Ordered and paid for items that were not delivered. The first thing that customer service blamed it on was Covid 19. Then they said it was a mysterious "order hold". Soulless company. Buy elsewhere and maybe you will get what you pay for. Stay away from Amazon.

Got a flyer offering earrings for $99 with an attached discount coupon for $50 off. They refused to honor it. Corporate ask me to private message them, then ignored me. Dishonest company. Buy somewhere else.

Quality Inn Bensalem PA was filthy and had bugs. Manager was "not in". Customer service offered points but you can't use them. Put on hold for over an hour. Stay away from Choice Hotels. Too many competitors.

Poor customer service, cause you to miss connecting flights. Changes and "possible" refunds take 6 weeks. They tried to switch me to a cheaper flight for the same amount then wouldn't compensate me. Then refused to put me back on my original flight causing me to miss a connecting flight back to the states. Lousy company. Book with someone else who is reputable.

They constantly loose your payments. After I paid off my loan, they refused to issue a letter releasing the lien on the title of my house. I will probably have to sue. Stay away from Microf!

Tried to buy a bike from this company and had to order it. They sai it would take 4 weeks. Then They sent me a discount coupon for 1/3 off. Strung me out for weeks saying they were making things right. On the day that I got my first bill for the financing, they told me that they couldn't honor the discount. Double talk, film flam. Stay away from Ventum bikes
