Baby invitations

I ordered my daughters baby invitations on 12-16-20 and they were sent out 12-18-20 an I received them 12-20-20! They are excellent and everything we wanted plus the prompt service was great considering slow mail service

I spent a fortune on menus and invitations with this company and wanted to order the matching name cards a week before.

They told me they could not do it, and blew me off when I called. I would expect better treatment after spending a ton of money with them, all because they don't work weekends. I am a business owner and when there is work to be done you work whenever! Never again!

Horrific customer service
December 17, 2022

After receiving a flawed order missing a significant # of cards, we attempted to work with customer service to correct the problem. This was incredibly time consuming and frustrating but we were eventually told that a corrected order would be on its way. We ended up receiving a beat up box with a few blank cards leaving us with just wasted money and time. And no Christmas cards to send out. This company is terrible. Do not use.

Never using Minted again
December 20, 2020

This company is horrible and I will never use them again. I placed an order on 12/6 with an estimated delivery of 12/18. I received an email on 12/19 saying they are having delays and I can cancel my order for a refund. This offer is completely meaningless and useless - it is now too late to try to order from another company. They should have communicated to their customers 2 weeks ago letting them know what was going on and given customers the chance to order from another company at that point. I also spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get in touch with someone from customer service and they never picked up the phone. I've never been so disappointed in how a company handled something. They clearly didn't want to lose their business to their competitors and would rather just ruin Christmas cards for their customers.

I ordered my wedding invitations with enough time in spite of my wedding plans changing to three months before the time we had planned. We counted on the professionalism of Minted to deliver in time and the invitations did arrive on the day they were supposed to... However, the envelopes were lined with the wrong color (rose gold instead of silver) and it really did not match our wedding invites at all. I spoke to someone from their customer support who said they would be able to mail out new envelopes that would arrive in 3 days. Now it's 7 days, one week after making me miss my deadline for mailing out my wedding invitations. Considering the price you pay, you expect a level of professionalism and attention. Minted is just unreliable and not worth the price.

Dishonest, Late and messed up my order
December 6, 2022

Bait and switch. I paid for rush shipping. Estimated delivery date was December 2 prior to payment as soon as I paid the delivery date changed to December 6 which was double the time indicated two minutes prior when I was filling in payment details.
Then, on the day my order was supposed to be arriving. They contacted me and informed me that my calendars had not processed and that the estimated arrival is now quadruple the time it was supposed to initially have been.
Still waiting.
At least they refunded my rush shipping. The very very very least they could have done but now my calendars won't arrive to their final destination before Christmas or even before the new year.
It's too bad, because I love their artist business model. This is my last purchase. I am done with minted.

Minted sent cards poorly cropped, so that copy was cut off on the right, and while they agreed to replace them initially, we never received reprints. This is an inept company and I wouldn't recommend using them.

Unfulfilled and late

I do understand that businesses are facing unprecedented experiences through COVID-- however when I placed the order in late November, there was no indication at all of any delays. My order of 120 holiday cards was to be delivered on 12/6. I keep checking back and continue to get different (later) dates for them to arrive. They now will not be shipped out for the holidays. There has been no apology, no updates, just when I check online do I see that the order is delayed. I have called and waited for a half hour to speak to someone with no success. Again, understand everyone is dealing with things, but this is their entire business. They need to better communicate and be up front about these things.

Ordered holiday cards and was very selective in companies depending on delivery date, minted showed the earliest- well they clearly were deceiving and just trying to get customers. My order date has now been pushed 3 times! Won't make it in time to ship to my friends and family- have contacted support back and forth for days- which they gave templated responses and finally refunded bc my cards probably will never get here. Stop deciding customers if u don't know when cards will arrive u should not display inaccurate days, I'm sure u have that in ur records and know what u can and can't print on time.

Minted is a company that we've ordered various lifetime milestone cards from. They really must be under new management as we believe we have been scammed by them as they have done to others. This is unlike them. Originally my order, which we paid for expedited shipping on, was scheduled for 12/17 delivery. Then it got moved to 12/18. Then it got moved to 12/21. Today is 12/21 and they still haven't arrived 4 days before Christmas. It's no wonder that most of the cards we have received this year are from Shutterfly. I never thought we would be scammed by them after spending thousands over the years. The last few business days they have left us on hold for hours with no answer.

We ordered holiday cards on December 10th. The cards have shown "production in progress" for over 11 days now. The delivery date keeps getting pushed back.

We took a chance on Minted this year, despite the fact that their products are more expensive. They have failed our expectations. Definitely do not plan on using them again.

Worst
December 16, 2022

Worst customer service. First time customer. My coupons wouldn't work, but I ordered anyway. Missing an item from my package. Customer service rep told me I'd have it in less than a week. It's been over a week and nothing. Contact them today and they say I just need to continue waiting. No apologies, not offered anything for the inconvenience. Just waiting. Will never order from here again.

I've have been bombarded by emails and texts and ads touting 20% 20% 20% OFF. After three different codes shared in each form NOT usable I did a deep dive to find out why. First I've emailed twice to no response. I then painfully navigated the fine print. Quite the little hide and seek game there! Imagine my surprise when I came to realize that a very very limited amount of items qualify. So I did not complete my order. Low and behold I receive yet another email from you. This one with a picture of the item in my cart with the words Get Your 20% of items in your cart now! No Bueno. And I'm just sick and tired and fed up enough with all these bull$#*! scams that I'm also going to share this with every single solitary review site I can. Shame on all of you! Morals and Ethics are becoming a thing of the past.

Disappointed

After looking at all these reviews it looks like we all are having the same issue with this Minted. I also placed an order on 12/6 and paid for expedited shipping was suppose to be delivered on the 12/16. I get an email on the 15th saying it's a delay and they will refund my shipping. Still with no estimate of when it will ship! My order was over $100, so I wanted to cancel the order(no longer want these cards-since there is no time frame and I needed them urgently) was told they will refund $13 and some change. Unacceptable! Oh

Warning to anyone who ordered 2019 Christmas cards!

My order was supposed to arrive yesterday. I called today, they told me it would be here tomorrow. I asked for a tracking code and they said that i would get it when the order shipped.

So if you're tracking, they are supposed to be here yesterday/tomorrow, but have not shipped. I called customer service, waited on hold for 20 minutes and several more holds for what is now totaling 1 hour and 10 minutes and all I've got so far is that my cards will not be arriving tomorrow and actually haven't even been printed yet.

Minted was great last year, but this is a total joke. I'm on the phone with an international support center who cannot help at all or tell me when my cards will actually arrive. I will not be using Minted again, it's a total joke.

I wish I would have looked at reviews before using them. I am in the process of getting my wedding invitations and it has been horrible. Multiple hour long phone calls. A simple color switch and they can't get the order correct. Just received my order and it's completely wrong. Now more phone calls with multiple people and I just about have had it.

Missing envelopes
December 13, 2020

Ordered holiday cards from Minted. Spent $95.00. The order arrived without half the envelopes. Contacted Minted through their email system. Explained the problem and asked if the remaining envelopes could be expedited. I can't send my cards without the envelopes! That was four days ago, and they have yet to respond. I called their customer service line three days ago and was on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to a human. After that, I bought envelopes through a different vendor so I can send the cards.

Never again, Minted.

Horrible Experience
December 12, 2017

I tried Minted this year for my holiday cards and I could not be more disappointed. I'm typing this review after being on hold for an hour and twenty minutes. I tried to reach them online, but no one answered my email yesterday regarding the status of my order. I ordered my cards on 11/22, they arrived and were nothing like they looked on line. The color was rose not red, the "gold glitter" was iridescent green red and gold and the foil stamping protruded on the back. After several back and forth emails taking several days, they finally had them reprinted. My order status says still in production and I'll receive them on 12/8. No cards, no update, NOTHING... and I can't get in touch with anyone to give me an update on my order.

Horrible Service!

I placed my order on 12/10 and paid extra for rush shipping. It's now 12/18 and the estimated delivery date on my cards keeps getting pushed back. It now says estimated delivery is Dec 24th! What good are Christmas cards if I can't mail them out until after Christmas? I'm beyond angry. If it's going to take Minted 2 weeks + to print and ship out Christmas cards, then they need to make that known up front instead of AFTER you've placed a $200+ order. I will never order from them again.

This outfit is just dishonest and crooked. My order never came, in spite of extra payments for expedited delivery for the 15th of Dec. 2022. They do not answer their phone. Once they did after 30 minutes on phone and the agent promised a supervisor will call me with an hour. She/he never did. My cards never came. Eventually, another party's cards arrived! So I have to send plain cards to my family and friends. Please DO NOT USE this outfit. They are crooked and dishonest. Please do not make my mistake. I used to use Shutterfly but was bombarded by this crooked outfit about discounts. Your cards will not arrive. See the horrible YELP reviews for these crooks.
