This is a revolting corporate who abuses people privacy and force them to do so. I am very much cautious with my privacy and am very much selective with social media, applications and websites that I use.
Any time that I had issues with my privacy compromised and I was forced without a choice it was somehow related to Microsoft Corporate.
Recently I have this message from a mobile application " One Drive" forcing me to transfer all my data to One Drive! Of course I would never do that. However, the message constantly is on the screen.
I am not able to uninstall this dodgy application or stop this message. I have looked in internet and there are thousands of people with the same issue.
You simply cannot get rid of it. Microsof corporate has designed this application as a parasite on android phones as well as other systems. Then the only way out of this disgusting parasite is to login with your mobile phone google account in Microsoft website and request them to uninstall while waiting for ever!
You know why they force you to do so? Because the want to abuse your google account, which is pretty terrible!
I can't believe such a big company need these kind of scams to survive?!
As you can see in the attached picture, there is no way you would be able to uninstall this disgusting application!

I wish I could rate lower than a 1/5. I ordered a Surface Pro 7+ bundle back in March 2022 with the type cover keyboard being shipped in mid-May 2022. While FedEx lost the type cover package, I have contacted Microsoft customer support five separate times to handle the issue. They kept blaming FedEx, however, they did not offer a solution to resolve my problem. I did everything that they told me including filing a claim with FedEx on June 2 which FedEx sent to Microsoft to approve and no response so the file was closed 3 weeks later. I had to reopen the file with FedEx and try calling back Microsoft to approve it. I have asked Microsoft several times if they could resend the type cover and they said that they could not each time. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said someone would call me back within 10 minutes and then another 3 weeks went by with no phone call. Then they told me they would give me a reference number for a credit towards the type cover which is not in stock and they do not know when it will be back in stock. They said that I need to keep checking back and call when it is available to reorder. I asked them if they could just send one to me once it is back in stock, however, they said that they would not do that. I have wasted so much time and it has been over two months since the package was lost and dealing with Microsoft. They are not helpful and this is a very upsetting experience. I am going to return my surface and go buy an Apple instead. I have always been an Android person, but at this point, I want to get rid of all Microsoft products.

After being locked out of the email account I have had for 10 years I was asked to fill out a formula information didn't seem to match up
I was asked to confirm a code via my back up email on my yahoo account no code was sent
I contacted online support for assistance explaining my plight and they suggested I fill out the form
I explained this had been done and they suggested sending a code to my back up email
I told them tho code was not coming through
He said I must be accessing the wrong yahoo email, I only have one yahoo and there was a confirmation email for linking this
He told my the email must have been written wrong so I copy and pasted the email where the emails matched up
He suggested I was wrong and to fill out the form again
When I told him I had done this twice and it would not allow a third attempt he merely replied "ok, well, have a nice life" then disconnected the chat

I just got off of work at 12am come to play the game and I got a random message saying I need to recover my account I filled out paperwork wrong two times and then right two times now my account is locked I can't log in to change the phone number Even though I changed the number in January.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing technical support issue and the lack of resolution I have encountered during the migration process. Despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have yet to receive a callback from your technical support team, even after almost a week has passed.

The prolonged delay in resolving this matter is significantly impacting my business operations. I have invested countless hours each day calling customer support in the hopes of reaching someone who can provide the necessary assistance and escalate my ticket to the appropriate technical team. Regrettably, this entire experience has surpassed any reasonable expectation of acceptable customer service. I must emphasize my extreme disappointment with the current level of support I am receiving from Microsoft.

I must admit that if it weren't for my positive experiences with your product in the past, I would seriously consider canceling my subscription and seeking an alternative service. The gravity of this situation has brought me to the brink of making such a decision.

I sincerely hope that Microsoft takes this feedback seriously and works to address the issues I have encountered. I remain hopeful that a swift resolution can be reached, restoring my faith in your company and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Horrible finance company

They constantly loose your payments. After I paid off my loan, they refused to issue a letter releasing the lien on the title of my house. I will probably have to sue. Stay away from Microf!

Microsoft's Edge has never appealed to me and I've never used any of its features. Their system is not desired by me because its not as people friendly as the google formats.
I hate forceful sales tactics because I usually, at 75 years old, know what I want to buy.
Currently, I can not access my PC because MS refuses my user ID/PASSWORD that I've had for years. This feels as if I'm under a dictorship.
At my age, A.I. MAKES MY HEAD H U R T!...My desire is to find a means to get MS completely out of my PC sytem.
It is totally disgusting that humans seldom can be spokento in this country that is venturing away from American values as have been the founndation of what used to be America The Beautiful.
My stomach turns...

When your a monopoly you get to do whatever you want. And yes I say that because I'm an Aco$#*!ant and strapped to Bill no matter what, he owns all the software that I am forced to use! So of course you (Microsoft) would yet again take away one of my rights. I can't even tell my computer to "STAY AWAKE" I was at a clients when all of a sudden my remote to my computer just went dead. Returned to my office to see the computer was no longer on! Yeah! Now back to the client's.Hey MICROSOFT - STOP MICRO MANAGING ME!

Microsoft is extremely non user friendly. Every thing I am currently trying to do is failing to work. Im trying to sign into my Microsoft account on my phone and it requires a "phone number, email, or skype". When i put the@ symbol in it immediately flags it saying i need to enter a valid phone number. DOG IM TRYING TO USE A EMAIL NOT MY PHONE NUMBER, I DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON MY ACCOUNT JUST LET MY SIGN IN AND FIX MY SHID

So apparently, buying the computer means that Microsoft and keep control of somethings. I spent the last hour trying to change the owner ship from Microsoft to myself. I mean I did buy the damn thing. My issue is I have no control over my Lock Screen, I personally don't like looking at the photos Microsoft provides, and I wanted to change it. So I look it up and follow the directions up until it asks me to click on "personalize Lock Screen" because that's not I'm my control for some reason. So I look up how to gain control. And I follow the steps till it tells me to go to "registry editor" because its like they deleted every way I had to try and get control of this stupid thing. Trust me I tried 3 ways, and every one of them had a dead end. I think it's very unreasonable to charge me 700-1000 bucks on a computer that doesn't give me all the features I'm paying for and now, every time I open my computer I have some random photos. Please change this because it is very annoying to deal with. I shouldn't have many unfixable issues with my computer.

Thanks Microsoft for updating to thw newest cersion of Windows.
I baught a Windows 7 for a reason, I don't like the other versions of Windows. Thanks for taking away a littke peice of freedom from me.
