I have been collecting the DC Graphic Novel collection
It's a great collection and I am satisfied with the content....
Once I had started collecting and the payments were due every 28 days they started taking extra payments when calling to discuss this I was told they had decided to throw in "extras"
I accepted these extras as they were pretty cool but said that I would have liked to have had some warning..
After this conversation the payments started to fail I called up and made a payment and was to there would be another 2 payments that month to bring me inline with the subscription
This turned out to be 3 payments and two of these failed
A further 3 payments failed so we contacted the bank who said they had never been requested
Changed cards and the issue has persisted
When calling to update this i was told my 60 graphic novels had now become 100
They are cool so I have accepted this but wish the payment system would work
I have been with sky for around 5 years.
I use the website a lot for various different things
I like the remote record and the support they give
After being locked out of the email account I have had for 10 years I was asked to fill out a formula information didn't seem to match up
I was asked to confirm a code via my back up email on my yahoo account no code was sent
I contacted online support for assistance explaining my plight and they suggested I fill out the form
I explained this had been done and they suggested sending a code to my back up email
I told them tho code was not coming through
He said I must be accessing the wrong yahoo email, I only have one yahoo and there was a confirmation email for linking this
He told my the email must have been written wrong so I copy and pasted the email where the emails matched up
He suggested I was wrong and to fill out the form again
When I told him I had done this twice and it would not allow a third attempt he merely replied "ok, well, have a nice life" then disconnected the chat

I bought one online from here for Christmas for my fiancé it arrived ahead of time.
The downside is that it came covered in forbidden planet tape... This threatened to spoil my surprise gift... Luckily enough I had it delivered to my parents address.. Now I can't help but want some of the tape it's awesome
Since then I have ordered a few more pieces..
I ordered some more pieces of merch at the end of January...
These were sadly not in stock but I have just had a confirmation and awaiting delivery

Bought my fiancée Togapi plush on 30 November for Christmas
The money was debited from my account faster than anakins pod racer
From this point we were on radio silence, I assumed they were keeping this all a secret in case she found out what the gift was... Although I do appreciate the support there I still kind of wanted a confirmation email
A week until Christmas I decided to email in and break radio silence... I had no reply... I put this down to a time difference... though could not work out whereabouts was a fortnight behind GMT.
When I received the email they told me they had emailed me already but would look into this.
I then received an email, really rapidly 2 days later advising me, in a very broken dialect of English, that they had delivered this to my junk folder as they could confirm this from their reports...
Pretty amazed their level of support includes accessing my personal emails?? But am impressed as it seems they trusted little children to type up the email...
At this point I started to smell the bull faeces...
After this they claimed my email address was written down wrong, rather embarrassingly that my autofill decided to mis-spell on this one site... Given that there have been no autofill mistakes on any other site... Maybe my computer was having an off day?
It was around the second of January that I had recieved the confirmation email (not forwarded on, but brand new) my gift would be here a little late but we were only a week or so away...
I carried on emailing and it was 22nd of January that I had another reply telling me that my package arrived on 30th December and..
Wait for it....
There was a problem with customs!! But it was released and would be there within days
I had emailed a few times asking for tracking information but was ignored
Lucky for me this would be there in time to repackage as her birthday present on Feb 5th
Yep, spoke too soon... Still a no show so I email again, Maybe it was good for Valentine's Day?
I recieved an email saying it had been shipped by air and had arrived weeks ago
Funny really as I am still here waiting
Finally they emailed to tell me they had shipped it to a different address that I had apparently put down
Again this is looking like my computer was having a really bad day as it messed up a few times with the AUTOFILL given that it has been used hundred of times with no issues...
The only thing that seemed to be right was the house number and postcode...
I have just recieved an email telling me that as its an error on my part they will not accept any responsibility and will close the case
Before ordering from here please remember...
If you email it will be replied to within two months
Don't expect to receive your goods
Don't expect good service
Assuming that if you want to work her...
If you have the very basic knowledge of the English written word then you are over qualified to work here
Customer service is optional
Although this is a sale and service role there will barely be any of this
