It was long ago I experienced such bad customer service. On 8 DECEMBER I was ready to push the order button but suddenly the cart page was not able to save my payment details and therefore the order could not be processed. Whatever I tried every time I got the same error message. Tried 2 different credit cards, tried PayPal, tried different browsers, tried on my tablet. Always the same error message. Nothing worked although last year I was able to order without any problems with one of those credit cards.
Finally contacted live chat support. The only thing they suggested to do is to clear browser cache. When I told them I already did this the only thing they could do is report the problem to their "financial department" (wondering if that department even exists). They would followup and contact me.
After more than 24 hrs of silence I decided to give them a call (9 DECEMBER). The person on the phone could not help either but he would escalate the issue to their financial department and promised they would contact me later that day. 3 days and multiple live chat sessions later (!) still nothing had been done to solve the issue.
My advice: STAY AWAY from MINTED. Lack of service and professionalism and getting the feeling to be just a CASE ID is unacceptable! And if you don't I hope everything runs smoothly from the first time and you never have to deal with their "customer service"!
UPDATE: On 23 DEC I received an email from the Financial Team reaching out in regards to my request for assistance in placing an order with Minted!
Are you really thinking we're all fools? Well dear MINTED, you're more than 2 WEEKS TOO LATE! I needed help on 8 DECEMBER when I was ready to place an order! Do you really think I would still place an order to receive Xmas cards somewhere in January? If you can't deal with the Xmas rush STOP doing business!
I've been ordering from Minted for years. In the past, Minted's products and service had always met/exceeded my expectations. However, this year, I am beyond disappointed with the level of service (or lack thereof) I have received with my annual holiday card order.
I placed my $558 holiday card order (#*******) on December 7 with the $35 "rush" shipping upgrade and was told I'd receive my order by December 16. I received last year's $502 holiday card order within 3 days of placing my order. However, this year, I figured it may take a few extra days due to heightened COVID-related safety protocols and shipping delays. However, unfortunately, it is now December 17 (10 days after I placed my "rush" order), and I still haven't received my order.
Yesterday, Minted moved my estimated delivery date from December 16 to December 18. They didn't email me or notify me in any way to let me know my order is delayed. Rather, I found out by proactively checking my order status on their website. At the very least, I would expect Minted to email me or text me to let me know they're running a bit behind. I'm disappointed that no one at Minted cared enough to contact me.
It is now December 17. I have emailed and called Minted several times but haven't received any resolution or any reason why my estimated delivery date has been pushed back. Based on all of the other customers' stories of not receiving their holiday cards in a timely manner along with repeated reports of Minted's lack of communication, I'm becoming increasingly concerned I will not receive my cards by the new estimated delivery date of December 18 (11 days after my $558 "rush" order was placed). If Minted wasn't sure if they would be able to fulfill my order within their promised time frame, I wish they would have let me know BEFORE I placed my order.
Minted, please contact me and let me know what's going on!

My holiday cards never arrived. How dare they do this and not let you know! Supposedly I am going to get them on christmas eve. What good is that?
I ordered save the date samples a little while ago and they came extremely late. I called the company to get them reshipped, which they did, but that took forever. Because the save the dates sample situation was handled so well, I thought I'd take a chance and order my save the dates from them and I regret it.
Me and my fiancé spent almost $200 on save the dates. When tracking through FedEx, I received a delivery exception which pushed my delivery date back (which I had no problem with bc it was just a day), but now, as I am awake at 4:30 am they said THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY DOOR WHICH IS A LIE AS MY FIANCE WAS IN OUR LIVING ROOM THE TIME THEY SAID THEY DELIVERED IT!
WHERE ARE MY SAVE THE DATE? WHO IS LYING HERE! I am getting in contact with customer service in the morning but if I don't get rushed shipping as I PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING, I'm going to be so upset! I freelance for Wedding Chicks, so I'm so excited to right an influencer brand piece of this company and how they ruin wedding experiences! I'm so dissapointed!
Ordered cards 11/28/20. Received cards 12/23/20 WITH NO ENVELOPES. On hold with customer service for 90 minutes SO FAR. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Answer: I was trying to do that but couldn't get an answer or find out. I would say no, not possible. I order a bunch of holiday cards, cost almost $300 with pre-printed addresses. 3 weeks, still waiting.
Answer: I couldn't find that. I ordered 100 holiday cards. Cost approaching $300. Been a few weeks and have no real delivery date. Today is 12/22. Oh well, they will be new years cards instead
