Horrible Customer Service

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've purchased $65,000 worth of orders from their website alone in 2022, and suddenly I am unable to check out. 3 days in a row I have called and attempted to get it fixed so I can place an order, and every time they are unable to help. Finally they told me that my account is no longer able to place orders online, as it is being flagged as "fraudulent activity". Refusing to give me more information, or allow me to speak to a manager. :) I would like to think that I am one of their best and most loyal customers, and I see now how little that means to the company or any of the managers. Supposedly the manager is on another call at the moment, so I've been on hold for 56+ minutes so far. I'll leave the phone open and see how many hours it will take them to finally answer my call.

I can only imagine if I was a customer that bought $200 per year from them. They would probably have my number blocked so I couldn't even call customer service lol.

Not sure how they can get away with this and still be in business.

Received my purse and the leather strap was missing. Didn't seem to me like this would be such a difficult thing to fix. They had me take pictures of the purse and packaging which I did. Then after I called them back and spoke to several rude supervisors saying just return the bag for your credit we don't have any straps. One supervisor finally gave me a 15% discount, which sounds good, but not enough to replace the missing strap. So I was back to just return the bag! They just didn't get it... I liked the bag, there was nothing wrong with it, the strap was missing. They sell straps! Make it right and replace the missing strap! After several hours On hold listening to the same dumb song, I spoke to "Ria" the manager. She was the most uncaring person I've ever talked to. She should never be in customer service. She kept saying, sorry we can't help you, just return the bag or live with no strap. There was no interest on her part to make me, the customer, happy with my new MK purse. I've purchased MK products before, but never again after such a horrible experience. Too bad!

Today I first time visited Michael Kors store in Newcastle. I planned this trip to Newcastle as it was one of nearest Michael stores near me. I knew what I wanted to purchase as in website the sizes of my preferred items were not available. The Michael Kors staff members were very friendly and so helpful, I am very pleased they took the last one real leather studded jacket from the mannequin for me :)) ) as it was not available anywhere else. Customer service is handsome, it was my first time in Newcastle Michael Kors store but not the last. THANK YOU TO ALL staff members, for your friendly attitudes and A+++ Class service xx

GOOD handbags BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and just because you order and pay for an item doesn't mean you will actually get it... and customer service could care less. Plan on spending lots of time trying to speak with a supervisor. I have been on hold for ONE HOUR and 3 minutes... and that is after having called and spoke with someone 3 times prior! I can't believe such a successful company has such horrible service standards.

I WOULD have given this website a 5 star review if every item wasn't out of stock. They have tons of bags on sale however when you go to purchase them they are ALWAYS sold out... so what's the point? I check the site on a regular basis thinking one day I will get lucky and be able to buy a bag on sale but it never happens. My advice for whoever is running this site, PLEASE take each purse out of the "sale" section once its become sold. SIMPLE ENOUGH.

Very unhappy customer
August 12, 2017

I received one of there handbags as a gift December 2016. 7 months later the straps started ripping. I contacted Macy's where the person said they bought it from and Macy's was unable to return it unless I had a receipt, which who keeps a receipt for that long and it was a gift so I didn't have one. I then contact Michael kors who said they needed all kinds of information and proof of purchase. Multiple emails later after I kept telling them it was a gift and I don't have proof of purchase they will not take the handbag back to fix it or exchange it. I will not be buying anything Michael kors or Macy's ever again. There bags are not cheap and all the difficulty with phone calls, emails I got no where. I had an expensive tool break I got my husband for his birthday, I did not have a receipt, I contacted that company sent them pictures and had a brand new tool within 2 weeks. So just goes to show you these people make very difficult on purpose because they don't want people returning or exchanging. I have 2 other purses with this company with no problems so it's a manufacturing issue and they are not being helpful. So if you buy anything for there keep your receipt otherwise you will be out of luck like me. Very unsatisfied customer.

I purchased a $300 large jet set travel Michael Kors handbag December of 2015. By December 2016 the edge of the purse strap was unraveling. Within a year-and-a-half of having the purse all of the edges of the purse straps were freyed and the Michael Lord name and zipper were discolored. The purse has very low quality overall. After spending $300 for a hand bag, I would expect a quality product that doesn't fall apart after a year and a half. I would not recommend this product or manufacturer.

Do Not Buy Online! I purchased a Large Tote one like the one I have On Cyber Monday at 80% off but they sent me an Extra Small tote tiny bag,I'm returning it!, the lady said it says Extra Small I took a picture of the one I ordered they changed it to Extra Small so they're not at 80% because if it was the small they should've charged me like $50 or less The Large Tote Bag I have originally costs $499 So they're ripping people off making them think they're giving special deals!

I ordered a wallet from the online website for my wife's birthday present, I purchased 2 day shipping as well as gift wrapping for this product. I did receive 2 day shipping and the gift wrapping, however I did NOT receive the actual wallet. It was simply the gift box and that is it. NO WALLET! So I called the customer service line to resolve the issue, their "resolution" to this matter was to purchase another one so that I would receive it on time for my wife's birthday. So I purchased 2 wallets and have received one. The other money went down the drain because they do not know how to handle this particular situation. It will take anywhere from 48-72 hours to figure out what happened to my first order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a Men's jacket from them. After 1 month I noticed premature wear on the sleeves, seems that show fading of the material and small little holes. Contacted MK customer service and they advised to send pictures of the wear happening to the jacket. Sent photo's and they requested that I send the jacket to them at my cost for them to inspect and determine the issue. Sent the jacket to them which cost me $45.00 and have no further correspondence with Michael Kors until I get a notification from FedEX that I have a package coming from Michael Kors. Called MK to find out what was happening and they said it was determined that the jacket has normal wear and tear. I am an adult that wears the jacket back and forth to work. I can understand if I had the jacket for more than 1 month prior to the issues happening with this jacket. Needless to say I bought this jacket for $250 and now it is useless. Pictures attached, but for that price a jacket should not do that so soon. Bought one from Target for $50 and I have had it for 5 years with no issues. Stay away from this company. They do not stand behind their "premium products" and their customer service is the worst. All that run around for nothing! I have numerous other MK products and they too have started to fall apart. I did not do anything about them as they were getting a little old, but the numbers fell off my watch within the first year.

STAY AWAY from this company!

I purchased a wristlets from Micheal Kors outlet in Williamsburg Virginia on June 24,2017. The strap broke off on July 10,2017. So I called The Micheal Kors number to see what the policy was in the salesman told me that I needed to send it back to them so that they could see if it was repairable. So, I sent it back in the mail and I had to put insurance on the package, then I received a text stating that the strap had a manufacturer default. Next the sent me a list of items that I could choose and I course they didn't have anything I want so I called and asked for a gift card or store credit. The floor manager told the sales person that it's not allowed and I would have to wait another two weeks until the placed a new listing of the items that they had for the value of the wristlet. With all that being said Micheal Kors has just lost a faithful customer.

Hello MK shoppers just wanted to clarify why your birthday discount code does not work when checking out online. SO customer service states that when you want to use your birthday discount you buy the items at full value at checkout. Once you get the tracking email information. At this point, you call MK customer and provide them with the "code" birthday discount which is $50 and it will be applied to that order. Here is the catch... let's say you have 3 items and you want to return 2 of the item, you will automatically get the full discounted $50 taken off the lowest price of one of the items that you are returning. YES! So I called customer service and the rep stated "it's done manually" and the system does not quote on quote" know how to do the discount per item". Wow, that's weird because it use to do it before! I was under the impression that a gift is a gift and usually the discount is taken per item. It's not a birthday gift from MK for VIP members its insurance. More disappointing is how some of the items are shipped as they were just thrown in the shipping box mostly collection items. This will be the end of the road for me and MK.

For the past 3 years I've been a member of the KORSVIP rewards program. Each year I receive a $50 birthday reward with a promotion code that DOES NOT work. Each time I've had to pay for the item and call MK after the order ships and request the $50 credit. REALLY? This takes all the fun out of getting a deal on your birthday. I have called and emailed about this issue and no change. The online customer service has been HORRIBLE!

I cannot believe they're allowed to operate in Canada with NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND POLICY! They are mean people and it's my first and last visit to this horrible store. Now I'm getting rid of the bag as I highly DO NOT recommend it let alone promote by using their bag. Zero star! Sorry but I hope this will help many not to get scammed & bullied by Michael Kors.

I bought a pair sunglasses with the Michael Kors logo on the side. I paid over $100 for them and within a year of buying them after taking exceptionally great care of them the side arm kept falling off. I wrote via email to customer service to complain and see if they could do something for me and an email was returned stating that since it had been a year they could not have me return my sunglasses to get a new pair or repair the ones that I have. First off, I have a pair of $20 no-name brand sunglasses that I've had for over 10 years and just threw in my purse all the time and those are still working fine. Second, if I purchase a pair of sunglasses for close to or over $100 I expect the company To be able to back up their product with a lifetime guarantee. I know that many high quality companies do so. It is because of this that I will never ever again by another product from this company. When I pay that kind of money I expect good quality and good customer service to fix any product flaws or problem is that I may have. I will not be recommending this company to any of my family or friends. Unfortunately, I have probably bought over 10 bags from this company and I have to say that in my opinion the quality is not up to standard.

AND WHEN OTHER ITEMS COME BETWEEN 5-12 DAYS I COULD SEND IT BACK... THIS TOO WAS A MOTHER'S DAY PRESENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THERE IS NOT ONE TO TALK TO BECAUSE THEY ARE AT HOME REPS...
