They printed their logo on every envelope of our wedding invitations despite not showing it on the proof. Who wants that? I'm not buying your product so I can advertise your company to my family and friends. It's an under-handed, deceptive tactic that I absolutely don't agree with. I'm heartbroken, stay away!

I have been a loyal minted customer for several years. The quality is excellent. However, I just placed an order
For 75 Christmas cards and paid over 100 dollars, only to receive postcards that have no addresses on them. I cannot get a hold of anybody. If they don't remedy this and offer a refund or replacement, I will be done for good. Avoid and find a better alternative.

Placed order couple weeks ago and it just keeps getting pushed. Now they won't arrive in time for Christmas. It's so frustrating that they continue to do this year after year. Do not fall for the beautiful images online. Please beware.

I specifically chose the option to "check out and send later", and somehow all of my invitations were sent out automatically with no additional notice or confirmation before this was done. I contacted customer service multiple times through phone and email and got the standard "we're sorry" responses and a rep who told me that I should make sure I proofread my invitation just in case and that there would probably be no other issues with this product. Not helpful at all.

Received order and genuine apology

After numerous failed email inquiries, several falsely promised delivery dates, and failed attempts to reach customer service by phone, I finally received my order with a followup apology and unsolicited refund. I can't ask for more than that. But a 6-week order process, and the lack of reliability on the part of Minted, make it unlikely I will patronize this business in the future.

Ordered 2 Fillmore Duffles on Oct. 27th to get ahead of the Christmas rush. It is Dec. 4th and I still have not received the bags. I have heard from 5 different customer service reps apologizing and giving me another date certain that I will have my order. Still nothing. Now they won't even answer my emails, and I've given up trying to reach them by phone. Even if I listen to classical music for upwards of 30 minutes on hold, I am eventually disconnected. I just want my money back and to tell them to forget it. Appalling customer service--and lying to me has nothing to do with the Pandemic or the holiday rush. Pathetic. First and now last order from Minted!

My daughter ordered wedding invitations, promised delivery date of 11/17. It is now 12/13 and we have received nothing, despite repeated attempts to contact customer service via telephone calls (more than 10) and emails (more than 15). I also ordered Christmas cards and did not receive complete order - I telephoned and emailed to no avail. So disappointing. I want to spread the word so no one else needs to go through this.

I am now trying to cancel my holiday card order of $260, because it's been 12 days waiting for the cards and there is no end in sight. This has been unbelievably stressful. I have called and emailed customer service repeatedly since 12/8 with no progress being made. I just placed a $250 order with Vistaprint for the same cards, delivery 12-17 or earlier. I'm now trying to get my money back from Minted. Terrible.

My order did not arrive by their estimated date. If you call them, they will lie about production and delivery timing. Do not use minted. Worst company ever!
I placed an order 2.5 weeks in advance and was told a timing of delivery multiple times, and every single time the date was pushed back. Forget sending "Merry Christmas" cards prior to Christmas - what a waste of time and money.

Minted- Don't use them!

I have ordered cards from Minted every year for the past 4 years. If you want your holiday cards in time don't use them. I ordered my cards at the end of November with rush delivery. They still haven't arrived. I have called customer service which can take up to an hour each time. They just keep pushing out the date. I was told by the Priority Service Team that my cards would be here today. I just checked and yet again they have pushed out the date. I wish I had know this earlier so I could have went with another company. So upsetting.

Inadequate, unreliable, incompetent customer service.
Every service call takes 30-45 minutes to speak with someone who cannot help, cannot find your file, has no answers, or simply lies about the services they are going to provide
Great artist work displayed on site. A night mare company to work with... very poor service.

Wow. What happened?

I have used Minted since they began. Back when they cared, were organized, and did their job. It has progressively worsened over the last couple years. My pre addresses envelopes were incomplete, missing the last names on about 1/3-1/2 of them and so I had to write them in. Then, I was finally finishing the task and I was short about 1/3 of my cards. Back in the old days, problems such as these were quickly and easily resolved. Now, I don't know what happens but there is zero follow through or follow up. It's honestly the weirdest thing. It's like they don't care? It's like they can't read? Or hear? And it's a shame bc they had a really good thing going. Wait times for a phone call are 30+ minutes. And then they don't do anything to resolve the problem. I am stuck. I have no idea if I will ever get my cards that are missing.

I placed an order for holiday cards with a rush charge for early delivery by Dec 14. I still have not received the cards *Dec 18) and have been unable to reach customer service. Long wait times by phone. (I gave up at 20 minutes.) And the "contact us" button on the website simply doesn't function. Very disappointing, not to mention expensive waste of time.

Could have been resolved with good customer service
December 17, 2022

Designed and ordered my family's Christmas photo cards. Then received a discount code (AFTER ordering). Cancelled order then reordered to add 20% discount code. Design was saved and reused, BUT cards arrived with the default template family name instead of my personalized family name (everything else saved correctly). Tried to resolve with customer service chat. (Are these bots or real people? So frustrating!). Was told I could reorder with rush shipping. When asked if I would have to pay for the new order and rush shipping, I was told my concern would be "escalated to a supervisor" who never contacted me - the chat suddenly ended. Created new customer service chat to ask for a refund, but couldn't get in touch with a real person. I'm out $300 and have no Christmas cards to send out this year. For extra measure, the package arrived so damaged that the box was almost cut in half! Wasted a ton of time and money that I don't have! Will never use minted again.

Deeply Frustrating
June 4, 2020

Like other reviewers, I am frustrated by Minted's handling of this data breech. I was sent an email notifying me that my name, phone number, password, and home address had been leaked from their system.

There is no easy way to delete your account.

I have now spent a week and a half trying to delete my account by submitting a service ticket, chatting with someone on their online portal, and speaking to someone on the phone. All three outlets told me that their customer security department would be handling it but that I could not speak to anyone in that department to have my account deleted immediately or even for a status update.

All of this has led me to feel that Minted does not care for either the security of their customers or for their overall level of customer service.

I'm only glad that I merely ordered a sample from them and never gave them any of my money.

Horrible company

I am an artist selling work in Minted. I never received my payment from Minted transferred by Minted assigned finance service Payoneer. I have exchanged so many emails from Payoneer and still not getting paid. This company is a spam.

I have never been so disappointed in a company. Absolutely horrific customer service. I ordered from Canada and on the invoice they mistakenly put that I had ordered about triple of what I had actually ordered. This resulted in massive customs fees. I normally pay around $25, this time it was about $135. I reached out to customer service and then began a back and forth of emails which has resulted in nothing. No resolution. There are so many great card companies out there, don't waste your time or money with this company.

I ordered our holiday cards here because I think this site has lovely designs. However, once we received the cards, the main photo was printed very light and washed out and the font was muddy and difficult to read. I contacted customer service via chat since the phone service hours are limited. My chat was unbelievably slow -- each response took several minutes (some up to seven minutes) and after 45 minutes, they asked me to email a photo of the card - which I did. From there, it took two days to receive a response and each communication after that took a couple days for a response -- every time with a different agent. I asked for a credit to my account since I wanted to revise the design to ensure that it would be clearer/easier to read, but they went ahead and just reprinted the same card - despite me asking them not to. It's been a week since I originally contacted customer service and I still don't have a resolution -- nor a holiday card. Never again.

Terrible Customer Service

They did not fulfill my order, as promised, and I consequently was not able to send out our holiday card before Christmas. No one returned my emails and I could not get a hold of anyone by phone. Will never order anything through them again.

I ordered rush service for Christmas cards on 12/11. Ordered was promised for 12/17. Upon checking on the order through my account on the website, it showed the order still in process on 12/17. A phone call to Customer Service had them tell me it had been shipped but they were unable to provide a Tracking Number, claiming FedEx had been very unreliable. I came to learn that Minted does not print the cards. The service is contracted out to multiple suppliers therefore they have no information on site or readily accessible as to the status of an order. They will promise the moon but no way to assure delivery.

Don't do it

Bad service from the start online. They charged me twice, then cancelled both charges and my whole order. I received a phone call, then a follow up call from a different person and had to explain all over again. They offered me a 30% code so I reluctantly ordered 11/26 -I didn't receive the cards until 12/17, poor print quality and they didn't put my return address on the envelopes. Super disappointed in the whole process. AND as I waited I did receive an email on the day I was supposed to receive my order saying it was delayed - no other info just delayed, and this whole time I'm constantly receiving emails advertising more stuff to order. I saw their cards in Target for $6 each, so it made them seem legit. This company either expanded too fast and can't handle it or their just a sham. I'll never order from the again.
