I was in Michael Kors store located at Clinton Crossing premium outlets, Connecticut
I was shocked to see such a rude behavior from Sales representative when I asked them to remove Pilling from the Long coats. I bought three of them.
Initially they lied about having the Roller, upon request they denied. But when they realized we might not buy them they took out the roller and started removing foams from the coats.
Never expected such a Behaviour from the employees of A HUGE BRAND like MICHAEL KORS.
WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought two purses from Michael Kors, and the edges on the straps and rim of the purse peeled in several place on both of them. I was lied to by a Michael Kors sales rep who said they fixed the problem, so I foolishly bought another one. Then when I was just two months over the warranty, I was lied to by a customer service rep on the phone who told me to send pictures and Michael Kors would do something. They did nothing! They just wasted my time! They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have every experienced and crap products for high prices! Don't buy these purses! I am done with Michael Kors and everyone needs to be warned!
Given the prices I expect a lot from a company. Michael Kors customer service sucks. They don't stand behind their products. I will never purchase from them again.
Imagine placing an order and can't even cancel it! I placed an order on Monday and needed to cancel before it gets shipped, because after I purchased the item i realised there would be a delay and will not reach me in time before i leave the country. On their website, its says "If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at *******@michaelkors.com". I emailed them three times then I got a response from a automated system saying I'd get a reply in 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. I called customer support because that obviously did not make any sense. THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER I WOULD JUST HAVE TO WAIT ON ITEM. I have never experienced a well-known brand being reluctant to cancel an order. If they knew that the purchase volume would be high after a sale ( obviously) and emails would not be addressed until its too late, why not make it easier to cancel an item right there on the site. I am so disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer to Michael Kors for over 6 years now. I decided to purchase a Black Cross-Body this last time around and once I got home I decided it was too small. I had to go out of the country for work but the day I arrived home I took it back to the store to return (I was still within the 30-day time frame). I was given a snotty, condescending attitude by the sales lady and told that the purse was "used," I explained that can't be possible since I was out of town for work and it had been sitting in my closet since. She didn't even pretend to care or listen and simply said: "sorry there is nothing we can do." I was beside myself in shock, what kind of company policy is that?! Especially for a high-end purse store, I had never been treated with such disrespect by any other name-brand stores. I asked if I could exchange the unused bag for a bigger bag and pay the difference and was snubbed completely. I really love MK but this experience left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back... EVER. I am going to make sure to tell all of my friends and family how terrible this experience was.

Bought watch for my daughter, cost £200+. After 9 months strap broke, took watch back to jewellers to be told strap not covered by guarantee. Watch came complete with strap, wanted over £90 to repair. So their business model is to sell watch with guarantee put a rubbish strap on it and charge the earth to repair a rubbish strap. DO NOT EVER BUY A MICHAEL KORS PRODUCT they are basically rebranded tosh
Never buying from Michael Kors again, I bought a small bag for traveling from Michael Kors Crabtree mall Raleigh, NC, but I found what what I am looking for at Tory Burch so I decide to return MK bag, the store manager claimed that there is a stain and food crumbs inside the bag to refuse to return it, he is a liar, raciest, white male, the bag did not leave the shopping bag and no stain or crumbs inside ( Check picture)
Bought a handbag for my daughter, to keep the credit cards, license and cell phone, the truth, when I put the license and 5 credit cards and then I wanted to take it out, it was impossible to do so, those who made this model were wrong in the measurements, a disaster, paying so much money, for this rubbish product, I do not recommend it, it is a scam, another day I better buy one from Walmart
I placed an oder online with MichaelKors, com on 12/13/2020. They listed a tracking number 12/16/2020
It gave an online update I would get my order 12/23/202 and now it shows no date and it has not even left the warehouse. I contacted them 7 times requested a manager to call me 3 time and still no order and today is 1/1/2021... When I called one time I asked for a manager and the man on the phone he need to know why and I let him know that i didnt want to go over my story again and he hung up on me like a telemarketer would when you ask them a question as to why they are calling... They refunded me for my order without my permission and the order still shows in process although one man said once they refunded me that means they canc, my order! WHO TOLD THEM TO DO THAT! I was asking for status because I wanted the order... NEVER again
Terrible, rude, ignorant in the true sense of the word customer service reps. I will literally never buy from this brand again just because of the way they treat the customer.
I purchase two pair of shoes from Micheal Kors online in December I receive
Them in January I wore the shoes for the first time on may 12 2022 for my graduation and the shoed inside of the shoes fall apart and when I call customer service they were rude and not helpful out all what ever happened to good customer service.
I am shocked in the customer service i have received!
In November i brought a pair of the burgundy winter wellies and the badge on the back of one has come off, i took my boots to the shop and was told she cannot help me and i need to speak with customer service.
I then got home and emailed the customer service email address with photos of my boots.
Every email i have received is like an automated one, no one actually reading my email nor answering correctly. I got a email saying at my own cost i can send they into the repairs centre! No i have a faulty product and its down to the company to repair esp when within the warranty. The face i have not even been offered a new badge to be sent out to me is evern worse, no attempt at all in helping the situation.
These boots are now nothing, with one boot with a badge and the other with nothing.
It been over a month of emails and still nothing is being done and i have brought many items from Michael Kors and now with this service i will not continue.

I can wholeheartedly state that I've been fortunate to have had wonderful experiences! I requested 3-day express delivery with my 1st on-line delivery, paying an extra $20. Due to an miscommunication, MK's refunded the $20 back to my account, no questions asked. Recently, I places an on-line purchase for a pair of sandals for my daughters birthday, which unfortunately, I ordered in a size much too large. The customer representative was new & not aware of MK's return timeframe policy & upon speaking w/a manager (Ms. Tiara w/the E-Commerce Department at the Call Center), regarding my situation, notated my account & I was given the green light. On another occasion I purchased approximately $500 from the MK Outlet. One item in particular was a pair of sunglasses, which I specifically asked the MK representative if they were 100% UVA/UVB to which I was informed they were. Upon getting home & reading the informational insert that the sunglasses were not in fact 100% UVA/UVB. I immediately contacted the stores manager & was given a full refund back to my credit card. Lastly, all of my purchases at the above listed places, I would be remiss if I didn't speak of the MK boutique in my area. My shopping excursions have been quite pleasurable. Not only do the sales women and manager remember my name but are always helpful and very product based knowledgeable.
My large tote started falling apart less than a year. The handle was fraying and leather peeling off. I didn't have tge receipt because I didn't think I would ever need it. The store manager would not help even when she saw the tote falling a part. I gave MK another shot spent $200 on a grey quilted purse and $100 on the matching wallet... well 4 months after using it... the bottom corners started looking rough and the plastic material is now showing on the bottom corner. The matching wallet... the leather didn't hold up on the edged either! I kept my receipt and the store manager said MK only has a warranty on hardware not the rest of the product! Seriously thought if I purchased a good name high quality product I wouldn't have a problem or the company would stand behind the product. I understand wear and tear! I would never expect something to hold up for ever. I don't expect a product to fall apart in less than a year especially one so costly. I would never try to get a replacement on something that I wore out and mis used. I understand they have to watch out for those that will do that. I just want to let everyone know their products do not hold up! If I spent a lot less money I would not expect higher quality but when you spend high dollar you expect it to be high end!
I ordered two items from Michael Kors, both on the same day as different transactions. This was intended to be a birthday gift for a friend. I received the first order within a week, but the second order has not moved from its current location. I was expected to receive it on the 10th, it is now the end of the month and there is still no sign of the package.
I've contacted MK customer service through online chat, and I was told that it was delayed due to "COVID19" which isn't true, since I had no issues with other packages, and even receiving the first package from MK. I've emailed customer service so many times, and I just keep receiving a copy and paste response, saying to keep waiting.
I've contacted Canada Post, and Canada Post started an investigation. They emailed me back saying the package never was scanned and for the customer service of MK to contact them.
MK isn't taking any responsibility or any action to resolve this. This has been the worst customer service experience from such a well known and respected brand.

I just want a refund for an item that was never delivered and is clearly lost in the mail.
After trying since July to get the refund as promised I went to my bank and reported this company. I am pleased to say that the bank secured my refund and I got a full refund including the bank fees
Since 20 August when the refund should have been in my bank account I have emailed MKors repeatedly and received no reply. Is this a USA company and do you not have a consumer watch department
I ordered a bag on 20 July. When I realised that the price was in US$ I cancelled it. I was told that the refund would take 25 working days, It is now September 19 and NO refund has been made in spite of repeated emails. The price was US$59.99 which should have been about $75AU however $85.21 was taken from my account. I am absolutely disgusted with this seller.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I bought a bag from them and I didn't receive any confirmation email from them. I tried calling them but there was no number to call. I sent them an email and it's a WHOLE MONTH! Without any reply! The item wasn't delivered, the money was pending from my card for 15 days and then was returned to my account! I thought ok I will give them an excuse because of COVID. I bought the item again and their stupid website did the exact same thing! What kind of business leaves the website malfunctioning for a month while it claims to be a big business and a brand? May be Michael Kors wants some donations because he is struggling with COVID? Will bad luck because he cannot receive donations either as his workers don't reply to the emails. But it's not the poor workers fault. This problem illustrates a huge management problem! Either the owners of the brand don't know how to run business anymore or they are so stingy to pay for more workers to handle small things like answering emails or fixing the website! Or may be both things together! Oh yes and may be some blame is on the workers too! So shocked and disappointed with their service! Me and my girlfriend had a terrible experience! Shame on MK!
I never order anything from them and they charged my card $86.07. Called them and they wont return my money I think there in on this with my card co. Scammers dont buy anything from them
