Yes, ritual, because god $#*!ing knows how to enter this $#*!site/your account. When you think you've entered the site, oh no, enter the password again because why not, and now they've added Microsoft Hello that should've been named Microsoft $#*! You, because now I can't enter my account in Microsoft Store because of some dumb $#*! pin code that I didn't even create in the first place!

I got a $399 bill from Microsoft for something I didn't order so when I called the number that it said to call these Indies people said that they would walk me through the processing of apply for the refund what I didn't realize is that when I did this they took control of my computer right in front of my eyes I couldn't stop it because they locked me out they opened up my bank account and drained all of it and I'm like telling the guy I did not give you permission to do that get off my computer now and he's laughing and yelling at me that it was barely worth his while to steal the money that I had and as I was trying to shut down the computer and get them off they have I had no control all of this was through Microsoft please beware that these people are frauds they will steal your money right out from under you also lesson learned don't keep your password saved on your computers I'm at 57-year-old woman that now lost everything I don't know what I'm going to do

Once again screw yourself Microsoft or I will pump bullets in each and every one of your executives heads. You ignorant slow mentally handicapped buttholes can't even test an update THAT NOBODY WANTS! Window 11 broke my computer and now with rusty pipes and bullets I'm going to break every bone in your miserable distracted bodies!

You cannot call Microsoft and speak with anyone. They are totally on-line so if your computer does not work, you must use your phone. Microsoft has horrible customer service.

I tried getting back on my Xbox 360 to play some of my older games to see I have to log into my account which Microsoft has made impossible because the servers aren't even working, I used to own an Xbox one but I decided I wanted to try PlayStation and I must say Microsoft is over complicated and always seems to never work and I do truly hope that Microsoft fails as a company who became successful for paying for bad online services for the original Xbox... if I could rate lower then 1 Star I would

My new tablet has epic failures where is makes some strange noise and flashes a message on the screen that it needs to restart! The last time it happened the screen went black and showed the Windows logo and nothing that I did would turn it back on. When I went to seek tech help it said to hold the power button for a full 20 seconds to power it up, I did and everything went dark. Thankfully it came on again when touching the power on. My brand new keyboard has issues with the N key making it impossible to type without misspelling most words. Customer Service is the worst of any company I've ever done business! So much time spent on the phone and exchanging emails on Thanksgiving and had me in tears. I just now tried to take a snipet (screen shot) to add to this review and I can't because Windows 11 has some ridiculous feature that expands tabs that are open to appear as a small screen opened on top of the one you're viewing! Who designs this stuff! I'm so angry right now I would love to throw their products in the garbage but they're brand new!

My husband has been dead for 1.5 years and I still can't get Microsoft to stop billing me for Microsoft 365. I donated his computer to charity so it was wiped clean. They tell me I need to access his private email address, find a code they sent to it, and then use that code to cancel the subscription. Since I can't access that email account, but they can detect that he no longer uses his computer plus I sent Microsoft a death certificate, why won't they cancel the annual renewal? I have spent hours and hours trying to get them to stop the subscription. I gave up on trying to get reimbursed, I just don't want to get charged yet again. I will not cancel the credit card, why should I have to do that? So, my advise is to not sign u for automatic renewal billing, turning it off is a pain and Microsoft is not a decent company. I also had to stop automatic payments from McAfee and a couple other companies, it was easy and they even refunded the last automatic payment they received. Tells you a lot about the corporate culture of Microsoft!

The latest iteration of Microsoft's online Office 365 puts Microsoft firmly in the front seat in terms of office productivity. As a Cofounder and Director of a couple of RTOs it is terrific to see Microsoft investing in education through its educational pricing program.

Whilst I wouldn't class myself a Microsoft fan, I am definitely impressed with their Office365 suite.

I've recently been locked out of my emails. I never change the password. I never even logged out of the emails but yet I've been locked out of my emails. That's fine I go to reset my password won't let me it's requiring a phone number that I no longer have access to. Apparently without this phone number I simply am out of luck. No one can help me and want me to simply get a new email with them. As if I would ever get anything Microsoft ever again that is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. What about a personal verification question or some other form of being able to say yes this is me, nope won't work. Has to be the phone number. Also, don't try and get a hold of an actual human being that would be too easy. Call the support line they say it'll help they say false it's simply puts me on repeat to go back to the same website that has been completely unhelpful. What a joke of a company. If you can't even help the people who use your product, what good are you. If I could give zero stars I 100% would give zero to this company as a whole.

TWICE my computer shut down with no warning. The first time they made me mail in my laptop and I lost EVERYTHING. The second time I took it in they said they could have replaced the laptop and kept the hard drive and did not need to do that. SO UNHAPPY with the laptop AND service. DO NOT PURCHASE!

A virus got thru windows defender and corrupted my brand new Asus laptop computer. Like a fool I contacted Microsoft and they suggested I by the HELP they have for $199.00 so I did and after 3 months of trying they finally gave up and suggested that I do a factory reset! WELL HELL, I could have done that without purchasing there so called "HELP" so I would like to know what Microsoft is going to do about this because my laptop is still down and my wallet is empty!
