Horrible note book
September 13, 2019

I bought the note book because it was 2 in one. When you try to put the key board on it, it shows up in the middle of the screen,. I'm vision impaired, when I tried to make things bigger I lostother things, could not delete cache as you can't see it, used a game on the store which has about nothing, an could not delete it. I had it a few days went to take it back an could not they only give you a few days which I didn't know till to late. I'm onsocial sec, took me a long time to save, I feel so bad as it's about useless to me, a big co, that makes crap.

I purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro laptop just over 2years ago, don't use it every day, paid $2k for it, it stopped working and Microsoft don't want to no about it! I would expect a bit more than 2 years!

Ripped off
May 6, 2021

Microsoft has been charging my pay pal for 2 years for some boy that lives in New Jersey and I live in Florida. I do not have an xbox I would never buy an xbox and I even have the kids ip address email address in physical address in New Jersey. I was told by Microsoft 3 times that I would be refunded the day the product was ordered on my account by a hacker. I never got this game I never got a refund and Microsoft has told me that no matter what I do they can just charge my account anytime they want And that's my problem.

Yes it only took 5mn to get « Open office ». Today NO more spell check available? I spent on the phone (EXTREMELY HARD TO GET TO!) One day 3h +. Problem NOT resolved. Next day 1:30h waiting to get a human to tell me. To make a long story short (!). Bill Gates is an $#*! hole! Don't buy Microsoft! He has NO respect to humanity!

Today I logged onto my account and noticed the add-ons from my games were no longer ger there. It was telling me I never bought them. I called Microsoft and microsoft told me all my add-ons had been transfered to someone else's account. Microsoft said it was a glitch and microsoft can't do anything about it. I mention that Microsoft "glitch" is legally called theft. They transfered me to a supervisor and the only thing the supervisor said was Fck Off, and then proceeded to hang up. If this is where Microsoft xbox live has gone too, It's time to BOYCOTT MICROSOFT! Mr. Elon Musk, we are waiting for your OS to come out. The people are done with Microsoft.

Microsoft wants to take control and know every users. It swapped somehow the local account users (which I knee the credentials) which the microsoft account user ( with the password in the computer (strong-automatic password and impossible to remember) locking me out and force me to reset to factory. I lost all my work. This is the last time I get a windwos system or anything remotely related to microsoft... It is a horrible system. Buy mac instead or move to linux only...

Account fraud
August 10, 2020

Today August 10th 2020 at 4:20 pm I am writing this. For the past couple hours I have been on the phone trying to figure out a bank statement with Microsoft. I had a online subscription to Xbox Live Gold that was charged to my account when there was no authorization of 48.72 I tried to resolve the issue by contacting customer service and I ain't got nothing but rude customer service if there is any way that I can get somebody higher than customer service that can take care of my issue I would greatly appreciate it for now I will just have to deal with it until I got somebody to contact me back whenever that is before this crisis happening in the world that we fear of now things have changed and I don't understand why it's so hard to get ahold of a human being over the phone

Microsoft outlook
September 1, 2021

Would not reccomend. Got locked out of my account due to a compromised password and since i dont have access to my old phone number i cant reset my password. When i filled out the form to prove it was me there wasn't enough information apparently since ive never used any other passwords they couldnt verify its me. When i talked to a customer service agent and supervisor the agent was helpful and kind but the supervisor was angry and short with me not understanding at all that i cannot verify my banking information wkthout access to this email. In short she told me i had to start over and make a new account. Not helpful and very rude. I will be deleting all accounts associated with microsoft outlook and switching over to gmail.

I missed my virtual job interview with the Department of Social Services because Microsoft's TEAMS doesn't load at all. It's a blank screen and was like that for over thirty minutes. TEAMS doesn't work either on Microsoft's Edge browser and Google Chrome, making it completely useless. I just lost a potential job because of Microsoft's inability to fix the glitches in its system.

What did they do to their windows, I heard it was bad but now that i deal with it, I have already returned computers because of the sensitive right side bar that always is coming up when I am on another program and trying to work. If you call the customer service number they are a bunch of unintelligent $#*!s, they messed up my irder told me to all back and cancel they when I did they shipped it out anyways and then they told me that they shipped it n monday when I didnt even order it unitl tuesday. Never again will I order form them!

My account is locked, my password is not correct nor my pin but you send them the information and they cannot verify it's you, I renewed my Office 365 they took my money sent me a copy of the purchase costed $75.75 and then they want to auto bill come 3/8/2023 there $#*!en crazy but I'm unable to log into my account what the F___ I gave you a backup email and my new number so Please fix this problem so I can move forward I have work to do..

I am so sick of software companies whose software SUCKS THIS BADLY!
Microsoft word is a piece of $#*! and I wish there were other better alternatives for this crap.
I am sick of companies that think they're so special that everyone has to use their product even if it is the worst, crappiest, software that exists. Microsoft sucks and I hate them. Never before have I worked with something so unsupportive and downright unreliable.

After years of being filthy rich billionaires, microsoft still can't make their software work. After staying up all night HOURS working my COLLEGE ESSAY that's due in THREE DAYS. I SAVED IT ONCE EVERY FIVE MINUTES WHILE I WAS TYPING IT. IT"S JUST GONE. NOT IN THE RECYCLING BIN. GONE. I SPENT HOURS ON THIS AND SAVED IT AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND IT's GONE! I will never use another product from this company, I will NEVER trust you with my work again!

Microsoft is constantly trying to gather info, almost slimy in the process of getting you into their cloud systems. I hear the business news every day and apparently many people are falling for their game. I loved my PC and Microsoft for years. Now I don't trust them at all. NO PRIVACY. I AM SWITCHING TO APPLE ASAP.

I went to my Word and Excel docs and could not open them. I was afraid I had lost all of the files I had put on my new computer with the Microsoft Home and Student (July) software.

Here's what I found after HOURS of work. I couldn't open my Word and Excel files b/c they had been moved without my permission to the cloud. I think this must be a long term plan on the part of Microsoft to garner money from the cloud. I moved the files back to the local drive repeatedly and every time I did, Microsoft MOVED them to the following address: OneDrive/Emailattachments. This involves my privacy and I am beyond furious. Every time I change the default location to which new files should be saved, the software IGNORES me and keeps the OneDrive/Emailattachments address. I am thinking Microsoft's competitor is pledging to care about our PRIVACY.

WINDOWS 10

I just have to offer the following review for Microsoft since I've been disappointed with them since Windows 7. I liked Windows 7 but 8 and 8.1 really sucked! This, of course, made me very wary of Windows 10. I finally decided that they couldn't possibly f___ it up more then 8 or 8.1 so I took the plunge! I upgraded to Windows 10 and I can't tell you how pleased I am with it. I should tell you that they allow you to easily return to the version of Windows you're upgrading from for a limited time if you don't like it. This should put your mind at ease if you're sitting on the fence. I don't like Metro as tiles are much slower navigating then the standard start menu. That, of course, is easily rectified by installing Classic Shell. Making Google your search engine and homepage is a breeze and removing Crapware is just as easy! Microsoft, we're friends again!

They know the amount of updates that end up breaking the entire system. Windows Update KB 4 5 6 5 5 0 3 to now WSL2 still doesn't work properly without the user intervention, uninstall programs that Microsoft forces you to install.
