When the site would not allow me to add photos as in the past, the "chat" assistant told me that I needed to do troubleshooting on my end. That was not at all helpful. When the site becomes glitchy, and you cannot edit your project, I suggest you bail out, rather than waste your valueable time.
The text editor for what gets placed on a wedding invitation is horrible. You can't add or change the size of text boxes. When I asked for 3 more text boxes, I was told I had to first order the invitations (even though I wasn't finished editing) and have their design team add what I wanted. I couldn't do it myself.
I find TheKnot has an excellent editor and I will be using them instead.
I ordered my Christmas cards on December 2nd and paid for rush shipping (2-3 days). Every day minted website showed "we are producing your order" and kept delaying the delivery date. I reached out to them multiple times and the customer service representatives are useless and keeps giving me excuses. They had no problem charging me $358.00 for such terrible service. Now my estimated deliver for my Christmas cards is Dec 22nd and its the 18th today... again I paid for rush shipping.
We are having a destination wedding with a small party back home. We ordered two sets of save the dates with envelopes. When we received our save the dates, only one of our cards was there. The other belonged to some other couple. HUGE MISTAKE.
We complained and they sent us the save the dates that we were missing.
Now that we had both sets, we went to stuff our envelopes with both. We were sent the correct number of envelopes (55). We had ordered 55 of each set of save the dates. Now when we went to fill them, we realized they had sent us 48 of one card and 60 of the other card. WTF. I will definitely not be using them for our invitations.
I have been a Minted customer for about 10 years. This year making my card was running a bit late but I got it done and sent to the experts for proof reading and expedited shipping so I could send it out by the 12/31 at the latest … well minted had other plans. Not only did they not proof read my card (spelled Dr Seuss wrong) and printed it w the mistake they expedited nothing and I had to chase them for where my cards were up until the 7th I believe of January. And when I asked what were they prepared to do to help make the situation better they offered to reprint the cards w the right spelling, not for free, around the 17th of January. Anyway. Major fail on Minteds behalf and very poor customer service after their fail. Disappointing for sure. Be aware. They aren't what they used to b. O well. Joanne Wiles

I gave Minted a pass last year due to Covid delays but they have learned nothing. My Christmas cards were not delivered last year until after New Years. I swore I would not use them again but here I am. I had one order of envelopes that was supposed to have a foil press design arrive completely blank and am waiting now for 2 days for a response on a reorder.
I've been waiting 2 weeks for extremely time sensitive Wedding invitations and no one can tell me when they are going to ship and if they do, the date comes and goes and customer service is feckless and cannot provide any insights into the issues. So it is now too late to wait for the order and I'm going to have to look elsewhere for last minute solutions.
Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM MINTED! They will hurt and abuse your trust at every turn.
Ordered a print and was asked to select a frame type. I selected a frame and finished the order. When the order arrived there was no frame. I called and was told that a frame was not selected. I asked aboutthe price and oh the frame was not included. So I paid $71.00 for a rolled up print with no frame. What a rip-off. I won't use Minted again.
Great customer service but for the price, it is terrible paper and terrible print. Their foil does not look like the sample they send. You can find way cheaper for this awful quality
I've used Minted x 7 years for my Xmas cards & always been happy. I just received my cards after ordering 9 days ago with "express" shipping. They'd completely omitted multiple lines of text on THE FRONT OF THE CARD! When I called, the CS person said they could replace once I uploaded pictures of their error, to which I replied what am I supposed to do with replacements? They won't get here until AFTER Christmas b/c it takes you guys 9 DAYS to get them here! That does me no good. No, I just want a refund. She said I can offer you a 25% refund. Ummm, excuse you? No I demand a 100% refund because this was completely a screw-up on your end. Then put on hold forever so she could come back and tell me to return the cards which they will throw away for a full refund. WORST SERVICE! Picture below of what I got and what I should've received.
The quality of MINTED cards are fantastic, however the printing department is careless. MINTED sent me someone's addressed enveloped instead of mine. While MINTED quickly sent me the correct envelopes their was no apology for the PII slip. I shredded the enveloped I received but who knows who was sent my envelopes with all of my family and friends addresses. On top of that, I am happy I went through all the envelopes because they sent me a duplicate of one address and didn't send me another address. The quality control is poor. It's a shame because they have a good product. I would not recommend minted.
I placed an order with Minted on December 4th and the photo cards were proofed on December 6th, my order was scheduled to arrive on the 8th or 9th of December but they didn't arrive. I didn't receive the cards until December 19th. Every time I checked the arrival date of my order it kept changing to a later date. The company is in Northern California and I live in Southern California so weather was not an issue. Also, it was a small ordered of fifty cards. When I finally got in touch with someone in customer service, she could not tell me why it took my cards an additional 10 days to arrive. Beautiful cards, terrible shipping.
Sorry to report their delivery time frames are completely unrealistic...missed a first anniversary gift which should have been no problem. Based on their estimates. Will not use them again.
I had a great experience with them in the past and I don't know why its now terrible.
On their website it says "We want you to love your Minted art. Therefore, limited edition and open edition Fine Art Prints and Children's Art Prints can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt." On the purchase page it also says "Free shipping and free returns on all fine art prints" yet when I spoke to a representative, they mentioned it would only be case by case basis. This directly contradicts the information on their website. I'm very disappointed because it seems that they do not want to hold themselves to the "Free refund" promise they promote on their website.
The representative even went so far as to tell me "It is against company policy" to tell me if they would offer a refund if I haven't submitted a purchase yet (again this actively contradicts the information on their website that says "free return shipping"). He also mentioned that there would be a charge (Restocking fee) - mind you, that is NOT mentioned on their FAQ page either. Just seems super suspicious and untrustworthy.
I've had this escalated to a second rep and even though they are just as bad at handling this issue, they simply repeat what the first rep says with no mention of how it contradicts their faq promise.

I ordered my cards on November 30th. I paid for expedited shipping and Minted said I would have them by December 10th. On Dec. 17th they were not here and I checked my order and the website now said December 20th. I called and complained and they promised my order would be overnighted and that a supervisor would call me back, but nothing. Silence. Just received an email saying my card was out of stock and they would be refunding me in 12 days or so. I mean, wow. Took them 21 days to tell me they were not sending my cards. And they Hijacked over $600 for over a month. Do not use this Company, waste of money, effort and time.
I have been a loyal Minted customer for years and really love their products. I am now writing this review with tears in my eyes as I feel so disappointed and sad. I ordered Christmas cards and wrapping paper on 12/8 and paid for rush shipping with expected delivery on 12/17. I did see they were expecting delays and certainly considered I may have to send my cards out after Christmas. I never imagined it would be this bad. I still don't have my cards or wrapping paper on 12/23 after being assured that my package would arrive first by 12/22 at noon, and later at 12/23 at noon. I have no faith at this point that I will get Christmas cards out or have wrapping paper to wrap gifts (unless I go out to the store and buy whatever is left and that no one wanted). I was really hoping for something joyful this year and feel stupid for trusting Minted. Reading these reviews, it looks like I'm not alone. They did refund my shipping cost and offered me a 35% discount, which I do appreciate. I love their products, but this hurt to my heart makes me unlikely to buy from them in the future.
I spent $732 on my Christmas Cards and they are over a week late and still "in process." There is no help from customer service and who knows if I will even get them by Christmas at this point.
Needed to make small edits on our Christmas card message... waited over 40 minutes with online "chat help"... only to be told I'd have to CANCEL the entire card and start over... No Edits allowed. Minted will charge you plenty for every tiny upsell... but has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT that is designed for the actual needs of their customers. NEVER AGAIN!
I've been trying unsuccessfully for weeks to make a purchase using a Minted More membership (you know, the one that you pay $50 for to receive 15% off ANY purchase). Turns out to be a complete fraud. Technical glitches prohibit the discount from being applied. I've notified the company twice that this is happening and they just give you the runaround. COMPLETELY AMATEUR AND A COMPLETE FRAUD.
Well designed site with lots of advertising, it's just too bad you can't order and trust that you'll get what you pay for. Find another site to use.
