not ok!
It's been over a week for my holiday cards, I have paid for it, I have an order # and confirmation # and they can't find my order! There is no way to get through to customer service and every email I send, they reply back with the same rote reply. "We are looking into this and will get back to you asap." Then they had the audacity to ask me what server and software I am using?! WTF?
I ordered a personalized photo puzzle. It arrived quickly but it was for someone else's family. I tried to call customer service several times. I was on hold for 30 minutes on several calls and up to 1 hour on another. Never spoke to a person. No option to leave a message. I wrote several emails to their help center. No answer

Answer: I couldn't find that. I ordered 100 holiday cards. Cost approaching $300. Been a few weeks and have no real delivery date. Today is 12/22. Oh well, they will be new years cards instead
